父女俩聊了几句每次必问的话外，便无话可说。当她提出放假回家看看时，父亲拒绝了，最后父亲的口吻近似在乞求。她当时没多想，便答应了。父亲告诉了她，到中考时，他和妈妈一块儿去陪考。乐得希晨无法用言语表达，更加努力地备战中考，最早来到教室的是她，最晚走出教室的还是她。30天……20天……8天……5天……2天……就要中考了，她做了最充分的准备，因为她坚信成功属于有准备的人。

那天父亲如约而至，母亲却没来，她好失望。但爸爸告诉她是因为舅舅家有事，所以没来，希晨带着母亲的期望，父亲的千叮万嘱，走进考场，面带微笑地走出考场，3天很快结束了。

她和父亲踏上回家的车，路上她一直在问家里的一些事，但父亲始终强作笑脸，望着窗外，可能是由于太想家了吧，一向细心的她竟没在意。

到了家她以为妈妈还没回来，径直走向屋里。但墙上挂着母亲的遗像，上面的日期是xx4月29日，一切都明白了，她呆了，她撕心裂肺地哭喊：“妈——妈——”与父亲抱头痛哭了许久。

此后数日，希晨天天以泪洗面，饱偿了与亲人生死离别的苦。

她的梦实现了，市重点高中的录取通知书送到了她的手中，她犹豫了，到底该不该去上呢？父亲为她的未来着想，坚持一个字“上”而她却担心着什么，全市第一呀，躺在床上辗转反侧，难以入睡，只听到墙上的挂钟滴滴答答地响，不知过了多久，她见到了天堂的妈妈，她和妈妈拥抱在半空中，看不清妈妈的脸，却清楚地听妈妈说：“晨儿，好好学，别放弃自己的梦啊！总有出人头地的那一天，妈妈还鼓励了她很多，她和妈妈一块唱那首《阳光总在风雨后》她紧抱着妈妈，不让妈妈离自己而去，她紧抓着妈妈的手却怎么也挽留不住……

希晨又哭喊着从梦中醒来，紧抱着的是被子，被角湿了一大片。

她告诉爸爸，妈妈托梦给她了，她要去读书。

爸爸笑着流下了泪，“好，今天就去教书费。”

这些年，父女俩是苦了些，可苦中有乐。

若干年后的今天，作为一个国际知名度最高的公司老总希晨，正坐在豪华的办公室给妈妈写着若干封信。

妈妈：

您在那边还好吗？我和父亲都很好，我没辜负您的重望，我相信风雨过后有彩虹……现在我和爸爸的一切都那么好，但我还没来得及孝敬您呢，如果您有什么事托梦给我……

There are many arguments about the advantages and disadvantages of examinations. Some people think that examinations can help them review the lessons regularly, while others maintain that too many examinations have frustrated them.

To me, I think an examination is a good thing for both teachers and students. Teachers can find out how much the students have grasped and then improve their teaching; students, on the other hand, will learn what their weak points are and then study even harder.

All in all, we should not waste time arguing whether examinations are good or not. What we should do is to try to improve the exam system and try to adjust it to our different requirements.
