我们期待的运动会终于到了，每个人都兴奋不已，从上次运动会我就在心里立下了一个挑战800米长跑比赛的目标，一定要完成目标！一大早，我就看见旁边一年级的小朋友正在练习一分钟拍球，心想：“一年级的小孩子一大早就来练习，看来我也得加油啊！”

运动会开幕式开始了，首先是七彩阳光体操比赛，我们站得活像一棵棵松树，队伍整齐得不能再整齐了，大家的动作也很一致，从最前面看，整个队伍似乎就只有一个人。

呵呵哒!我们期盼已久的运动会终于来了，可惜运动员中没有我，不过我在这次运动会中还是有用滴——护理和拉拉队。

护理的职责嘛，就是帮运动员保管东西，在他们比完赛后，扶他们去休息。而拉拉队中，我和婷婷姐负责在小黑板上写宣传标语。

当第一天的运动会开到一半时，除了我们拉拉队和运动员们，其他同学都被班主任“赶”回班上自习了。原因：我们班的人有的去了小店，有的在小池塘边玩，只剩下十几个人坐在那儿聊天。结果，这些情况被某个间谍告到了班主任那去，班主任大发雷霆，一气之下勒命：除了拉拉队员和运动员留下，其余的“闲杂人等”回班上自习。

不要把它当做是对比。那只是反映了你所想要的东西。快乐是阳光下的花儿，而且接触它并不困难。我们有各种各样的情感，如，郁闷，愤怒，恐惧，快乐，而且在有东西影响我们情感时，所有的这些情感都会很自然地出现。所以，如果我们可以改变我们对这个世界上的事物的态度，当然我们可以把我们的情绪调整在良好的状态中。这意味着如果我们想的话我们可以选择做一个快乐的人只要我们用积极的方式看待事物。

You may have ever heard about that kind of story that a patient recovering from a serious disease because of his optimism. That’s not a wonder. We can also own happiness, can feel the power of it, and the key to happiness is just in our own hands.

你可能已经听说过这类的故事了，一个病人因为乐观从重病中恢复了。这不是奇迹。我们也可以拥有快乐，可以感受到它的力量，而快乐的关键就在我们自己的手中。

If we can be happy, why not choose to be? Let’s try together to create a world filled up with smiling faces and sunshine.

如果我们可以快乐，为什么不选择成为快乐的人呢？让我们一起努力来创建一个充满微笑和阳光的世界吧。

快乐无处不在，生活因有快乐而精彩，因有快乐而美丽，快乐在我心中就像一杯冒着热气的牛奶，是那清纯，那么香甜……

很多东西都能带给我快乐，但令我印象深刻的是运动，运动带给我的快乐无与伦比。

记得小时候，我是一个“病娃娃”，三天两头的就往医院跑，整天不是吃药，就是打针，天天不是手上打针，就是脑袋上打着针，那时我的生活就是哭中度过，整天都是以泪洗面。回想一下，哎！真是泡在泪水啊！

我到六岁时，我在电视上看见一位体育世界冠军说：“运动是一种神奇的力量，它能让你有一个强壮的身体，有一个富有意义的人生。”从此，在那时我的人生就开始发生了变化，在爸爸的带领下，我每天早上六点起床跳绳，在爸爸的催促下，我每天围着家门前的小树林跑来跑去，在妈妈的陪同下，天天中午做三十个仰卧起座……有一次，在和爸爸一起跑步时，我不小心把脚弄伤了，当时脚很疼，爸爸背着我来到医院，伤口包扎好了后，医生对我说：“伤口全好后，就可以运动了，没有全好前，不要运动。”回到家后的几天，我的心里就一直想要运动，直到伤口开始结疤了。我就像解放了一样的开始运动，但跑步不能弯得太厉害，在伤口全好之前，我不断的运动，最后在校运会时获得了奖，使我感到运动的快乐！

那时多病的我，对这些魔鬼训练，我没的抗拒，而是努力的突破一个又一个难关，在我不断的努力下，从以前的“病娃娃”变成了今天的“小健儿”，使我不再在泪水中度过，而是在不断的笑声中成长！

当然，运动不能锻炼身体，增强体质，还可以让我发泄情绪。

当我感到十分委屈、难过时，跑一跑，运动运动，不好的心情就会慢慢的消失，会觉得心中的不满其实也没有什么大不了的，心情就会从低谷瞬间变成山峰。

运动还能带来无限的活力！

当早晨蒙蒙亮时起来，头里还有一些睡意，你跑跑的话，睡意就会慢慢消失，让你整天都充满活力，有一个快乐的一天。

啊！运动带给我快乐，我因运动而健康、而美丽！

杨振宁说过：“成功的秘诀是乐趣。”我是一个热爱生活，热爱运动的男孩，运动是我生活内容的一部分，因为运动给我带来了无限的乐趣，贯穿了我整一个少年时期。

对我来说，快乐莫过于球友的一声赞美，队友的一声喝彩；快乐莫过于在游泳池中飞溅的水花；快乐莫过于与兄弟在球场上洒落的滴滴汗珠……

或许是天生的好动，又或许是遗传了父母的运动因子。幼年时的我就与父亲玩起了足球。我至今还依稀的记得，一大片一大片的绿草地，小小的我，大大的父亲，似乎所有的绿色都只为我们的到来而铺满。小小的我就像个小糊涂仙，在绿茵场中踉踉跄跄地奔跑，跌倒了站起来，站起来又跌倒了，反反复复，不认输的劲原来在那一刻就在我心中扎下了深根。父亲高大而魁梧的身材挡住了我，我紧张极了，不管三七二十一，拿起球便跑……

长大了，我已不再去绿茵场上疲奔了，不再去绿茵场上乱跑乱跳了。在水中畅游慢慢变成了我的爱好，我喜欢水珠在我身上掠过的感觉，凉凉的，似一双柔软的手，将我保护着。说真的，在陆地上，请原谅父母给了我不太灵活的身躯，但要相信，在水中那便是我的世界，是我叱咤风云的天下。夏天，只要哥们一句：“走，游泳去！”不管我在干啥，立马起身加入其中。

但不知是从什么时候开始，我慢慢迷上了篮球，观看NBA每月，每周，甚至是每天，都是必不可少的项目之一。观看不练假把式，上阵打球，我一样也来，只不过打得好不好是另外一回事。

在学校乔丹、姚明的咱不说，可瞧，操场上那几个大高个的老师，每天下午都能看见他们的身影，在篮球场上卖弄自己的高超技术。再瞧旁边，身材矮小，未长开的我们，一样不甘示弱，打的照样风生水起，痛快淋漓的感觉，就是一个字——爽。汗水滴在口里，咸咸的，生活不就是含杂着这个味吗？

热爱运动，就是热爱生命。人生就是一条笔直向前的橡胶跑道，不过难免会出现几个弯道，只要我们坚定信念在跑道上努力向前，超越弯道，定能跑出快乐的人生。

Still there are many kinds of, have to play basketball, badminton, table tennis,,,,, etc., are sports that are good for the health of body and mind, among them, my favorite sport is: swimming, swimming can not only cure asthma, also can reduce weight, its every two. Swimming has a lot of ways, such as: freestyle, breaststroke, Yang type, such as jellyfish drift,,,,,, is very interesting! However, swimming is also to pay attention to, such as dont to do warm-up exercise, the first into the water, or you cant avoid cramps; Make sure the depth of the water when the water is not deep, shallow not shallow, the depth of the water is not good, because when you dive, likely water is too deep, cause drowning; When the water is too shallow diving injuries, prone to danger; And dont in wet ground to chase. We will be happy to play, to go home in peace.

Swimming is a good sport, even the usually dont have the spirit of younger brother to go swimming after come back, the spirit. Visible swimming really great! We can also try to look at a lot!

运动是让人快乐的方法，运动可以让人活力充沛、精神满分!运动不只是我的好朋友，它还是我的救世主，因为有它，我才可以长得很健康、很活泼、很有活力!

运 动有很多种，有打篮球、羽毛球、桌球、、、等，都是有益身心健康的运动，其中，我最喜爱的运动是：”游泳”，游泳不但可以治好气喘，还可以减肥，真是一举 两得。游泳有很多方式，像是：自由式、蛙式、仰式、水母漂、、、等，都很有趣喔!但是，游泳也是要注意一下，像是不要没有做暖身操，就先下水，不然就不能 避免抽筋;下水时先确认水深不深，浅不浅，水深不好，因为你跳水时，有可能水太深，造成溺水;水太浅跳水时，就会受伤，容易发生危险;还有不要在湿滑的地 方追逐嬉戏。我们要快快乐乐的玩，平平安安的回家。

游泳是个很好的运动，连平常都不怎么有精神的弟弟去游泳回来以后，精神都来了。可见游泳真的很棒!我们也可以多多尝试看看喔!
