As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to

avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my

opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor

performance and ill health.

My favorite animal is pandas. He name is Beibei, he is blak and white. I like Beibei very much, becavse he is so cute, and he is kind of shy. Beibei form the China. He is five years old. As is known to us all, teachers play an important role in our process of

growing up. As far as I am concerned, an ideal teacher should be responsible,

impartial and wise.

First of all, a qualified teacher should be responsible. For one thing, he

should try his best to make his class interesting and try to understand what his

students need. For another, he needs to keep enthusiastic with his job of spread

knowledge all the time and act as an example for others everywhere he goes

to.

Second, be impartial is another requirement. As a teacher, he should not

divide students into good ones and bad ones since each student has unique

Finally, my ideal teacher is one who does not only teach students his

specialized knowledge but also can give students some guidance about life and

To sum up, an ideal teacher should not only pay attention to the

achievements his students get, but also put emphasis on developing students’

correct views on life and sense of worth.

Here is a difference between science and technology.Science is a method of

answering theoretical questions; technology is a method of solving practical

problems. Science has to do with discovering the facts and relationships between

observable phenomena in nature and with establishing theories that serve to

organize these facts and relationships; technology has to do with

tools,techniques, and procedures for implementing the findings of science.

Another distinction between science and technology has to do with the

progress in each. Progress in science excludes the human factor. Scientists, who

dislikes, or to popular ideas about the fitness of things. What scientists

discover may shock or anger people--as did Darwins theory of evolution. But

option of refusing to believe it! But hardly so with technology;we do not have

the option of refusing to hear the sonic boom produced by a supersonic

aircraft-flying overhead; we do not have the option of refusing to breathe

polluted air. Unlike science, progress in technology must be our slave and not

the reverse. The legitimate purpose of technology is to serve peopie--people in

general, not merely some people; and future generations, not merely those who

presently wish to gain advantage for themselves.

We are all familiar with the abuses of technology. Many people blame

technology itself for widespread pollution, resource depletion and even social

decay in general--so much so that the promise of technology is obscured. That

promise is a cleaner and healthier world. If wise applications of science and

technology do not lead to a better world, what else will?

走进校园，就与扑面而来的春风撞了个满怀。春日，好明媚!心情，好舒畅!

可我们却听见：“降半旗!”

下降，再下降，耳边清晰地传来滑轮和旗杆摩擦的“吱吱”响声。红旗蓦然低垂，天边还未等到旭日升起，便有些泛白。它们是在悼念那些在地震中死难的同胞吗?没有汽笛鸣响，没有车来车往，甚至也没有喧哗。所有人，包括我——我站在电视机前，和站在广场边的人们一起垂下了头，一起为汶川默哀。

当国旗定格住的那一刻，一股悲戚涌上我的心头。我默默地拎起书包，赶去了学校。一路上，我的脑海中浮现出一片废墟的情景，残垣断壁，惨绝人寰!

站在学校门口，我排进了一条长队中，，把手心里一直攥着的五十元钱塞进了捐款箱里。那五十元是我才拿到手的稿费。想想那些在地震中死难的同胞，我突然觉得我想要的新文具不是那么重要了，能为祖国尽一己之力也是好的。

虽然五十元实在是太少太少了，也许它只能买一顶简单的救灾帐篷，或是几个灾民一天的伙食。但那个捐款箱中又有多少张五十元呢?举国上下又有多少张五十元呢?滴水可以汇成江河，我们的爱心也一定可以聚成所有四川人民美好的明天。

我变成小鱼之后，长得非常漂亮!你看，那酷酷的头型，戴着一副墨镜，棕色的身子，黑色的鱼尾巴。朋友们，我现在就要到那令人向往的大海里去啦!到那之后，我突然发现鱼比人的生活还好呢!开车用的都是环保型的净水喷水车，骑自行车都是喷水式自行车，既环保又非常快，骑车到大海的尽头只需要5秒钟!我游到上空去发现这里的鱼只盖了几万栋房子，没有工厂的污染。

我又看了一下发现剩下的地方全种树了!各式各样内容特别丰富。我想这里小孩拿的纸和冰糕从哪里来的呢?我叫起旁边的一个居民，它听了我的问题，带我游到了一片地方，有一个小门通向一个大圆球内，我们进去之后，我看见许多工厂、冰激凌店、巨型超强净水器。这时我看见许许多多的小孩把包装扔进垃圾箱，我想到一个严重的问题：人们不保护环境，而鱼儿们对环境非常重视!那位居民非常热情，带我游览了许多景点，还给了我一些钱。我跟它告别了，在路上我遇到了鲨鱼，吓得直抖抖，而鲨鱼却向我友好的招了招手!我想：原来大海里鱼这么友好呀!我走啊走，终于租着房子了。

我买了点家具，又找了一份薪水最高的工作干了下来，过了几天，我买了一辆汽车，还留下很多钱，一天我和小伙伴在打篮球，比赛正在进行着。突然，天一下出现了一张网，我知道这是打鱼人撒的渔网，里面除了我的朋友还有许多居民在网里，我指挥着鱼儿们把网撑破了!有一天我开着车转，发现一片地方长满了汽车，我先拿一辆送给那位我的恩人。后来把车全拿下来给买了赚了许多钱，我就这样生活下去，认识了许多许多鱼。

要到金岙公园就要跨过瓯江，走过桥下，才能到金岙公园。

金岙公园最有意思的就是各式各样的滑滑梯。当你走上滑梯时，就会发现有好多个入口，不同的入口滑下去都是不同的滑梯。有的是直线滑下去的;有的是像虫子一样扭来扭去，你滑下去也会扭来扭去;有的像弹簧一样，一圈一圈快速的转下去，特别刺激!还有的是双人的，我特别喜欢和晶晶姐姐一起牵着手滑下去，如果想和你的朋友一起来也可以这样玩。滑滑梯下面还有一个巨大的沙坑，沙坑里还插着一个紫色的秋千，你可以边荡秋千边眺望远方的高山，真是太美好了!

到了晚上，那里还有好多好吃的食物摊：有水果杯、有冰冰凉凉的雪碧加果冻……最最好吃的是一个超大的杯子，里面还分圈，中间的一圈放满冰冰凉凉的冰淇淋，在外面一圈可以加各种喝的。不仅如此，你还可以自己在喝的里面可以加各种水果，最外面一圈还能给你添加果冻。晚上拿着这一杯，坐在秋千上边荡边吃，享受着凉爽的风，真是完美至极!

除了荡秋千，晚上你还可以在地上搭帐篷，在帐篷里还可以仰望星空，这让我想到了《繁星》这篇课文，作者肯定也很享受这样的时刻吧。

功夫不负有心人，我终于会溜了，而且还能溜得飞快。正在我得意忘形的时候，忽然前面出现了一个坡。我大惊失色，刹车已经来不及了，可我总不能听天由命吧?爸爸的坚强的话语又鼓励了我，我把握好身体，腾空而起后，转了一圈就顺顺当当地落了下来。顿时，场上响起一阵掌声。我自豪地看看爸爸，他正竖着大拇指夸我呢!

那一刻，我学会了坚强，终于走出了缺乏自信的困境。那一刻，我才明白：没有坚强就没有克服困难的勇气;没有坚强，就没有通向成功的动力。
