二、文明旅游，塑造良好形象。提升旅游文明素质，需要公民的积极参与。全区共青团和青少年朋友要从自己做起，从现在做起，进行文明旅游。无论是在省内旅游还是出省出境旅游，都要保护环境，讲究卫生，爱护景区环境和公共设施。不在景区内乱刻乱画、损坏文物古迹，珍爱景区一草一木一石，维护好景区的环境。要穿着整洁，举止文明，有礼貌，讲礼节。要讲究社会公德，坚决纠正旅游中的不文明陋习，杜绝“不修边幅、不讲卫生、不懂礼仪、不守秩序、不遵法规、不爱护环境和公共设施、喧哗吵闹”等不文明行为。特别在无人知晓、无人监督的情况下，要坚持文明礼仪和道德规范，不做任何不文明的事情，努力形成知荣辱、促和谐的文明风尚，以实际行动共塑中华文明古国“礼仪之邦”的良好形象。

全区广大共青团员和青少年朋友们，让我们携起手来，踊跃投入到提升公民旅游文明素质行动中来，倡导文明新风，争当文明公民，以实际行动共同书写文明旅游的篇章，为全面提升中国公民旅游文明素质作出新的贡献。

劳动节小长假将至，很多市民和游客选择劳动节外出旅游，为创建文明和谐的旅游环境，展示文明济南的良好形象，保障广大市民和游客过一个安全、文明、有序、和谐的节日，济南市旅游局、济南市旅游协会向广大游客、市民和旅游从业者郑重发出如下文明旅游倡议：

一、文明旅游，从我做起。春节旅游出行，文明才是风景。广大市民和游客要从自身做起，守公德，讲礼仪，文明游览，安全出行;自觉遵守《中国公民国内旅游文明行为公约》和《中国公民出国(境)旅游文明行为指南》，守秩序、讲卫生、爱护环境和公共设施，尊重旅游目的地的文化习俗，争做文明旅游的传播者。

二、加强宣传，积极引导。全市旅游从业者特别是导游、领队，要努力提高自身文明素质，做文明旅游的实践者。加强文明旅游宣传，出团前要向游客发放文明旅游宣传材料，向游客明确讲解文明旅游要求，在旅游过程中主动进行文明旅游引导，及时提醒和劝阻游客的不文明行为。

三、文明经营，诚信服务。全市旅游从业者要坚持诚信经营理念，遵纪守法，信守合同;不发布虚假广告误导游客，不低于成本价招徕游客，不强迫游客购物，不强迫游客参加自费旅游项目;坚持文明服务和细微服务，让游客在文明和谐的旅游环境中，感受到文明旅游的春风。

文明和谐的旅游环境需要社会各界一起努力，共同营造。让我们携起手来，从自身做起，从现在做起，从点滴做起，做文明旅游的示范者;面对有损城市形象、违背社会公德的不文明旅游陋习要勇敢说不，共同推动文明旅游良好风尚的形成，努力塑造讲文明、守礼仪，重形象、筑诚信的良好旅游环境。

赫赫有名的迪斯尼乐园开到上海来啦！听到这个振奋人心的消息，我妈妈就迫不及待地邀请了她的日本友人，与这家魔法王国乐园来个“亲密约会”。

终于到达素有“东方巴黎”美誉的上海，蓝天白云下，高楼大厦鳞次栉比，造型独特的东方明珠高耸入云，熠熠生辉，彩虹般的卢浦大桥雄伟壮观，大上海的繁华和气派令日本友人啧啧称赞。来到迪斯尼乐园，园内游人如织，很是热闹。突然，两个调皮的小男孩闯入我们的视线，原来他们正在把空的矿泉水瓶当足球踢，这时，日本友人的脸色变得深沉下来，不远处的一幕更让他皱起了眉头——梦幻世界的门口排起了长龙，有位妈妈一边排队一边漫不经心地嗑着瓜子，顺手将瓜子壳随地乱扔，旁边的垃圾桶形同虚设。这时，我快步走过去，二话没说，就把地上的瓜子壳一颗一颗地捡起来，贴心的老妈顺势递上垃圾袋。“哥哥，我也来帮你，”这时候，身边一位可爱的小女孩也蹲下身来跟我一起捡，大概是听到了小女孩的说话，刚刚“踢足球”的两位小男孩也自觉地把空瓶子扔到了垃圾桶，随即加入了我们的队伍。嗑瓜子的妈妈看到这一幕，不好意思地涨红了脸，也蹲下身来跟我们一起捡。“妈妈，以后瓜子壳可不能再随地乱扔了，”稚嫩的声音再一次传来，“好好好，妈妈以后再也不乱扔垃圾了，我们一起做一个文明的游客！”这段对话，奏响了迪斯尼乐园最美妙的乐章，排队的游客纷纷投来了赞许的目光，日本友人也意味深长地点了点头，露出了友好的微笑。这一刻，我的心里乐开了花。

这次出游，受益匪浅，让我懂得了勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为，有时候，我们一个微不足道的行为，也许就能让文明出游成为一句空话。文明出游，是弯腰捡一张废纸；文明出游，是自觉有序地排队；文明出游，是爱护一草一木……文明出游，任重道远。
