还记得有一次我们一家人去爬山，起初兴奋不已，像是打了兴奋剂一般，别提有多高兴了。我们准备好了以后就迫不及待的出发了。到达之后，眼前一望无边的山，浮现在我的眼前，我就感觉爬山不是件容易的事。果真如此啊！刚开始我是享受般的在爬山，可后来我发现，和爸爸妈妈出来爬山是个错误的决定，爬山非易事啊。你得有很好的体力，还得有毅力，才能爬到山顶。没办法，既然已经选择要爬山那就面对现实吧，于是我便开始了艰难的爬山旅程。可后来发觉爬山也不是完全没有乐趣。

爬着爬着就累了，刚好旁边一棵歪脖子树，我就扒着树干休息，稍微喘了口气，又挺起腰干往上爬了。可是我的腿就像被什么拉住似的，每爬一步都非常艰难。我回头看了看爸爸妈妈还有妹妹，就连我妹妹都在努力的怕着，于是我咬紧牙关，拼命的住上爬，心中只有一个念头：坚持、坚持、再坚持！终于到了山顶，一种胜利的喜悦和自豪的感情充满着我的心。我忘记了疲劳，大声为他们加油鼓劲。很快我们一家人都成功的爬上了山。那种快乐是真实的。是充满幸福的。

站在山顶往下看，景色真是奇妙，马路像一条条丝线迂回曲折通向远方。汽车像一只只小甲虫来来往往，川流不息。而行走的人们像蚂蚁一般，近望山坡绿树覆盖，简直是树的海洋。低头瞧，脚下花花草草遍地，我禁不住赞叹：真是太美太神奇了。

生命是真实的，运动是真实的，那快乐就在我们身边！

看，那边就是传说中的超人班级：四（5）班。我们头戴红帽子，一手拿着羽毛球拍，一手叉着腰，兴致勃勃地向操场走去，嘴里还欢呼着：“我运动，我快乐！”老师请各位家长在沙坑前集合。

运动会开始了，我远远望去，那里人山人海，个个精神抖擞。沙坑里的沙子也被火辣辣的太阳晒得闪闪发光。我走到沙坑，在附近找了个阴凉的地方坐了下来，观看精彩的比赛。

看！一位家长先站在起跑线上，老师还没说开始，他就扭动着肥胖的身躯冲了过去，还没开始跳，他就已经累得气喘吁吁了。犯规啦！老师不得不让他重新来一次。只见老师拿着喇叭，大声说：“预备—开始！”老师说完后，他还是动也没动。

刚才是快了一步，这次又是慢了一步。老师便无可奈何的对他说：“你先到后面去吧！”他只能走到了后面。转眼间又轮到了他，这次他恢复了体力。他专业的晃了晃双臂，只听“啪”的一声，他倒在了滚烫到沙坑里。量了一量，他竟然跳了70．3厘米，他笑的嘴巴都合不拢。观众们都鼓起了掌。

过了一会儿，运动会结束了，我依依不舍地回到了教室。这次运动会真快乐！

跳绳是一项非常好的运动。既能增强免疫力，丰富课余生活，又能锻炼身体，所以我非常喜欢跳绳。跳绳有很多种跳法，比如：可以正跳，可以反跳，可以跳花绳，跳正花绳，反花绳……各式各样，能让人看得眼花缭乱。

每当下课铃一响，我就会像野马一样跑出教室，虽然老师说了几次不让在校园里疾跑，可是我还是改不了，因为玩的兴趣太高了。同学们向我投来赞许的目光，掌声马上响起来了。我很高兴，但我一点也没人骄傲，还教给其它同学如何跳得多。从此以后，我就跟同学们上课一块学习，下课一块跳绳。
