Christmas is one of the most important celebrations of the year for the western countries. Chinese New Year，is the most important festival for all of us. All family members get together on New YearEve to have a big meal.At the same time， everyone celebrates to each other.At about 12 oclock，some parents and children light crackers.The whole sky is lighted brightly. We may watch the fireworks excitedly.How busy it is！

On the first early moring of one year， many senior citizen get up early and they stick the reversed Fu or hang some couplets on the front door. Some houses windows are sticked on red paper cutlings.

The Chinese New Year lasts fifteen days. So during the fifteen days， we always visit our relatives from door to door. At that time， children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents，grandparents， uncles， aunts and so on. The last day of the Chinese New Year is another festival. It names the Lantern Festival.

So the Chinese New Year comes to the end.

我和我的妈妈“相爱相杀”十几年，终于发现，原来我的妈妈是个“懒妈妈”。啥事情，都要求我也“参一脚”，不然她就不甘心做了，尤其是家务活。

我妈妈最不喜欢的地方就是厨房了，平时做饭的一般都是爸爸。每逢寒暑假，对于我们母子俩来说，吃饭就成了大问题。

去年暑假，经过几次谈判以后，我和妈妈最终达成了协议：1、我们一起买菜;2、妈妈烧菜，我洗碗;3、吃什么，怎么做，由我决定。

一开始，我得意忘形，点了一堆我爱吃的菜，妈妈也很给力，全都按照我的心意成功完成了任务。可是，吃完以后，对着一大堆残羹剩饭和需要清洗的锅碗瓢盆，我傻眼了，洗了好久才洗完。

后来，我学乖了，为了减轻我的洗碗任务，我觉得碗一定不能多。于是，我就要求把几个菜全都一锅端，装在一个大盆子里。这个主意，对我妈来说，正中下怀。但是，很多时候味道不太好，这让我很讨厌。于是，我就在电脑上查菜品的搭配，哪些菜搭配在一起更营养，更美味。一查吓一跳，我发现了很多秘密。有些菜可不能随便搭配，比如我们经常吃的菠菜豆腐，如果菠菜不先焯一下，吃了就容易得结石。

再后来，我想是不是可以把菜和饭一起烧呢，那我的任务不就更轻松了吗?妈妈为我的聪明点了个赞。我们都十分开心，可以少做很多工作。接下来我就开始研究菜饭，怎么样让米饭变得又简单又好吃。我们先开始做比较熟悉的立夏饭，接着我们又开始尝试其他的品种，比如排骨饭，又把排骨换成了鸡肉、牛肉……我们的菜饭烧得越来越成功，而我和妈妈的任务也都变得越来越轻松。我心里那个高兴呀!

一个暑假就这样愉快地结束了，让我的妈妈成功转型为合格的“厨师”，而我也成了名副其实的“美食家”。
