文章的正文应以文章的开头为线索，具体地叙述、说明或论证文章的主题。文章不论长短，每个段落都必须为主题服务。像说明文和议论文这一类的文章，一个主题还常分成几个小主题，每个小主题要用一个段落处理，另起一段时，应是一层新的意思。每一段的开头，要放一个表示段落小主题的主题句，这样可使文章条理化，易于阅读，便于读者抓住主题。段内的所有句子应围绕主题句的意义加以阐述或论证，为中心思想服务。句子之间应衔结自然，有条不紊，而且还要合乎逻辑，段落中不能出现任何与主题无关的句子；英语写作比较重视主题句的作用，缺少它段落意义就会含糊不清。主题句也可放在段落的中间和末尾等部位，但对初学者来说，以放在段首为好。

在记叙文中，段的结构有时可以很简单，不需要有主题句，叙事一气呵成，中途没有停顿。段与段之所以分开，只是为了起修辞作用，以便把某一细节置于显著的地位。

分段是文章组织上重要的一步，在写一篇文章的时候，一般都会将文章分为3段，第一段也就是文章的开头，第二段是主体部分，第三段自然就是结尾了。当然也可以分成4段等，不管怎么分段，都请大家要记住，在写一篇作文的时候，一定不可以不分段。

前面是一条笔直的林荫道，两侧是枝繁叶茂的的香橼树，它们整齐地站在路边，就像仪仗队员在列队迎接我们。同学的爸爸告诉我：香橼树形状优美，开花时节奇香无比，结果时，黄澄澄的果实发出诱人的香味，而且还可以作为药材使用。香橼树一年四季常青，不会受到虫害，是很多鸟类喜爱的栖息之所。香橼在靖江民间有镇宅辟邪之说，所以它在靖江很受欢迎，许多人家都喜欢在房前屋后种上一两棵。

沿着林荫道，我们又来到山水盆景长廊，各种各样精巧的山水盆景立即把我吸引住了。它们静静地安放在盆景阳光房里，形状奇特，有的像腾飞的巨龙；有的像奔腾的骏马；有的像背着两座驼峰的骆驼……我原来只知道靖江的肉脯和汤包出名，每想到靖江的山水盆景更出名，它们在中国花卉博览会上多次获得过金奖呢！

山水盆景长廊的旁边是荷花池，荷叶挨挨挤挤。透过荷叶的缝隙，可以看见清澈见底的池水。一群群小鱼儿快乐地游来游去，真惹人喜爱。

突然，同学指着远处的三面墙问道：“那是什么？”

“那是法制谜语墙。”因为早就听别人说起过，于是我不假思索地回答道。

“快过去看看！

”同学迫不及待地说。

我们连蹦带跳地跑向法制谜语墙，上面刻了许多法治谜语。我想一定是想让大家在猜谜活动中增加对法律知识的了解。我忍不住试着看了看谜语，可是一条也猜不出来。幸亏下面有答案，要不我可要出丑了。

另外一边，有一座古色古香的大亭子，原来是法治石碑廊。碑廊里有很多石碑，上面的雕刻介绍了古今中外的法制人物。

一路走来，我发现在西郊公园的各个角落，几乎到处都有法治知识。就连绿树旁、草地上，小河边，也有一些法治警句，好像是提醒大家在游览中也不要忘了法治。

两个小时的游玩很快就结束了，我虽然感到有点疲惫，但却流连忘返。通过这次郊游，我也体会到了法治的重要性。

安全问题 Safety Issue

When I walk on the street, I found most people don’t obey the traffic rules, they just ignore the rules, when there are a lot of people go across the street, they just follow them. It is so dangerous, the accident is very easy to happen, the car will hit the people any time. For the safety, we should obey the traffic rules.

当我走在街上的时候，我发现很多人不遵守交通规则，他们忽视规则，当很多人过马路的时候，他们跟着人群。这是很危险的，很容易发生意外，车子会随时撞到人。出于安全问题，我们应该遵守交通规则。
