我叫张恩硕，今年7岁多了，马上就要成为二年级的小学生了。

我的兴趣爱好主要有踢足球、跳街舞、画素描和打乒乓球呢。这个假期里我的收获很多，下面，我就和大家分享一下，我的假期收获：

首先，我完成了暑假作业和老师布置的一些特殊作业。假期里，我游览了著名的山城、雾都——重庆。在重庆的游玩的那几天，我了解了重庆老火锅的来历，参观了火锅底料加工厂，并且品尝了美味的重庆各种有名小吃和火锅。晚上我们到了著名景点朝天门坐了豪华游轮，欣赏了重庆的夜色美景。

接着，我学习了素描基本画法，掌握了初级乒乓球的基打技巧，并尝试学习了街舞课程，还学会了两首街舞步法《龙拳》《少林英雄》。

最后，8月份初我就开始了文化课的学习，在菁华教育了解学习小学生的基本写作技巧和思维训练教程。最值得开心的事情就是：在这里又认识了很多活波可爱的新同学，和他们一起学习，一起游戏。并且在学期结束时，思维训练考试居然得了全班第一名，还被评为“学习小标兵”的称号……

今年暑假我过得既丰富多彩，又开心、难忘。

就在北京奥运会如火如荼地稳步进行的时候，我们近百名阳光天使小记者在报社老师的带领下，来到了山西省体育职业学院。在这里，我们将参与“与奥运同行，感受运动乐趣”的亲身体验活动。

短暂的欢迎仪式后，我们便开始了为期一天的愉快行程。第一站我们先来到了体操馆，在这里我们欣赏到了精美绝伦的带操和棒操表演。为我们表演的都是些和我们一样大或比我们还要小的体院学生。没想到她们这么小，却跳得那么好：新颖别致的队形、高飞飘逸的空翻、柔若无骨的下腰，整齐划一的动作说明她们下足了功夫。虽然我也学过五年舞蹈，但与她们相比真是自愧不如呀！

紧接着我们又分别参观了篮球馆、摔跤柔道馆和射箭射击馆。在这些场馆里都有运动员在汗流浃背地刻苦训练，他们真是辛苦啊！

以前，在所有的体育比赛中，我最喜欢的就是射箭了，运动员不需要强烈的身体对抗，不需要满场玩命的奔跑，只见他（她）们舒展双臂，弯弓搭箭，轻轻松松就把羽箭射中了靶心。既有现代的儒雅，又有古者的侠风。然而，当我在射箭馆亲身体验开弓时才发现，我想错了。结果是我用尽了吃奶的劲，弓才拉开一点点，看来干什么都不容易，干什么都需要付出努力和汗水才行。

不觉中，已经是中午时分了，饭菜的香味把我们“诱”到了运动员餐厅。我们就要品尝“运动员大餐”了。“运动员大餐”的品种还真是丰富：煎牛排、炸大虾、烧鸡块、素烧茄子、凉拌西芹……饭后还有酸奶和各种水果。此时，小伙伴们全都狼吞虎咽地吃了起来，准备吃饱了下午好在运动场上的运动体验中一决雌雄。

午饭后略作休息，我们便根据个人喜好不同，分成五个组进行了运动体验。我和二十多名小伙伴选择了塑型训练---瑜伽。在教练的带领下，伴着激昂的音乐，我们跳起了奥运啦啦操、踏板操，练起了优雅的瑜伽。在运动中尽情挥洒着汗水，在运动中尽情体验着快乐和激情……

1、 关于项目：例如：客厅地面铺600X600国产佛山XX牌耐磨砖(应指定样品)

2、 关于单位：

a.天花角线、踢脚线、腰线、封门套等用"米"。

b.木地板、乳胶漆、墙纸、防盗网等用"平方米"。

c.家具、门扇、柜台等用"项"、"樘"等单位。有必要标明这些项目的报价单位及报价，例如：按正立面平方数计算，每平方米600元。

单位应使用习惯的国际通用单位。切忌使用英制等单位。可以计算面积的子项应避免使用"项"来表达。

3、关于数量：有二种方法

a.按实际测量后，加入损耗量，在合同内标定。日后不再另行计算。

b.按单价，再乘以实际工程量。这是一种做多少算多少的做法。

分析：建议用a方法，在签置合同前确认工程数量，然后在合同内标明，

以防一些奸商用"低预算高结算"的伎俩诈财。

4、 关于备注：应对一些工艺做法标明，例如：衣柜：表面用红榉面板、内衬白色防火板、主体为15厘大蕊板。

5、关于违约：不管对业主违约，或者装修公司违约，都可以用经济手法进行惩罚和赔偿。一般违约金大约是在工程总额的千分之一至三左右。但需要提醒的是要注意这个千分之几的写法。有一些人故意在千分之几后面加上元字。这就等于实际的罚款为一元的千分之几，即几厘钱，一分钱都不够。

5、 关于管理费用。所谓的管理费用包括了小区管理处收取的各种行政管理费用。其中管理处收取的费用是很多种的，有一些管理处不一定会收取，有一些乱收费的管理处却无处不钻，收取的名目也很多：管理押金、垃圾清运费、施工保洁费、通道粉刷费、公共设施维护费、电梯使用费、工人管理费(日)、出入证押金、出入证费、临时户口办证费。这些乱收费的管理处是最令装修公司头痛的，所以越来越多的装修公司要求这些费用由业主支付，不再计算入工程预算之中。

6、 关于税金。在绝大部分的城市，税金是通过装修公司的营业收入中收取。在发稿之时，全中国只有深圳一市会收取专门的装修税。它是通过大厦或小区管理处收取的，而不是通过企业报税的形式收取的。这一些，都有必要明确承担者。 由于目前装修公司操作上面的混乱，很多人通过挂靠、假冒装修公司的名义，所以笔者建议业主方在签置任何法律文件时，除非签置人是企业的法人代表，否则最好注明签置人的身份证号码。

如何签订放心的装修合同

一、关于合同文件

一个比较完整的家装合同除了工程预算、设计图纸以外，还应该包括关键施工项目的施工工艺、施工计划以及甲乙双方的材料采购单。

施工工艺是一个约束施工方严格执行约定工艺做法、防止偷工减料的法宝。而在合同当中要有一个施工计划，主要是因为目前家庭装修拖延工期的现象比比皆是，而消费者又很难在施工方开始拖延工期的时候就发现问题，因此，一份比较严谨的施工计划就是消费者保护自己的必要武器。现在很多的家装合同对于合同甲乙双方的材料采购单都不太重视，尽管合同里作了一些规定，但是大多比较粗浅，主要反映在对于材料的品牌、采购的时间期限以及验收的办法、验收人员没有做出明确规定。因此，上述在家庭装修合同当中一般容易忽视的一些文件尽量不要遗漏。

二、关于设计图纸

很多家庭装修的纠纷都反映在对工程项目的理解上。比如对一些项目造型的理解，由于没有较为详细的图纸，可能设计师和消费者在理解上会有一些差距，有的项目由于图纸不明确，在具体尺寸上也会存在差距。因此，建议您在签合同的时候，尽量把图纸准备齐全，避免开工以后再进行这些方面的工作，出现不必要。

When I left there, the ETs gave me a lot of presents. Then I went back home by a spaceship!

Im a student.My weekend life is happy.I and my family often go mountain

climbing,enjoy the fresh mountain air.I sometimes go and friends go shopping

together.I like my weekend life.

Yesterday,I had a happy weekend.In those days,I read books in the sun on

the moring,its so warm and comfortable .And I also played the piano for two

hours.I enjoyed playing it .With my mothers permission I went to the park wit

my friend and went shopping with her,oh how nice it was to play with friends .Of

course,I watched TV in the evening like many others .At night,I had a so sweet

dream,what a happy day it was.

Today is sunday .I am in hainan with my friends now.it is a sunny day,I got

up early at Seven thirty,I watched a movie with my brother in the morning,it was

a interesting film.And in the afternoon,I went swimming with my best friends .I

was tired.But I was happy ,too.Uh...What a wonderful day it is!

I had a nice holiday in last weekend.My friend invited me to play table

tennis with him.It was a relax sport.I would love it if there was no people

smoking there,although the slogan on the wall shows no smoking.There are always

some people whose happiness is built on others misery.

In this weekend,I have a plan,if tomorrow is a sunny day.

Saturday morning,I am going to visit my grandparents.after lunch I have

good friends and I go to the movies and football.At night,I can stay home and

watch cartoons.

Sunday,I will go fishing with dad.After that I will go home to do my

homework.

Last weekend,I went to the city center with my mother.I saw many beautiful

clothes.Mum bought a coat for me at last.She also brought me have much delicious

food.Later,I went to the XinHua book shop.I chose some books for my study and my

mum paid for them.We played happily.

我们学校的“大嘴巴英语节”到了，这一天，我们班的同学有的带玩具，有的带水果，还有的带图书…真是丰富多彩啊！

下午一到，我们便秩序井然地排好了队，带好了物品，下楼到了大操场。那儿已经有很多班级准备好了。我们坐在了塑料袋和书本上，将物品依次取出，排成一长排，一切准备好后，第一场拍卖会便开始了，我们当商人，让其它同学来买。当我转身看后面时，发现后面的人就像蚂蚁一样，黑鸦鸦的一片直奔而来！等了半天，没一个来买我的玩具，吴雨婕等不及了，大声吆喝，突然有一个小朋友走过我们面前，嘴里还说：“太幼稚了！”又过了一会儿，有几位小朋友睁着大大的眼睛，仔细地找着他们想要的东西，这时，吴雨婕向一位男同学叫道：“走过不要路过，千万不要错过！”男同学一惊，啪唧一下倒在了地上，笑得前仰后合，嘴中含含糊糊说：“我从来没见过这样的高人！”说完就走进了杂乱的人群中。

第二场拍卖会是我们当买东西的人，我们一听到这人消息，立刻将杂物乱扔进了布袋里，准备去“购物”。购物会开始了，我和我的朋友一起手挽着手走进了人海中，走了一圈，我还没找到自己想要的东西，于是，第二次，我又走了一圈，终于找到了一个蓝色的，上面画有一只大白熊的“修正带”首先，我对那个男孩说：“Howmuchisit？”那个小男孩抬起头，从头到脚打量了我一番，拿起修正带，沉思片刻说道：“It’ssixyuan。”我想也不想，就把钱包打开，说道：“Ok。Hereyouare。”他一声不响地从衣袋里摸出一张皱巴巴的“买”卡，我又随即拿出了“卖”卡，后来再想，这笔交易太不合算了，我应该和他说能不能五元或四元才对，可是，已经迟了，那个小男孩走了，因为拍卖会结束了。

拍卖会结束后，老师带着满面笑容的同学们回到了教室。

In the Leigang Park, we can see many trees and flowers there. Some flowers are red, and some are purple. The trees are big and tall. We can see a hill in the park. At the foot of the hill, we can see many houses and many roads.

There are many people in the park. Some are walking and singing. Some are dancing or playing games.

All the families are having a good time in the park.
