小学生之所以在写作文时，没有什么可写的，头脑空空如也，一个重要原因就是我们对孩子的观察力不够。对于我们日常的春夏秋冬的变化，对我们日常身边发生的事情关注不多，或者说根本没有去观察。因此必须培养孩子对身边事物的观察力，让他们写观察日记，细心体会事物的状态和事物的变化过程，在观察变化的过程中能够有自己的亲身感觉和心得，及时指导孩子写出来，表达出来。养成记观察日记的习惯，及时将自己的想法写出来，和家长老师共享，与同学们共同交流，这样时间久了，小学生的写作能力就上来了。在培养观察力的过程中，家长和老师要细心，耐心，不要急躁，也不要激烈指责孩子的不足，尽量以激励平和的口气说话，让孩子感觉到的是关怀，而不是压力，这样有利于孩子的观察力的提高和写作的积极性的培养。
