说起低碳生活，从我记事起，外公就帮我养成了一个很好的习惯——将一些废纸和纸箱都收集起来，然后拿到废品收购站去卖。那时我还不懂什么，只当是节约，现在想想，要是每个人都能这样做的话，那我们人类将可以少砍多少树呀!每次我和家人去超市购物，我都会提醒大人带上环保袋，平时我们买饮料会尽量买纸盒装的，那样可以减少“白色污染”。 记得有一回在超市，我妈妈看见一个可以挤牙膏的东西，就要买下来，说那样的话可以把牙膏挤的很干净，那可以节省点。我却说：“你看，这是用是塑料做的”。妈妈不明白是什么意思。我又说：“为了节省点一点牙膏而使地球上又多了一些白色垃圾，有什么好的”?妈妈恍然大悟，连说：“是呀，是呀!看来这个发明的确是得不偿失呀”!

我参加的项目是立定跳远。很快，轮到我们四年级组了。我的心里像揣了一只小兔子一样怦怦直跳。第一个跳的是我们班的李文捷，只见她双手前后甩了几下，腾空而起，然后平稳地落到了地上。过了不一会儿，就该我了。我学着她的样子，双手也使劲摆了几下，身子向前弓，努力往前跳。经过了几番拼搏，我侥幸进入了前六名，哇，太好了！

接下来的比赛是团体拔河，那真是一场激动人心的比赛。拔河比赛开始了，我和班上的许多同学一样，或多或少有些紧张。我们先和四年纪三班比，由于三班“胖子”太多，我们输了。回到了班级场地，同学们互相鼓励，决心在下几场比赛中取得好成绩。和四年级二班的比赛开始了，老师和围观的同学当起了拉拉队，我们的耳边回响起了“四一、加油！四一、加油！”的助威声。我鼓足了劲，咬紧了牙，用尽全身的力气拉，其他同学也和我一样。经过一番拉锯式的争夺，我们终于取得了胜利。顿时，全班同学欢呼雀跃起来。我们的老师也高兴地笑了。我们正为拔河的事兴奋，那边又传来跳绳比赛的好消息。我们班的花样跳绳比赛取得了第一名的好成绩。

快乐而短暂的运动会虽然结束了，但运动员在运动场上拼搏的精神永远铭记在我们心中。
