三、广大市民要遵法守礼，文明旅游。要自觉遵守《中国公民国内旅游文明行为公约》《中国公民出境旅游文明行为指南》，恪守公德，讲究礼仪，文明游览;要遵守公共秩序，公共场所不大声喧哗，互相礼让，不随意插队;要爱护公共设施，保护景区的生态环境和文物古迹，不得乱涂乱画，不攀爬文物古迹，不乱扔垃圾;要自觉遵守，充分尊重所到国家、地区的文化习俗和宗教信仰，注意言谈举止，摒弃不良习惯，避免因文化差异而导致的不文明行为，防止个人行为给国家形象带来损害，以文明言行举止为自己加分，为中国添彩。

四、社会各界要共同努力，共树新风。要共同加大文明旅游宣传力度，增强旅游法制观念，树立文明旅游风尚，推动全民旅游素质的提升;要强化旅游消费监督力度，用社会公众的监督力量推动文明旅游良好风尚的形成，积极争做文明旅游的推动者。

广大市民、旅游企业及社会各界朋友们：让我们携起手来，从自身做起，从现在做起，共同营造讲文明、重礼仪，树形象、筑诚信的文明旅游环境，为创建全国文明城市贡献一份力量!

特克斯县正在创建自治区文明县提名县，倡导文明旅游，是提升我县创建文明城市的重大举措，是建设生态人文和谐幸福特克斯的重要内容。为此，我们向特克斯县各族干部群众发出倡议：

一、加强学习，提高文明旅游素质。认真学习公民基本道德规范，学习文明礼仪，严格遵守《中国公民国内旅游行为公约》，切实掌握《中国公民出境旅游行动指南》;要识别不文明行为的各种表现，明辨旅游活动中的是非、美丑，不断提升思想道德水平。

二、加强管理，营造文明旅游环境。文明管理、文明执法、文明服务，杜绝粗暴执法、不规范服务等行为;规范经营行为，杜绝出售假冒伪劣商品，文明经营，诚信服务。要通过文明旅游环境的营造，使广大游客在旅游活动中，“多看美景，不刻美名”。

三、入乡随俗，尊重各地风俗习惯。尊重其他国家，其他地区，其他民族，其他宗教的文化习俗，避免因文化差异而导致的“不文明”行为,不要让个人行为给国家和我们的城市形象带来损害，用我们文明之邦的礼仪展示特克斯美好形象。

四、积极参与，塑造文明旅游形象。出游讲礼仪，居民要做到垃圾不乱扔，举止要文明，不在公众场所高声交谈，旅游购物乘车要排队;不在文物古迹上涂刻，拍照摄像遵守规定;对身边的不文明行为及时劝阻;不长期占用公共设施，尊重服务人员的劳动。

其实，在我们这个城市，环境干净，空气清鲜，天空晴朗。然而，即使再好的地方也会出现一点瑕疵，就比如，我们这个城市。因为有了一些不文明的游人来旅游，所以环境也会有一些糟糕，你们看，以下我说的就是几篇新闻报表，这是由于不文明的现象，而造成的悲剧：就比如，2008年7月在浙江省一家动物园发生的悲剧，原因是什么?原因就是由于一名游客乱扔香蕉皮，导致其他游客有一大部分全部滑倒在地，后脑部或身体受到重创，轻则摔破了点皮，重则有轻微脑震荡的风险，那位不文明的游客也遭受到了属于他的惩罚：赔偿每人十万余元，并且还要受到法律制裁。所以，我们必须文明旅游，否则，就会造成一些不必要的悲剧。

来，我们看下一篇：2010年，安徽省。那是一个初冬的夜晚，已经下起了大雪。有一名女旅客在雪地上参观夜景，她的孩子喜欢扔雪球，这名女游客的孩子正在兴高采烈地扔雪球。过了一会儿，有了许多人来参观美景，那时就不应该再扔雪球了，因为如果扔到了人的眼睛，那可就不好了!可是，那名游客看到了也不加以制止，反而更加鼓动她的孩子扔多一些。就这样，悲剧发生了：这名女游客的孩子居然故意把雪球扔到另一名游客的眼睛上，被扔到雪球的那名游客，由于眼睛受到雪球的冲击，所以眼部伤的很重。当然了，这个孩子的母亲，也就是这名女游客，将遭受到中国刑事法律问候，并且还要赔偿这位游客。这些都是由于不文明的现象，而发生的悲剧，让我为大家讲述一下这些不文明的现象。

1、不讲卫生，垃圾随处丢弃;

2、随地吐痰;

3、践踏草坪，损坏花草树木;

4、公共场所大声喧哗;

5、闯红灯，乱停车，不遵守交通规则;

6、厕所用过，不冲洗等等。

那么，跟据这些现象我来向大家提出几条旅游时，应当遵守的纪律：

1、外出时不随地吐痰;

2、不随地践踏草坪;

3、讲文明，懂礼貌等等。

现在，就让我们一起文明旅游吧，这样，才不会造成不必要的悲剧，来，行动起来吧!为了我们的文明懂礼，行动起来!

I like travelling very much, this years winter vacation I went to wuxi, Shanghai, wuzhen and zhouzhuang, really appreciate the beauty of them!

Wuzhen is the place where I was like, it is so quiet, so has the charm, let a person fondle admiringly! It has the very big difference and zhouzhuang, although is "small bridge, flowing water, somebody elses style, but the quiet wuzhen is zhouzhuang not comparable! Wuzhen is not so busy, zhouzhuang so noisy, but its style is one big scenery!

Listening to zhouzhuang singing tune, let I as if place oneself in the old jiangnan dragon boat, a beat my heart a position. There is no noise, only the sweet ship tune! This is shen three thousand hometown -- zhouzhuang! Beautiful river, ancient, and with a style of old bridge, guarded the beautiful land of this one party!

Todays wuxi, let me have to admire it, though the beautiful night view than Shanghai, but it is also the mainland top ten charm city! The charm of it is still in the scenery around it. For example: li garden, three kingdoms city, water margin and Tang Cheng beautiful scenery of wuxi city, it is no wonder that wuxi would be so charming. Shanghai is a city that never sleeps, this word is true. On the beauty of the bund, looking at star of the Oriental pearl tower, a kind of want to stay in Shanghai, live in Shanghai will be instantly. In the Oriental pearl tower in Shanghai at night is really an enjoyment, sparkling the huangpu river, those dots of lights, and there will be a very romantic feeling! I live in the hotel in nanjing road, visit the store every night, feeling really very good!!!!!!

我很喜欢旅游，今年寒假我去了无锡，上海，乌镇和周庄，真正领略了它们的美丽!

乌镇是我十分喜欢的地方，它是那么幽静，那么有风韵，让人爱不释手!它和周庄有很大的区别，虽然都是“小桥，流水，人家的风格，但是乌镇的幽静是周庄无法可比的!乌镇没有周庄那么热闹，那么喧闹，但是它温雅的风格却是一大风景!

听着周庄的唱调，让我仿佛置身于古老江南的龙船上，一阵一阵地敲打我的心房。没有什么嘈杂的声音，只有那甜美的船调!这就是沈万三的家乡--周庄!美丽的小河，古老而又不失风范的老桥，守护着这一方美丽的土地!

如今的无锡，让我不得不赞美它，美丽的夜景虽比不上上海，但它也是内地十大魅力城市哦!它的魅力还在它周围的那些景物。例如：蠡园，三国城，水浒城和唐城美丽的景物衬托着无锡，难怪无锡会这么有魅力!上海是个不夜城，这话一点没错。在美丽的外滩上，看着星光闪耀的东方明珠，一种想呆在上海，生活在上海的愿望会瞬间涌上心头。在东方明珠上看上海的夜景真是一种享受，波光粼粼的黄浦江，星星点点的灯光，会有一种很浪漫的感觉哦!我住的酒店在南京路，每个晚上都会去逛逛商店，感觉真的很好哦!!!

每一个人对每一处景都有不同的见解，所有的事物都要你去亲自体会。

由于家庭条件的限制，我一直以来的旅游梦无法实现。我梦想着去我国的名山大川走一走，可我的愿望很难实现!

同学们闲下来都在炫耀着他们去过这里去过那里，只有我默默地在一旁听他们兴致勃勃的谈论!

现在的同学，都是炫富的，他们的爸爸妈妈每到节假日总要带他们出去玩耍，可我的假期只有在家里度过!

在去年，我考试考了全年级第二名，妈妈为了让我高兴，带我去了太原迎泽公园走了一遭，看到那些大型玩具我多么想一一上去玩一下。可一问价钱我和妈妈就缩了回去，最后玩了个急流勇退!

就这个急流勇退我还和妈妈争执了好半天，妈妈为了怕花钱让我一个人上去玩，我死缠硬泡，才说动妈妈和我玩这么一回。坐在那小船上，我闭住眼睛，听着那水流声，睁开眼睛看到那水花四溅，感到很是刺激!

下来以后，妈妈高兴的说：“想不到和女儿今天玩得这么痛快!”这就是我们的一次简单的旅游!

我清楚地知道，爸爸妈妈年纪大了，我们家又没有什么经济实力，生活和我上学能有保障就算是不错了!

旅游对我来说只能是个梦想，等我长大以后有了经济基础，一定要带爸爸妈妈游遍祖国的名山大川，带他们去国外走一走!

为了我的梦想，我要努力奋斗!去完成我的梦想!

“读万卷书，不如行万里路”。旅游，可以拓展视野，增长见识，使我们了解各地的风土人情；可以磨炼意志，强健体魄，让我们舒展身体，放松身心；可以增进感情，团结友爱、让我们增强集体意识，加强协作。

我爱旅游更爱文明。我曾经看到过一幅漫画，上面画着一个人正在吃东西，而同时又把包装的袋子随手扔在一边。他的后面跟着一只垃圾桶，这人问垃圾桶：“你为什么跟着我啊？”那个垃圾桶说：“因为怕你又乱扔垃圾才这样做啊！”看到这则漫画，让我想起了我那次南京之行时发生的事。那次天气正适合旅游，我和爸爸、妈妈来到了南京，南京可真是个繁华的大城市。我们那天旅行的第一站便是夫子庙，夫子庙可是一条小吃街，而且旁边有一条美丽的河。可正当我们欣赏着美景、享受着美味时，忽然前面的一个年轻人吸引了我的注意。

他正在一边抽烟，一边丢那个刚刚吃完的零食的包装袋，而他的身后跟着一个白发苍苍的老奶奶，穿着清洁工的工作服，在扫那个年轻人的“垃圾尾巴”。看到这，我有点受不了了，心想这个年轻人太过分了，清洁工在辛苦地扫地，而他却在逍遥的散步、吃东西、乱扔垃圾。他难道不知道这路面那么干净是靠清洁工人每天早早起床打扫的成果吗？他难道不知道乱扔垃圾，清洁工人的工作又将增加一个负担吗？我想，他知道，他什么都知道，可他却做不到。如果人人都象那个叔叔那样，那么我们的世界将会变成一个垃圾之国。一个人一天随地乱扔一个垃圾，那全中国13亿人口，每人扔一个，会在大街上留下13亿个垃圾，那是个多么可怕的数字啊！

同学们，不要让别人辱骂，不要为中华民族丢脸，只要多跨一步，多弯一下腰，就会使整个城市变得更美，再小的力量也是一种支持。让我们行动起来，做到文明旅游。祖国山河如此美丽多娇，总是吸引着我们前去寻觅，寻觅，寻觅那一次次快乐和惬意，寻觅那一幕幕壮观和神奇。你们忍心看到那些壮观那些神奇消声觅迹吗？
