下面开始炒菜了，我先把油倒到铁锅里，等油热了，把切好的葱和鸡蛋放入油锅，不停的翻炒，一会，等鸡蛋变黄了，放点盐、调料、味精，在翻了翻，出锅。下一道菜，驾轻就熟，看着色泽鲜嫩，尝一口咸甜可口，正合适。饭菜放到桌上，看着自己亲手做出的饭菜，闻着饭菜的香味，看着全家人脸上的笑容，我开心的笑了。

这个周末，使我深深的懂得了父母的辛苦，以后我一定为父母多做一些力所能及的事情，让父母快乐！我就更快乐！

我们在服务台领取了滑雪用的衣服、鞋子、撑杆、滑雪板进入了滑雪场。一进入滑雪场，扑面而来的一股冷气冷得我直打哆嗦，我赶紧把手套、帽子戴上，脚上笨重的滑雪鞋使我怎么也走不快，我急得快要哭出来了。还好这时候服务员走了过来，帮助我把滑雪板安装好，这样我就可以开始滑雪了。一开始，我站都站不住，好几次都差点摔倒，后来在妈妈的指导下，我慢慢地掌握了滑雪的要领——两腿微微向下蹲，身子向前倾，两手紧握撑杆，用力向后撑，这样就不会摔倒了。在我还不是很会滑的时候，我迫不及待地随着人流来到了大斜坡上。真奇怪，在斜坡向下俯冲下来的时候，我居然没有像别人那样滚下来，而是稳稳地滑了下来，就是因为没有掌握刹车的技术，最后因刹不住车而摔倒在地。我妈妈看我轻轻松松的样子，也忍不住走上了斜坡。但很不幸，她从坡上一路滚下来，连站起来的机会都没有。我笑得直叫肚子痛，妈妈也不好意思地哈哈大笑。我得意地想：这滑雪可不是看看那样简单，没有一定的悟性是不行的。

我们在滑雪场里玩了三个多小时，直到玩得耳朵、鼻子

都冻红了，手指都冻僵了，才意犹未尽地走出了滑雪场。换下滑雪装备后，我觉得脚一下子轻了许多，脚步也快了不少。 银七星滑雪场真好玩，这真是一次快乐的滑雪。
