我们盼望已久的趣味运动会今天终于开始了！我们兴奋不已，但还是保持着平稳的心态，衣着整齐的走上操场，用自己最高的水平去跳排舞。

8字长绳比赛开始了！这是我们最拿手的项目了，我们一个接一个，中间一个也不停！最后老师告诉我们是第一名！当时我们全班的同学都跳起来欢呼，有的还拥抱了呢！我也和张家诚、陆培宁、程晟轩抱在了一起！

我的篮球水平不高，到了暑假，老爸给我报了个篮球训练营。这里群英荟萃，他们个个身怀绝技，只有我这个新生只会一些皮毛。我暗下决心，一定要超越他们。于是乎，我便开始了学习篮球的征途。

这其中不是一帆风顺的，运球的时候，球像个调皮的小男孩，我让他向东，可他偏要向西。只有比别人更努力，才能取得成功。老师集训的时间是下午两点，我一点钟就早早到了。太阳像贪婪的葛朗台，把大地的水全都吸光了，草也萎蔫了，没精打采的。我在阳光下不断练习，跑步、运球、跳跃、上篮。一会儿功夫，整个人像是从水里捞出来似的，汗水，如雨点般洒在操场上。集训后，老生们都离开了，只有我一个人在操场上，反复跑动，反复练习。功夫不负有心人，一个月后，在篮球基本能力比赛中我取得了第二名的好成绩。从教练的手里接过红彤彤的荣誉证书那一刻，我心里万分激动，是勤奋的汗水浇开了成功之花。此刻，快乐像一只小鸟在我蔚蓝的心空中自由地飞翔。

“加油！加油！”听见前方队友喊到喉咙将要嘶哑，我也使出浑身解数，在不能呼吸的同时，用尽最后一丝气力，把接力棒传给队友。我连忙退到一边休息，观看比赛的状况。“快，快点儿！”冲刺了，只见一条红色彩幅随之飘去。我们班的接力赛得了第一！可就在我们欣喜如狂的时候，“别哭了，你都尽力了……”原来是成绩不理想的班级队伍在小声抽泣，心里一定很难过。毕竟努力了很久。于是我们都去安慰她。我想，有比赛就一定有输赢。结果不重要，重要的是过程。

哦，原来运动能带给我释然。

其实运动带给我很多。有些你甚至意识不到：它带给我们强健的体魄、开朗的性格、释然的态度、执着的品质……在这个过程中，还结识了许多朋友。

“呼……”我再次迈着沉重的步伐，艰难的挪动着脚步，手臂尽管麻木，但前方的路依旧。

Sports Meeting

When autumn comes, I feel so excited, because the sports meeting comes. I like sports so much. When I was very small, my father took me to watch the basketball match, in the long time, sports have become part of my life. When I started to come to school, I join the basketball team, I had the great time to practice with my friends. Though high school life is very busy and I have to learn so many subjects, I still keep taking exercise everyday. Sports meeting time is my favorite time in the semester. I can take part in many activities, such as basketball and high jump. I am full of energy, I just want to enjoy the moment of taking exercise. Sports meeting indeed brings students many energy and make the students become active. They can also exercise their bodies.

当秋天来临的时候,我感到很兴奋,因为运动会也将到来。我很喜欢运动。在我很小的时候,父亲带我去看篮球比赛,在长时间以来,运动已经成为我生活的一部分。我开始来学校的时候,我加入了篮球队,和朋友们在一起训练的时光我过得很快乐。虽然高中生活很忙,我必须学习很多科目,但是我仍然保持每天锻炼。运动会在这个学期是我最喜欢的时间。我可以参加许多活动,如篮球和跳高。我精力充沛,我只想享受锻炼的时刻。运动会确实给学生们带来很多活力,使学生们变得活跃。他们还可以锻炼身体。

每个人都有自己可以做得好、并且擅长的事。而我最拿手的一件事，就是体育运动。因为我是男孩子，从小就很淘。所以，我天生就爱运动，也喜爱运动。运动，带给我无限快乐。

妈妈说，在我小的时侯，两岁时我在兴凯湖造纸厂的篮球场上，爸爸打完比赛，我蹦的蹦的的就去捡了个球，拍起就跑。全场的人都惊呆了，看到了一个体育天才儿子，爸爸妈妈也都呆住了。从那以后，大家只要一见到我，都管我叫“篮球小子”。这些也还是妈妈和爸爸告诉我的，我也看到过照片。所以，我是非常的、非常的喜爱篮球这项运动。

以后长大了，运动成为了我真正的喜好。不管以后有什么样的烦恼，我都是拿运动去排解，去寻找乐子。在充满兴趣的跑跳中，我能静下心来，烦恼和压力烟消云散。

上到了六年级，我因为爸爸工作调动，就被转学到享有“体育强场”之称的八五八农场学校。在这里，让我感受到了更大的快乐，400米塑胶运动场、六个地坪漆篮球场、室内体育馆、文化宫……一切的一切，真是让我开了眼界。这所北疆名校，有那么大的篮球场，还有那么大的操场，那每周一升起的国旗，飘扬在我的心中，让我感受到了丝丝的温暖和自豪。

从此，我更爱上了篮球运动，一下课就去玩。以前都是打铃了才回班，但是现在上八年级，时间紧了。要好好的学习，又要打好篮球，这真是件不容易的事情。回班晚了也不怕的话，那我就简直是个篮球迷，是个篮球疯小子啦！

从六年级上到了现在的八年级，我的运动方面有了很大的提高，那是因为我在不断的练习，一次次的学习，才有这么大的收获。

9月10号，全年级蓝球比赛，好多同学都传球给我，。每一次，我接球、运球，直接来个小三步上篮，只听那“唰”的一声，“三不沾”，球进了！全场为我精湛的球技响起热烈的掌声，当时我听了别提多快乐啦！

老师们说我是个篮球天才、是个才子，说要多多培养我，让我多多学习。我也一定不会辜负师长的期望，积极进取。

运动，它带给了我快乐，带给了我健康和自信。现在，我的学习进步了，也能吃苦了，但我从来没骄傲过。因为，人外有人、山外有山，一山更比上一山高。我会更加努力，做一个全面发展的好学生。

i enjoy summer vacation very much.

because summer vacation is the longest vacation of the year. we have more than fifty days to rest. though it is very hot, we can either go to swim or stay in the air-conditioned room . in the evening, i like to go shopping with my friends.

we can eat many things in summer, such as ice creams, watermelons, grapes, so on.in summer, i always go on a trip with my parents. its a good chance for us to visit some nice interesting places.

There are many sports stars in the world. Do you know which is my favourite sport star? My favourite star is Yi Jianlian.

Yi Jianlian is a good basketballer. He is born in Heshan, Guangdong. He is 2.12 meters tall and 113 kilos. He is taller than many people, and he is hangsome and kind. He works hard in the match and in the training. So his coach and team friends all like him.

Yi Jianlian began his career quite early. When he was fifteen years old, he came into CBA. In 2002, he got the first gold medal——Asia Youth championship’s champion. After that, he helped Guangdong team win 3 gold medals from 2003 to 2006 CBA championships. And he von the CBA MVP from 2005 to 2006. In 2006 Asian Games, he got 16.6 points and 10.3 rebounds. He was the greatest basketball player in PRC, in 2006, I think.

On June 28th, 2007, Yi Jianlian came into NBA! All the Chinese people were excited. Because he is the fourth Chinese basketballer who came into NBA. All the people hope he can become better and better..

Yi Jianlian is good at playing basketball. And he is handsome, friendly, kind and so on. So he has a lot of basketball fans in the world. My mother and I are both his fans.

Yi Jianlian is my favourite star. I think, Yi Jianlian will be a famous basketball star in the world later. All the people on the earth will know him!
