小学英语教师读书笔记(一)

俗话说：“良好的开端是成功的一半”。上课也一样。教师的循循诱导，能让学生产生强烈的求知欲和好奇心，从而更积极主动地参加课堂教学，为整节课的成功作准备。

一、导入：⒈歌曲导入。⒉设置悬念。当然导入很多，教学中不能单一的用一种导入，也许这种导入刚开始学生觉得很有劲，但天天用学生就会厌倦了。所以教师设计时要多多新颖，多多改变，尽量多样性。

二、创设情景，多用直观教学.

由于小学生年龄较小，生活经验不丰富，知识范围有限，决定了他们对直观、新颖、有趣的材料容易理解和接受。比如学生学习“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”这三个问候词时很容易混淆，我就用道具设置情景：画了三幅图，有从东面初升的太阳表示上午，有正在上方炎热的太阳表示中午，有明亮的月亮表示晚上。再叫学生用“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”来说，加深了学生的印象。作为一个小学英语教师表情要丰富，如果表情呆滞，语言平淡，学生就不能全身心投入学习中。所以在课堂上，老师需要生动地表演，丰富的表情，使学生进入一个童话世界。在制作教具时可让学生自己动手画、动手做。在教学中要用到的图片，可以提早几天布置下去，当他们的作品被运用在课堂上时，孩子们都很兴奋。这样使学生体会到成功的喜悦也激发了学英语的兴趣。此外画图片，也培养了学生的绘画能力，也可让他们熟悉一下将要学的新知识，真是一举多得啊!

三、运用多种教学方式使学生“玩学结合”。

爱玩是孩子的天性。教师在课前充分利用教材内容，精心设计一系列知识性、趣味性强的听、说、读、写教学游戏，使学生边玩游戏边学习，在丰富多彩的游戏中接受英语，喜欢英语，达到“玩与学”相结合的目的。在小学英语书上有许多单词要记住，这就得通过让学生在各种游戏中慢慢学习单词，而不是死记硬背。我们要掌握的单词以卡片、图片、头饰、动作等各种不同形式展现给学生，通过各种游戏进行渗透。

在《傅雷家书》中令我深受感悟的还是傅雷写给傅聪的家书“长篇累牍的给你写信，不是空唠叨，也不是莫名其妙地说长道短，而是充满哲理的。第一，我的确把你当作一个讨论的艺术品，讨论音乐的对手;第二，我极想激出你一些青年人的感想，让我父亲做一些新鲜的养料，同时也可以间接传布给青年;第三，借通训练你的，不但是文笔，而是你的思想;第四，我想时时刻刻随处给你做个警钟，做面‘忠实的镜子’，不论在做人方面，在生活细节方面，在艺术修养方面，在演奏资态方面。”傅雷通过给儿子不断地写家书并寄给儿子，是想让傅聪明白，不管何时，不管何地，我们都要做一个有尊严，敢于拼搏，无私奉献，人格卓越的优秀的艺术家。从中可看出傅雷的教子有方，对孩子严肃而又真诚。

在生活中，也有很多家长极想让自己的儿女早日望子成龙，望女成凤，由于迫不及待的想让他们早日成功，早日能获得名气，而不断地给儿女增加负担，正是这一点点的负担，日积月累，积少成多，看似一些又一些微小的任务，却让孩子们失去了学习的信心，甚至失去了生存的希望。而傅雷不是用打骂、不断地给孩子增加负担来培养孩子的，他通过自己不断给孩子写家书来告诫孩子，让孩子在信中感受到浓浓的父爱，让孩子也成为家长们最知心的朋友。

许多人都喜欢读书，我也不例外。

书带给我无限的乐趣，书教会我怎样做人。书的字里行间，蕴含着无限乐趣和丰富知识。我可以尽情的遨游，可以与伟人促膝长谈，我可以放松身心……在每天晚上睡觉前，我总喜欢先到知识的海洋遨游一番，让辛苦了一天的身心，放松一下。

在我看来读书是还最有效的的心情调和剂。在我心中烦急时，拿来一本书，我竟然会奇迹般的快乐起来。我细细的品味着，思索着，我明白了，因为书就像一位良师益友。

既长的知识，又有快乐。这就是读书的乐趣。

I havent write diaries for a period of time. I am now writing this just want to remember one thing. My study has fallen behind a lot this term. I can keep my score in the top ten in the whole school ranking before. But this term I fall behind. I nearly draw back to fifty. I know the reason is because I am too arrogant. I think I can be the best without studying hard. So I usually not pay too much attention on my study. When I find myself lag behind, I comfort myself it is accident. Mothers Day Mother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with

cards, gifts and flowers. In many countries, such as Denmark, Finland, Italy,

Turkey, Australia and the US, people cel lebrate Mother’s Day on the second

Sunday in May while many other countries of the world celebrate their own

Mother’s day at different times through out the year.

One of the best ways to celebrate Mother’s Day is to give your mom the day

off. Let her relax with the rest of the family doing all the housework. Usually,

dad and the kids will let mom sleep late that morning as they go into the

kitchen to prepare her favourite breakfast. Never forget to place a vase with a

single flower on the table beside the food. The kids can pick up the flower from

the garden or buy one from the shop. Arrange everything nicely before mom wakes

up. Some families will carry the food and mom’s favourite sections from the

newspaper to her bedroom so that mom can have breakfast in bed. Presents and

cards from the kids can be handed to mom by themselves or just placed on the

dining table.

After breakfast, go anywhere mom likes to go. Shopping, swimming or going on

a picnic in the garden. Make a special Mother’s Day dinner or take mom out for a

great meal in a famous restaurant she loves most.

Anyway ,let mom enjoy the whole day and feel your love, and then the Mother’s

Day can be a good one. As Mother’s Day is around the corner, it’s time to take

actions!

World Environment Day is started from 1972, which is established by the United Nations General Assembly for raising global awareness to take actions to protect the Nature. The establishment of World Environment Day shows people’s the cognition and the attitude to the environmental problem, and expresses our human beings’ desire of pursuing the better environment.
