二、征稿主题

本次大赛征集的作品分为两类：分别反映文明旅游以及不文明旅游的图片。拍摄者可从宣扬的角度，正面反映相关的内容;也可以从曝光的角度，发挥警示和监督作用。作品可参考但不限于以下拍摄角度：

1.反映游客行为的角度：

游客主动提醒、制止他人的不文明行为，文明监督员、志愿者开展文明旅游引导工作，游客在公共场所不大声喧哗、不乱扔垃圾、随地吐痰，遵守禁烟规定、禁止拍照规定，不随意插队、破坏文物、浪费食物，不违反野生动植物保护规定，或者尊重旅游目的地的文化习俗等。

2.反映旅游企业及其从业人员的角度：

积极践行“游客为本,服务至诚”的旅游行业核心价值观。旅游企业与游客签署旅游合同时，附送文明旅游宣传资料;旅行社认真召开行前说明会，向游客讲清楚遵规守纪、文明旅游的要求，讲清楚不文明言行的利害关系。导游领队利用入关、乘车、入住、用餐等时间节点，向游客宣传普及目的地风俗习惯、禁忌和相关法律;旅游途中开展文明引导和文明礼仪宣传，及时提醒游客遵章有礼，及时劝阻游客不文明动议和行为。

3.反映工商、公安、外事、交通、外交、出入境等相关部门的角度：

加强对出游者的教育引导;运用图文、视频、公益广告等形式开展文明旅游宣传;相关工作人员在岗位上主动做好宣传教育工作和文明旅游服务工作等。

4.反映社会风貌的作品：

社会公众积极践行社会主义核心价值观，共同努力，共树新风。面对有损国家、城市形象、违背社会公德的旅游陋习，勇于监督和劝阻，推动文明旅游良好风尚的形成。

三、评选及奖项设置

设传统摄影组和手机摄影组佳作奖和优秀奖。

传统摄影组：佳作奖15幅，奖金各800元、证书;优秀奖30幅，奖金各200元、证书。

手机摄影组：佳作奖15幅，奖金各600元、证书;优秀奖30幅，奖金各100元、证书。

获奖作品由主办单位收藏，并享有作品专著权及使用权，不另付稿酬。参展作品中的肖像权、署名权、著作权等法律责任由作者自行承担。

四、征稿规则

相机组、手机组(手机或平板电脑)两个类别分别征集单幅、组照作品。

(一)作品规格

参展作品电子文件须为jpg格式，相机组作品长边不低于3000像素，图片大小不小于3m，手机或平板摄像头不低于500万像素。

(二)征稿规则

1.参赛作品必须为参选者本人拍摄，本年度拍摄为佳，作者对作品拥有独立、完整的著作权。

2.大赛只接受数码照片，彩色、黑白不限。每位参赛者投稿单幅、组照合计不超过10组，组照每组不超过8幅图片。

3.参赛作品不得对原始影像进行删改、添加、合成等技术调整。使用软件在不改变作品原貌的情况下可作必要的后期处理(包括转换为jpg格式，以及转格式之中的色彩微调)。

4.如参评作品出现雷同，主办方有权就雷同作品向作者索取创作证明，请作者保留作品照片拍摄原始参数信息，以便调用、核查，若作者无法提供原稿的，主办方有权取消雷同作品的参选资格。

5.投稿方式

投稿作品文件夹文件名上标注：a或b、标题、作者名。文件夹内单列文本文档(txt格式)“作者信息”，填写个人信息，包括：作者姓名、地址和手机等联系方式、工作单位。(注：a为相机组，b为手机组)

提交的作品须以文本格式(txt格式)撰写文字说明，注明事件发生时间、地点、人物等信息。单幅作品文字说明以一句话为宜，组图作品的文字说明以简短为佳，字数在800字以内。单幅图片作品与对应文字说明文本文档采用同一个文件名，格式为：“a(或b)作品题目”;组图图片的文件名格式为“a(或b)作品题目序号”，组图的文字说明包括总说明和分说明，统一在一个文本文档中，文档文件名上注明“文字说明”。手机组作品请在文字说明文档末尾处注明拍摄所使用的手机型号。

5月4日，国家旅游局在其官网上开设“游客不文明行为记录”专区，并依照《游客不文明行为记录管理暂行办法》，将4名游客的不文明行为记录在案，包括他们的档案号、姓名、性别、籍贯、不文明行为事由和信息保存期限等。名列“黑名单”之后，还能不能逛景点、坐飞机呢?现代快报记者采访获悉，实际上，这些被列入“黑名单”的游客照样可以出游，国家旅游局很难对其作出处罚。

I took a trip to Shanghai with my mother during the seven-day holiday. It took us more than two hours to drive to Shanghai from my home in Haimen. We stayed in a large hotel on the eighth floor.

On the first day, I just stayed in the hotel and rested. On the second day, my brother and I went to Nanjing Road. It’s the busiest street in Shanghai. When we got there, there were lots of people.

We walked from one shop to another. I bought two T-shirts and two pairs of trousers for the coming summer. The T-shirts and trousers I bought are all white because white is my favourite colour.

My brother also bought some clothes. On the third day, my mother took me to Jinjiang Entertainment Centre. It was full of people. I played many kinds of games there. I had a good time.

The other days, I went to some other interesting places, such as the Oriental Bright Pearl TV Tower, the Huangpu River and Shanghai International Conference Centre.

I didn’t forget to do my homework in the evening. I had a full and happy holiday.

On Uncivilized Behaviors社会不文明现象

We cannot fail to notice that countless uncivilized behaviors exist in our daily lives, such as spitting, talking loudly, littering, saying nasty words in public places and so forth. All these are bad manners that we should not lose sight of. As an ancient land enjoying a splendid civilization spanning over 5,000 years, China is witnessing a surge in improper acts that every Chinese citizen should feel ashamed of. Uncivilized behaviors by a host of Chinese both at home and abroad have seriously affected Chinas image, according to an editorial posted on People Dailys official website.

As Chinese, we should not get offended when others point out our weaknesses but should focus more attention on improving ourselves. We should strive to identify the causes of those improper behaviors and find ways to eliminate them. There are a host of causes, I would argue, behind this trend. To name only one: the lack of moral education. The government should wage a massive moral campaign to fight against this trend and we ourselves should endeavor to behave decently in our daily lives. As college students of the new age, we should take the leading role.

导游带着我们去吃午饭。吃完午饭，我们又回到了旅游车上，前往同里古镇。 到了同里古镇，我们去了退思园、嘉荫堂等景点。我和爸爸妈妈还去坐了小游船。坐在游船上，一晃一晃的，好像摇篮。我发现，船上让船前进的工具是鲁班发明的橹板。坐在船上，我看到了鸬鹚，我还知道它的另外一个名字叫渔鹰。 一天的游玩让我非常开心。我感觉这两个古镇景点很多，河流和小桥也很多，古镇上的房子很古老。这就是小桥流水、江南水乡吧!

It is universally acknowledged that tour can make people feel happy; traveling is a good way to relax oneself. Tourist data shows that people in China made a great contribution to the world tourism, and it’s more and more popular for people to go out for vocation. Though reports criticized that tourism had brought harm to the environment, I still believe in the rising pace of tourism.

Well, there is no denying that at this moment, tourism has caused some problem to the environment, but what I want to emphasize is that such damage are raised by people, as long as we improve the environmental consciousness of our citizens, as well as perfect the public facilities, such as adding more dustbins to convenience tourists; building cafeterias to offer meals to them. I believe within a period of time, the situation can be relived.

Environment itself also has the ability to recover itself. Years ago, when there were no so many tourists, and no industrial pollution, trees grew well, flowers smelt good, sky was blue, water was clean. Why the nature seems so unnatural now? It must be our own problem, for we have took too much, but paid back too less. Think how we treat our land. It is really unfair.

Just as I mentioned before, tourism had brought great profit to our economic, whatever scenic spot it is, it must has the relationship with our land, our trees ,our water, etc., everything can’t separated from earth. So as you see, tourism won’t bring harm to the environment, but ourselves.

It is good for us to go out to feel different culture atmosphere, and to see different local conditions and customs, but remember, protect our nature resources.

一个风和日丽的早晨，熊大和熊二像往日在森林里走着。

走着走着，发现一块空地，地上有许多果皮、饮料瓶还有一个黑色的塑料袋！熊大奇怪地问：“咦，怎么有这么多垃圾呀？”“肯定是来野营的人丢下的。”熊二答道。于是熊大说说：“那我们把地上的垃圾收拾干净再走吧。”熊大说完就要去捡垃圾。这时，熊二拉住了熊大，说：“你干什么呀？别人扔的我们为什么要捡？走吧走吧，别管了，谁扔的谁捡。”熊大生气的说：“熊二，你怎么可以这样？森林是我们赖以生存的家园，保护环境靠大家，如果人人都像你这样想，不保护环境，那地球怎么办啊？一次收拾垃圾的举动，也是爱地球母亲的行为啊！”熊二倔强的说：“我就是不收拾！”说完扭头就走，可是它刚迈出脚，突然刮起了一阵风，吹起了地上的塑料袋，塑料袋飘着飘着就飘到了熊二的头上，挡住了它的眼睛。熊二连忙用手去抓，还没来得及就一头撞到了一颗大树上。熊大看到了，便哈哈大笑。熊二羞愧地低下头，说：“我知道错了，我们把垃圾收拾干净再走吧！”“好！”熊大开心极了。收拾完了垃圾，熊大和熊二哼着小曲儿，高高兴兴的回去了。第二天早上，它们俩又来了。是垃圾没捡干净吗？原来它们俩是来贴文明标语的！在一张大白纸上，认认真真的写着几个字：

请爱护环境！文明旅游从我做起！贴上之后，熊大熊二碰了一下拳头，高高兴兴的离开了。

今天是个阳光明媚的日子，我和家人一起来到了夫子庙附近的甘熙故居游玩。没去之前，妈妈就先让我了解了一些甘熙宅第的历史，它始建于清嘉庆年间，为甘熙之父甘福所造，俗称“九十九间半”，由四组多进穿堂式的古建筑群组成。整座建筑装饰素朴，简洁大方，注重实用，反映了金陵大家仕绅阶层的文化品味和伦理观念。

甘家大院有南北两个大门，我们是从宅子的南大门进去的，门左手边的牌子上一眼就能看到写着“请把你的美德留下，请把你的美好回忆带走”。呼吁我们爱护公物和环境。

进去后，里面虽然也有不少的游客，但是四处都很安静，直接眏入眼帘的是一个带有池塘的庭院，一盆盆不知名的花，开得正艳，好像在欢迎我们的到来。池塘里的小鱼儿，正悠闲的玩耍着，并未因我们的到来而害怕恐惧。一切都显得那么的很宁静和安详，令人心旷神怡。

宅子的外墙都是雪白雪白的，没有一点点污渍，很干净，透着一种优雅安静的古典气息。走过鹅卵石铺的小道，穿过一扇扇古门，走在一间间堂室，仿佛我就是甘家的一员，一下穿越到了那个时代。

宅子里游客们井然有序的参观着，不时发出啧啧称赞声。展示的物品有物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产两种。从展示中我了解了不少南京的民俗和历史典故。每扇门，橱窗都很完好，干净尽管里面的环卫人员很少，只看到几个少数卖纪念品的人，和手工艺人在做手工。

平常爸妈都是带我去热闹的游乐场玩，而甘熙故居让我在闹市中找到了一份宁静，也让我感受到了文明无处不在。

“读万卷书，不如行万里路”。旅游，可以拓展视野，增长见识，使我们了解各地的风土人情；可以磨炼意志，强健体魄，让我们舒展身体，放松身心；可以增进感情，团结友爱、让我们增强集体意识，加强协作。

一旦有了出游机会，我一定会带好行囊，与快乐一起出发。我享受着大自然的赤橙黄绿青蓝紫，享受着人文地理带给我的心灵震憾。在我眼中，绿水成了我的润眼液，青山成我的体魄训练师，仙洞成了我的避暑胜地，索道成了我的游戏道具，树木成了我的空气清新剂，瀑布成了我的仰慕对象，花草成了我心灵的点缀。心情，随风而动，随云而飞。

我爱旅游更爱文明。我曾经看到过一幅漫画，上面画着一个人正在吃东西，而同时又把包装的袋子随手扔在一边。他的后面跟着一只垃圾桶，这人问垃圾桶：“你为什么跟着我啊？”那个垃圾桶说：“因为怕你又乱扔垃圾才这样做啊！”看到这则漫画，让我想起了我那次南京之行时发生的事。那次天气正适合旅游，我和爸爸、妈妈来到了南京，南京可真是个繁华的大城市。我们那天旅行的第一站便是夫子庙，夫子庙可是一条小吃街，而且旁边有一条美丽的河。可正当我们欣赏着美景、享受着美味时，忽然前面的一个年轻人吸引了我的注意。

他正在一边抽烟，一边丢那个刚刚吃完的零食的包装袋，而他的身后跟着一个白发苍苍的老奶奶，穿着清洁工的工作服，在扫那个年轻人的“垃圾尾巴”。看到这，我有点受不了了，心想这个年轻人太过分了，清洁工在辛苦地扫地，而他却在逍遥的散步、吃东西、乱扔垃圾。他难道不知道这路面那么干净是靠清洁工人每天早早起床打扫的成果吗？他难道不知道乱扔垃圾，清洁工人的工作又将增加一个负担吗？我想，他知道，他什么都知道，可他却做不到。如果人人都象那个叔叔那样，那么我们的世界将会变成一个垃圾之国。一个人一天随地乱扔一个垃圾，那全中国13亿人口，每人扔一个，会在大街上留下13亿个垃圾，那是个多么可怕的数字啊！

同学们，不要让别人辱骂，不要为中华民族丢脸，只要多跨一步，多弯一下腰，就会使整个城市变得更美，再小的力量也是一种支持。让我们行动起来，做到文明旅游。祖国山河如此美丽多娇，总是吸引着我们前去寻觅，寻觅，寻觅那一次次快乐和惬意，寻觅那一幕幕壮观和神奇。你们忍心看到那些壮观那些神奇消声觅迹吗？
