二、征稿主题

本次大赛征集的作品分为两类：分别反映文明旅游以及不文明旅游的图片。拍摄者可从宣扬的角度，正面反映相关的内容;也可以从曝光的角度，发挥警示和监督作用。作品可参考但不限于以下拍摄角度：

1.反映游客行为的角度：

游客主动提醒、制止他人的不文明行为，文明监督员、志愿者开展文明旅游引导工作，游客在公共场所不大声喧哗、不乱扔垃圾、随地吐痰，遵守禁烟规定、禁止拍照规定，不随意插队、破坏文物、浪费食物，不违反野生动植物保护规定，或者尊重旅游目的地的文化习俗等。

2.反映旅游企业及其从业人员的角度：

积极践行“游客为本,服务至诚”的旅游行业核心价值观。旅游企业与游客签署旅游合同时，附送文明旅游宣传资料;旅行社认真召开行前说明会，向游客讲清楚遵规守纪、文明旅游的要求，讲清楚不文明言行的利害关系。导游领队利用入关、乘车、入住、用餐等时间节点，向游客宣传普及目的地风俗习惯、禁忌和相关法律;旅游途中开展文明引导和文明礼仪宣传，及时提醒游客遵章有礼，及时劝阻游客不文明动议和行为。

3.反映工商、公安、外事、交通、外交、出入境等相关部门的角度：

加强对出游者的教育引导;运用图文、视频、公益广告等形式开展文明旅游宣传;相关工作人员在岗位上主动做好宣传教育工作和文明旅游服务工作等。

4.反映社会风貌的作品：

社会公众积极践行社会主义核心价值观，共同努力，共树新风。面对有损国家、城市形象、违背社会公德的旅游陋习，勇于监督和劝阻，推动文明旅游良好风尚的形成。

三、评选及奖项设置

设传统摄影组和手机摄影组佳作奖和优秀奖。

传统摄影组：佳作奖15幅，奖金各800元、证书;优秀奖30幅，奖金各200元、证书。

手机摄影组：佳作奖15幅，奖金各600元、证书;优秀奖30幅，奖金各100元、证书。

获奖作品由主办单位收藏，并享有作品专著权及使用权，不另付稿酬。参展作品中的肖像权、署名权、著作权等法律责任由作者自行承担。

四、征稿规则

相机组、手机组(手机或平板电脑)两个类别分别征集单幅、组照作品。

(一)作品规格

参展作品电子文件须为jpg格式，相机组作品长边不低于3000像素，图片大小不小于3m，手机或平板摄像头不低于500万像素。

(二)征稿规则

1.参赛作品必须为参选者本人拍摄，本年度拍摄为佳，作者对作品拥有独立、完整的著作权。

2.大赛只接受数码照片，彩色、黑白不限。每位参赛者投稿单幅、组照合计不超过10组，组照每组不超过8幅图片。

3.参赛作品不得对原始影像进行删改、添加、合成等技术调整。使用软件在不改变作品原貌的情况下可作必要的后期处理(包括转换为jpg格式，以及转格式之中的色彩微调)。

4.如参评作品出现雷同，主办方有权就雷同作品向作者索取创作证明，请作者保留作品照片拍摄原始参数信息，以便调用、核查，若作者无法提供原稿的，主办方有权取消雷同作品的参选资格。

5.投稿方式

投稿作品文件夹文件名上标注：a或b、标题、作者名。文件夹内单列文本文档(txt格式)“作者信息”，填写个人信息，包括：作者姓名、地址和手机等联系方式、工作单位。(注：a为相机组，b为手机组)

这是一个夏天，正值中午，在中山陵我看到了这样的一幕，一位游客，他在吃芒果，垃圾桶就在他的旁边，但是他却将芒果皮四处乱扔。后来的清扫工作让环卫工人叫苦不迭。所有的果皮全部都粘到了地上。扫起来十分吃力，只能用手一片一片的抠起来。在四十多度的高温下，蹲在太阳底下，一片一片的抠起垃圾。汗水从他朴实的脸上随着他脸上的轮廓缓缓的流下。汗水打湿了他的背，但是他也只能那样。当他将垃圾全部捡起的时候，上身也已经全湿透了。本来那位游客可以将垃圾轻轻松松的扔进垃圾桶，这样环卫工人也不用这么的麻烦的去清扫了。但是他为什么没有扔进垃圾桶呢，我想应该有三种可能。第一种：习惯太差，自己心里可能在想—仍一下也没有什么关系;第二种：道德意识规范浅，从小没有得到好的身教;第三种：不注意文明，不在意他人，没有把他人放在眼里，一副事不关己的表情。

像这样的人，他永远得不到他人的尊重。因为他没有尊重他人的劳动。在这四十多度的高温里，我很敬重那位清洁工，但我很可怜那位乱扔垃圾的人。他扔的不只是垃圾，是他的尊严，是他的道德，是他的品质。如果他是在国外这样的扔垃圾，他丢的便是我们中华民族的尊严、道德、品质。当然，可能不止他一个人。有的人也这样做过。但是我希望你们今后不要这样做，做一个文明的游客;做一个文明的中国人!

所以，我们一定要自觉抵制这种坏的现象，我们也要自觉的遵守。让我们与文明旅游一起同行!

Lying at the center of Beijing, the Forbidden City, called Gu Gong, in Chinese, was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Now known as the Palace Museum, it is to the north of Tiananmen Square. Rectangular in shape, it is the worlds largest palace complex and covers 74 hectares. Surrounded by a six meter deep moat and a ten meter high wall are 9,999 buildings. The wall has a gate on each side. Opposite the Tiananmen Gate, to the north is the Gate of Devine Might (Shenwumen), which faces Jingshan Park. The distance between these two gates is 960 meters, while the distance between the gates in the east and west walls is 750 meters. There are unique and delicately structured towers on each of the four corners of the curtain wall. These afford views over both the palace and the city outside. The Forbidden City is divided into two parts. The southern section, or the Outer Court was where the emperor exercised his supreme power over the nation. The northern section, or the Inner Court was where he lived with his royal family. Until 1924 when the last emperor of China was driven from the Inner Court, fourteen emperors of the Ming dynasty and ten emperors of the Qing dynasty had reigned here. Having been the imperial palace for some five centuries, it houses numerous rare treasures and curiosities. Listed by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage Site in 1987, the Palace Museum is now one of the most popular tourist attractions world wide.

Construction of the palace complex began in 1407, the 5th year of the Yongle reign of the third emperor of the Ming dynasty. It was completed fourteen years later in 1420. It was said that a million workers including one hundred thousand artisans were driven into the long-term hard labor. Stone needed was quarried from Fangshan, a suburb of Beijing. It was said a well was dug every fifty meters along the road in order to pour water onto the road in winter to slide huge stones on ice into the city. Huge amounts of timber and other materials were freighted from faraway provinces. Ancient Chinese people displayed their very considerable skills in building the Forbidden City. Take the grand red city wall for example. It has an 8.6 meters wide base reducing to 6.66 meters wide at the top. The angular shape of the wall totally frustrates attempts to climb it. The bricks were made from white lime and glutinous rice while the cement is made from glutinous rice and egg whites. These incredible materials make the wall extraordinarily strong.

Since yellow is the symbol of the royal family, it is the dominant color in the Forbidden City. Roofs are built with yellow glazed tiles; decorations in the palace are painted yellow; even the bricks on the ground are made yellow by a special process. However, there is one exception. Wenyuange, the royal library, has a black roof. The reason is that it was believed black represented water then and could extinguish fire.

Nowadays, the Forbidden City, or the Palace Museum is open to tourists from home and abroad. Splendid painted decoration on these royal architectural wonders, the grand and deluxe halls, with their surprisingly magnificent treasures will certainly satisfy "modern civilians".

My parents and I go to guilin tourism, heard that there are a lot of places of interest.

On that day, my parents and I went to guilin famous rock hole - the reed flute.

我和爸爸妈妈一起去桂林旅游，听说那里有很多名胜古迹。

就在那一天，我和爸爸妈妈就去了桂林著名的岩石洞进行观光——芦笛岩。

我们一进到芦笛岩，洞里面黑漆漆。解说员打开手电筒来为我们照明，给我们解说山石：山石闻名中外，奇形古怪。

我们开始走向岩石，并开始听解说员讲解山石。第一块山石是：瓜果飘香，代表着有许许多多的瓜果蔬菜，有节瓜、有大白菜、有佛手瓜、有苹果、有葡萄、有西瓜……第二块山石是一个空地，名叫：水晶宫。我觉得这里莫名奇妙的，地面非常的光滑，我找了一块大岩石摸一摸，冷冰冰的。突然，现场关灯，岩石上出现了五颜六色的光芒，像许多颗星星在往地下照耀。还有奏起了一些古老的音乐，仿佛到了“仙境”。再走了几个岩石洞，我们到了“雄狮送客”，在大大的岩石上面，坐着一只威猛的狮子，欢迎游客们下次再来参观芦笛岩。

这一天，我看到了各种各样的岩石，也让我的想象力插上了翅膀。

大家好，我叫林岱含，是海南国际旅游岛的一名文明小使者。2009年12月，我们海南被授予“国际旅游岛”的称号，作为海南人，我们为此自豪;作为国际旅游岛的文明小使者，我们要努力让来海南旅游的客人能享受一个干净、文明的环境。

首先，我们应该以身作则，自觉遵守公民守则，爱护环境，讲究卫生，不乱丢垃圾、不随地吐痰，“海南是我家，卫生靠大家”。如果我们自己都乱丢垃圾，随地吐痰，那我们海南岛将成为一个“脏、乱、差”的地方，不再美丽，不再是国内外游客喜欢的旅游胜地，人们一说到海南岛，就会说：“海南岛真脏，地上到处都是垃圾，那里的人到处随地吐痰，恶心死了!”作为文明小使者，我们不仅自己要讲卫生，发现别人不讲卫生时还要上前制止，让每一个人都来爱护我们的家乡，这样，海南岛将会越来越整洁，越来越美丽，也将吸引越来越多的国内外游客。

其次，我们应该讲文明懂礼貌，待人要热情友好，尊老爱幼、热心助人等传统美德常记心上，“您好、请、谢谢、不客气”等文明用语常挂嘴上。比如，坐公交车时看到老爷爷老奶奶应主动让座;见到比自己大的人，要叫哥哥姐姐或叔叔阿姨，不能直呼名字等等。对别人讲文明礼貌，别人也会对你讲文明礼貌的，比如你想叫别人借支笔，如果你说“喂，把笔给我用”，你觉得他会借给你吗?显然不会。但如果你这样说“哥哥，请您笔借给我用一下好吗?”，我想他一定会借给你的。

还有，我发现一些人老是爱说脏话，动不动就用脏话骂人，很难听的。下面这件事是我最近在街上看到：那天，我去小店买冰淇淋，看见旁边水果摊有人在争吵，我刚走近，就听到有个人在骂“臭你妈的，你卖给我的橘子是酸的，退货!”卖水果的也不甘示弱，大声说“你神经病啊，买之前你尝过才买的，现在说退货，你脑子进水了!”就这样，俩人你一言我一句地争吵着，空气中都充满了火药味，后来他们两人还动起手来了。听了这件事，你们都有什么感想吗?我当时想，要是外地的游客看到了这一幕，会对海南留下什么印象呢?但愿以后我们越来越少地听到不文明的脏话，越来越少地看到不文明的行为，让我们的海南岛早日成为一个文明和谐的旅游胜地。

要成为一名名副其实的文明小使者，就要从现在做起，从日常学习生活的每一件事做起。我在学校里常常看到一些同学从老师身边走过都不主动向老师问好。老师向我们传授知识，培养我们成材，尊重老师是我们作为学生最起码的礼貌，如果连这都做不到，那怎么胜任国际旅游岛文明小使者呢?因此，我觉得，作为一名小学生，我首先要尊重老师、孝敬父母、团结同学、认真听课、好好学习、遵守纪律、热爱集体，为当一名合格的文明小使者打好坚实的基础。

让我们共同努力，把我们的家乡—海南国际旅游岛建设得更加美好吧!

In the busy city of New York, such an astonishing thing that ever happened.

On a Friday night, a poor young artist stood at the gate of the subway station, playing his violin. Though the music was great, people were quickly going home for the weekend. In this case, many of them slowed down their paces and put some money into the hat of the young man.

The next day, the young artist came to the gate of the subway station, and put his hat on the ground gracefully. Different than the day before, he took out a large piece of paper and laid it on the ground and put some stones on it. Then he adjusted the violin and began playing. It seemed more pleasant to listen to.

Before long, the young violinist was surrounded with people, who were all attracted by the words on that paper. It said, “Last night, a gentleman named George Sang put an important thing into my hat by mistaken. Please come to claim it soon.”

Seeing this, it caused a great excitement and people wondered what it could be. After about half an hour, a middle-aged man ran there in a hurry and rushed through the crowd to the violinist and grabbed his shoulders and said, “Yes, it’s you. You did come here. I knew that you’re an honest man and would certainly come here.”

The young violinist asked calmly, “Are you Mr. George Sang?”

The man nodded. The violinist asked, “Did you lose something?”

“Lottery. It’s lottery,” said the man.

The violinist took out a lottery ticket on which George Sang’s name was seen. “Is it?” he asked.

George nodded promptly and seized the lottery ticket and kissed it, then he danced with the violinist.

The story turned out to be this: George Sang is an office clerk. He bought a lottery ticket issued by a bank a few days ago. The awards opened yesterday and he won a prize of $500,000. So he felt very happy after work and felt the music was so wonderful, that he took out 50 dollars and put in the hat. However the lottery ticket was also thrown in. The violinist was a student at an Arts College and had planned to attend advanced studies in Vienna. He had booked the ticket and would fly that morning. However when he was cleaning up he found the lottery ticket. Thinking that the owner would return to look for it, he cancelled the flight and came back to where he was given the lottery ticket.

Later someone asked the violinist: “At that time you were in needed to pay the tuition fee and you had to play the violin in the subway station every day to make the money. Then why didn’t you take the lottery ticket for yourself?”

The violinist said, “Although I don’t have much money, I live happily; but if I lose honesty I won’t be happy forever.”

Through our lives, we can gain a lot and lose so much. But being honest should always be with us. If we bear ourselves in a deceptive and dishonest way, we may succeed temporarily. However, from the long-term view, we will be a loser. Such kind of people are just like the water on the mountain. It stands high above the masses at the beginning, but gradually it comes down inch by inch and loses the chance of going up.
