We got there by plane, I think that shanghai must be a very big city, and there are a lot of tall buildings. First we went into the hotel named”chuang ye”. And we saw the tall big building “Shanghai TV Tower”, at nine in the evening, we got back to the hotel. The second day, we visited Zhouzhuang. 回首这一个月，我做了什么，学会了什么，经历了什么，似乎寥寥无几。只在电脑前，岁月前度过。庆幸的是，自己并没有把学习丢掉。

翻开昔日的同学录与今年的同学录，两两对比，一年终究是敌不过三年。三年里我们有过无数次的悲伤，无数次的欢乐，无数次的猜忌，无数次的信任。彼此看着彼此从幼嫩走向成熟，从年少无知走向睿智。

一、指导思想

二、班级情况分析：

本班共有44位学生，其中男生24人，女生20人，经过一个学期的学习和教育，多数学生已树立明确的学习目标，养成了自觉主动学习努力拼搏的良好习惯，大部分学生能维护班级荣誉，多数同学进取心强，在纪律、劳动等方面表现较好，团结协助，展现了良好的精神面貌和可塑的的潜质，整个班级已呈现出良好的学习和进取的态势。

三、工作目标：

本学期我班的基本目标是：继续建立一支有进取心、能力较强的班干部队伍;全体同学都能树立明确的学习目的，形成良好的学习风气;继续培养学生良好的行为规范，弘扬正气，逐步形成守纪、进取、勤奋的班风，培养一个团结、向上、文明的集体，争取每月成为“文明班”;整体学习成绩能名列年级前列。

四、具体措施：

(一)继续贯彻“德育为先，以人为本”的方针，坚持德育为先，切实抓好学生的思想品德，养成良好的学习和行为习惯。

1、继续抓好班级一日常规的管理实施，加强学生养成教育，培养学生良好的行为习惯。

2、继续通过校会、班会、晨会，组织学生学习《中学生日常行为规范》、《中学生守则》，促进良好的班风、学风的形成。

3、继续通过学校和班级的各种活动如校运会、手抄报比赛、艺术节等各项比赛，培养学生自信心和集体观念，增强班级凝聚力。

5、继续开展文明创建活动，争创文明学生。

6、切实抓好本班的卫生保洁工作和包干区的清洁工作。重视学校的大扫除和值周工作，创造清洁卫生舒适的学习环境。

7、利用班会课、墙报、宣传栏等途径对学生进行各项安全教育：如交通安全、用电、防火、自我保护、食品卫生安全等。

(二)继续加强学生世界观、幸福观和人生价值观的引导和培养，努力建设学生的精神家园。

1、继续以各个节假日为契机进行各种活动，进行思想教育。结合清明节，开展革命传统教育;结合中“红五月”，进行民族传统和爱国教育等。

2、继续利用课余、周记本等与学生谈心交流，了解学生的思想动态，及时疏导解决学生思想中催在的问题。

3、继续做好学生心理的辅导，做好生理、心理健康卫生的教育、宣传工作，培养学生健康心理和健全的人格。

4、继续加强班级文化建设，提高宣传栏、墙报质量，营造良好的班级氛围，构建良好的班级文化。

5、重视学生课外阅读的指导，开展“每日一诵活动”，以开启学生的生命黎明，建立学生精神家园。

(三)实行民主管理，构建民主平等互爱互助的班级氛围。

1、树立民主平等的新型师生观。在教育活动中，要经常有意识的营造一种宽松和谐的师生双向交流氛围，和学生交朋友，师生共建“情感热线”，进行心灵的交流。

2、构建新型的班级管理观。“人人都能当班干部”，我们要从培养每个学生的能力出发，在班中实行学生干部轮换制。把管理学生转变为学生服务，对学生的发展负责，为每个学生提供展示个人才能、实现自我价值的空间和舞台。

3、确立新型的个性发展观。用自己的一双“慧眼”去帮助学生发现自我，认识自我，为各种人才的成长打好基础。

一起一落——悲剧的开端：从农村初进城的祥子，有的是力气，有的是希望，有的是“初生牛犊不怕虎”的劲儿！怀着满腔热忱，他不辞辛苦、省吃俭用地攒了三年钱，终于买到了他梦寐以求的车，哪曾想，好景不长，不久车就被军阀抢去。那时的祥子，勤劳、质朴、善良，遭遇困难也不气馁。

二起二落——悲剧的重演：重新振作的祥子来到曹家拉上了包月，好不容易攒下了几十块钱，又遭遇了虚伪狡诈的孙侦探的勒索，甚至于连他的被褥都被抢去。那时的祥子，无助，心灰意冷，但尚且还存有对生活的希望。

三起三落——悲剧的结局：万般无奈的祥子只得再次来到人和车厂，并与虎妞结了婚。得知人和车厂被倒卖，虎妞用自己的积蓄给祥子买了辆车。可后来为了给难产而死的虎妞办丧事，祥子再次失去了车——把车卖了。一系列的打击，使最初那个勤劳朴实的乡村青年变成一个行尸走肉般的存在。屈服于命运的祥子，“他没了心，他的心被人家摘去。”

导致祥子悲剧的一生的是那个弱肉强食的黑暗社会，是婚姻爱情上的不幸——虎妞和小福子的死无疑给了祥子致命的打击，更是他自己。无论是怎样残酷的社会，不幸的婚姻，真正能够毁灭他的始终只有他自己。后来的他不惜牺牲自己的人格，去借，去骗。他在堕落的路上越滑越远，却又执迷不悟，只想着不劳而获，又有谁能救得了他呢？

school,i go to a cram school like all my friends.i study and finish my homework
