一、旅游从业者履职尽责，做好典范。从事出境旅游的旅行社及所有领队、导游，要带头践行《中国公民出境旅游文明行为指南》，以自身文明言行示范带动游客，要遵纪守法、规范经营行为，要恪守职业道德、信守合同，不断提升服务水平，尽职尽责做好行前说明培训、行中提醒引导、返程总结，引导游客文明旅游，做中华文明传播者、践行者。

二、广大游客遵规守法，文明游览。广大出境游客文明素质关系国家形象，要摒弃不良习惯，恪守社会公德，讲究文明礼仪，尊重目的地风俗习惯，文明游览，爱护环境设施，以文明言行举止为中国添光彩。

三、社会各界共同努力，共创新风。我省出境旅游人数多，影响大，需要社会各界一起努力，共同营造文明出游的良好氛围。要褒扬先进典型，扶正祛邪，对有损国格、违背公德的不文明旅游行为要做好监督，做好提醒，帮助纠正，汇聚公众力量推动形成文明旅游好风尚。

身处境外，我们每个中国公民都是与世界沟通的桥梁，是文明礼仪的展示者和传播者。从我做起，从现在做起，从点滴做起，提升全省公民出境旅游文明素质，为塑造国家良好形象，在国际展示荆楚儿女知书达理文明风采，提升国家软实力作出应有贡献。

Hello everyone， I’m …You can call me… I am a sunny and hard-working girl from Class 79 ，Grade 1 of CE  JING  Middle School. It’s my great honor to take part in this oral petition. The title of my speech today is “Traveling and Reading”

As an ancient Chinese saying goes， “He who travels far knows much”. In my opinion， modern life is impossible without traveling. For me， there are two kinds of traveling. On the one hand， traveling on foot brings me many benefits. It can make me enjoy my holidays and many different life styles; it can broaden my vision， let me learn more about other countries or cultures. On the other hand， reading is another kind of traveling. It can bring me to the places where I can not go for the time being. Books are the best friends of human being. Books make my eyes and imagination enjoy the beautiful scenes through writhers’ wonderful description.

I have been to Beijing， Nanjing， Shandong， Hangzhou， Suzhou and other places. At the same time，I have been reading many books of different world-famous writers. The places I’ve been to and the places I only travel on books both impress a lot on me.

The above I mentioned is two kinds of my traveling. Wish you share with me my experience of traveling ，no matter Whether traveling on foot or on books.Wish you enjoy my speech today .Thank you!

The golden week is coming, it is a good chance for people to travel and take relax from their work. Most people choose to visit the hot tourist sites, like the Great Wall. But the problem comes, some tourists act very impolitely, they get used to make some marks on the tourist sites, so as to prove that they have visited here. It is a rude way to do it, everybody has the duty to protect these historical relics. If people leave some marks on these precious architectures, then the sites will be valueless and lose its meaning. It has been advocated to travel politely for a long time and we need to follow the rules.

碧绿的草地上，一个塑料瓶子随风滚动，你是否会将它捡起扔进不远的垃圾桶?清澈的小溪边，一个易拉罐格外惹眼，你是将它踢进河里还是捡起来?在十一黄金周里，我在千岛湖和炮台山就遇到了这两件事情，结果真的很让人痛心，国人的素质应该在此也可见一斑了。

千岛湖边的游步道上，一个小女孩随手将一个昆仑山矿泉水瓶扔进了草坪里。我捡了起来，跑到小女孩跟前：“小朋友，乱扔垃圾是不对的。”这时，她的父亲——一个带着墨镜的中年男子——鄙视地看了我一眼，拉着小女孩的手迅速走掉了。很显然，他想逃避这个问题。或者，在他的眼里“这不是我的家”——子不教，父之过，你说这个人猥琐吗?如果每个人都往草坪上扔一个饮料瓶，后果会总是可想而知的。

炮台山的农家乐旁，潺潺的溪水掩映着连绵起伏的群山，多好的景致啊!突然，传来一个瓶子落水的声音——一个男孩子在踢易拉罐。我没作声，下水将易拉罐捞了上来。可没多久，他又将易拉罐踢下了水去。我有些生气：“大自然是我们自己的，你干嘛要破坏环境?”他也没好气的说：“你想挨揍吗?”这种语气，我恨不得一块板砖敲死他!真是没教养!

虽然中国文明旅游的风气比前两年好了很多，但是还有很大的提升空间。政府应该加大宣传力度，才能让人们的行为更加文明，更有素养。真心希望以后再也看不到乱扔垃圾这些与文明背道而驰的事情!

当下，“旅游”这是一个热词，谁都喜欢，它意味着可以尽情玩耍，释放心情。可是，人们往往在旅游的过程中，忘记了自己的行为是否文明。

你可知道在旅游的途中，一个小小的举动会给别人带来多大的麻烦吗？天安门广场有40万平方米，而黏在地上的口香糖近有60万块，有的地方一平方米就有5块，为了清洁天安门的口香糖，北京市政环卫部门投入近2000人次，干了近一个月才将口香糖清洗掉。

如果每个人都有一个环保意识，注意自己的言行举止，将口香糖用纸包好，丢进垃圾桶，会节省多少人力物力啊！

再说一则与旅游有关的小故事，1998年的夏天，有两个上海的大学生写信给黄山管委会，讲述了他们在五一节游黄山时发生的一件事。那天他们在天都峰休息的时候，随手把矿泉水瓶扔下了悬崖。过了一会儿，他们看见一名清洁工人默默的系好了安全带，从悬崖峭壁上沿绳而下，当他终于悬在半空中，捡起那矿泉水瓶的时候，两个大学生震惊了，他们表达了真诚的谦意。黄山清洁工冒着生命危险，用自己的行动提醒人们，黄山之旅，应当是美丽风景相和谐的文明之旅。

通过上两个故事，让我深有感触，感觉到文明旅游不仅仅在卫生方面，还有其他许多方面，我就不再一一表述，让我们来谈谈行为吧。我看过一则新闻，讲述一名中国游客到日本游玩时，竟在厕所的洗手池里让孩子在里面方便，这引起了日本民众的公愤。我很想对那名游客说，因为你的个人不文明的行为，而让我们的国家丢尽了脸，使中国的公众形象受损，让别国觉得我们中国人素质差。从这件事让我感受到行为重要性！旅游途中，我们的身份是游客，在国内代表的是我们当地的形象，在国外，代表的是一个国家的形象。

所以，让我们与文明旅游同行。

今天我以三年(1)班小记者的身份带上相机，去往春游地点——星期八小镇。一想到能亲自拍下同学们的笑脸，我的心情是多么激动呀!

一路上大家十分兴奋，像小鸟一样唧唧喳喳地说个不停，欢歌笑语在车厢里飘荡。下车时，大家谁也不推，谁也不挤，按照先后次序排队下车。这时我特意看了看车厢，发现里面非常干净，没有同学在车上里扔垃圾，这种行为真好!

进到星期八小镇后，我捕捉到了这样的情景：小记者工作体验室的门口，尽管队伍很长，都快排到马路上了，但是大家不喧哗，也不吵闹;小剧院里人很多，大家都被小演员那精彩的表演吸引住了，没有人交头接耳，时不时还传来阵阵的掌声……

到了午餐的时间，大家迅速地来到了集合的地点，铺好垫子，摆出各自的美食，你吃一点我的，我吃一点他的，互相分享着，好不热闹!饭后，各个小组把垫子的四个角一合，做成了一个垃圾袋，把吃剩的垃圾全部扔进了垃圾桶里，地面上干干净净，好像没有人来过一样。

今天真是愉快的一天，因为我用我的镜头记录下了一张张灿烂的笑脸、一个个文明的行为!
