光阴似箭，岁月如梭，时间过得这么匆促，我们要懂得爱惜时光， 只要每天利用几分钟的时间充实自己，日积月累，积少成多，就能帮自己存一点一滴的智慧扑满，所以我要让读书成为我的好习惯，增加我的智慧丰富我的人生。

旅游对于我们每一个人来说，不仅可以观赏沿途的景色，也可以逐步地陶冶我们的情操，了解许多祖国的名山好水。

2014年的时候，我突然想起了小学时候学过的一篇文章《黄山》这一文，心中向往着书中所说的黄山四绝：奇松、怪石、云海和温泉。于是，我央求妈妈带我去黄山游玩。

真不愧被称为“人间仙境”，一下车，我就感受到了黄山脚下吹来的习习清风，一座座山峰拔地而起，插入云霄，一颗颗松树矗立在群峰叠岭之中，波浪翻滚的强势云海，几只鸟轻捷的掠过山脚下的水潭，激起的涟漪迅速的散布开来，让人看得这情景好不自在。

古人云：勿以恶小而为之，无以善小而不为。在我们登完天都峰，前往光明顶顶峰时，我看见了一个胖子，满脸横肉，身边有一个装着食物的袋子，里面似乎装了许多食物和饮料。也许，这就是导致他满肚肥肠的的原因。接着，他又从袋子里拿出一瓶矿泉水，一打开就往嘴里倾斜，在喉咙里翻滚了几秒瓶子就空了，却将矿泉水瓶随手丢下山崖，而垃圾桶，就在和他相距10米的一个平台上面，他是解渴了，可是黄山却不欢迎这份“大礼”。这时，我看见一个年数较高，已长有半头白发，身着进了身后的背篓里。要知道，光明顶是黄山三大主峰之一的第二高峰，海拔1841米!我看了以后大为震惊!而那个心安理得的胖子在很不屑的看了老人一眼之后，又在底头玩着iphone5s，丝毫没有为之羞愧的神情。而我，却对这个胖子产生了极大的厌恶感。之后，我上前询问了那位老人，他说：“他这已经算是比较好的了，像我们平常，一天捡到1000多个瓶子!可见现在中国人的文明素质已经很成问题。

有时，一个不经意的动作都会改变我们的形象。中华民族是几千年以来，最有影响力的文明古国，如果我们还是当年的炎黄子孙，就一定要将这“非物质文化遗产”保持下去，那时，正真的文明一定会在我们的左右徘徊。

Last sunday, my friend LiXuan and I took a train to QIng Island. First, We visited the ocean in motion and played many exciting games.

Later, we went to the Buddy Bear restaurant and got some delicious food. Furthermore, We went to the beach and played in the water.

Also, we took photos with the foreigners at the beach. we had a great time there.

I think Qing Island is really a exciting place. If I have the time ,I will go there again!

Thanks to the deepening of reform and opening-up, citizens of the Middle Kingdom enjoy a sharp improvement in their living standards. There is no denying that safety plays an important part in our daily life. Recently our school has carried out a program aimed at making our campus a safe place to stay on. When we are doing sports, we should attach importance to the safety and avoid being hurt.

I went to three cities to play during last summer holidays. They are

Beijing, Dalian and HuHehot.

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China.

It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty

minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in

Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Summer

Palace, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, the Space Museum, etc. I went to the

countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. It was very interesting. I

went shopping in WangFuJing. I bought lots of souvenirs and other things. I like

eating Beijing snacks. They are delicious. Don’t mithe Beijing Duck. It is

really nice.

Dalian is a beautiful city. Dalian is close to Beijing. I spent 5o minutes

on the plane. Dalian is near the sea. I smelled the salty taste in the air. The

roads are clean. There are lots of trees and flowers near the roads. There are

many esplanades and Japanese buildings. There are some fountains in one of the

esplanades. Some people flew kites and walked on the esplanades. We went to see

the beach and the sea. The sea is blue. There were many swimmers in the sea. I

lay on the beach to see the sky.Dalian is a very nice place to live.

Huhehot is in Inner Mongol. There are lots of large grasslands. The

grasslands are endless. The sky is bright blue. There were a lot of horses and

sheep. They were running or eating grass. I rode a horse on the graland. I

picked some colourful flowers. We drank the tea with milk. There is a small

desert, it was very hot when I walked on it. The sand could sing.

These trips helped me open my eyes. I enjoyed my day.
