一、转换思维，确立英语在各学科中的重要地位

首先老师必须帮助学生确立这样的观点：英语是主课，不是豆芽课。在小学阶段，不论是老师，学生，还是家长，可能都看重语文，数学的学习。在小学的英语教学中，老师主要是以游戏为主，关键是学校和教育部门对英语的评估不如语文数学那样重视。所以学生普遍认为语文，数学很重要，英语是豆芽课，学英语就跟玩似的。到了中学，仍然主攻语数、理化，依然把英语当副科。一个学生亲口跟我说：我一直都以为初中英语跟小学一样，是豆芽课。我心痛不已。在入学之初，班主任和英语老师都应反复强调英语这一学科的重要性，让学生引起重视，才能为以后认真学习作好心理准备。

其次要纠正的一个观点是英语无用的观点。我们的老一辈是喊着：“学好数理化，走遍天下都不怕”;“我是中国人，不必学外文”的口号完成学业的。时至二十一世纪，虽然中国已改革开放多年，学英语之风已吹遍大江南北，但在我们这样的小地方，那些口号遗留下来的观点仍然存在。学生们仍然死抱数理化，对英语极其忽略。因为他们认为自己将来用不上英语的，既进不了外企，又成不了CEO，就更别说出国了。所以英语在毕业之后是基本无用的。殊不知，正是这一观点制约了他们的发展，如果他们学好了英语，其余各科也很优秀的话，他们是可以很好发展的，他们一定能走出小城，走向外面的大世界，实现他们更高的社会价值。所以老师应该讲道理，摆事实让学生明白学好英语的重要性。

二、背单词从科学方法入手，避免走弯路

很多初一新生按字母顺序背单词，有些老师也确实这么教的，比如自行车，bike,老师就领着学生念：B-I-K-E，bike。学生自然就学会了这样背单词，即使后来老师介绍了更科学的方法，学生却难改已经养成的习惯，这种方法就一直用到初三，乃至更高的年级。

初一单词量不算很多，本身课程比较轻松，有足够的时间，还能应付。到了高年级，单词量增加，课业加重。学生再也顾不上单词了，即使花了很多时间，单词还是记不住，这就影响了听说，阅读。成绩下降，兴趣降低，学习跟不上了，最终只好放弃学习英语。

老师应在学生开始学英语时就教学生科学背单词的方法，避免学生走弯路。我在了解了马承老师字母，音素，音标的三位一体教学法后，就教学生根据音标背单词。当对字母，音标熟悉到一定程度，只要会说那个单词，就基本上会拼写这个单词。看着生词也能准确的读出来，学生不必花大量时间在单词上。

老师还可以利用学生小学语文课上学的拼音，把汉语拼音和字母，音标建立适当的联系，有利于学生快速记住英语音标的读法和写法，能更快入门。

另外，有些学生一背单词，就翻到书后面的单词表，逐个记忆。其实这种单纯记忆单词是很容易遗忘的。我们老师应该引导学生多读课文，在课文中背单词。这样记下来的单词才能活用，也有利于培养学生的语感。

三、明确中英文化差异

任何一个民族都有其独特的文化和思维方式以及语言的构成方式。西方人的思维、习惯是有别于咱们中国人的，英语语言也是有别于汉语的。英语老师都明白这一点。但老师却没重视这种差异给学生学习带来的困惑。没有及时告诉学生这些差异，这就容易导致学生用中国人的思维方式去理解英语中的一些现象，而且百思不得其解。

我认为初一新生一入学就该明白这一点，学会接纳认同其他民族的文化，了解他们的思维方式，树立文化差异意识，避免用汉语套英语，用汉语的顺序说英语句子，用中国人的习惯去衡量西方人，造成很多考试中的失误和面对西方人时的尴尬。

因此，英语老师在教学中要注意文化的问题，在语言中教文化，在文化中教语言，使二者互相促进。文化的学习既是外语学习的目的，也是外语学习的手段。如果英语教学一旦提升到文化的高度，就会富有情趣。比如：西方人不喜欢“13”这个数字;在中国人眼里，红色是喜庆的，而在西方人眼里则是危险的标志。比如东西方人对赞美的回答，比如中国人和英国人在闲聊方面的话题选择等等都与文化有关。

四、养成大声阅读的习惯，杜绝哑巴英语

很多学生进校时精力充沛，兴趣浓厚，读英语很卖力，日子一长，兴趣没了，声音小了，到了二，三年级，就成默读了。有老师抱怨：早读课比晚自习还安静!

习惯成自然。老师让学生一开始就养成大声阅读的习惯，并随时观察，发现学生有读不出的时候要想办法。我曾在班上给学生讲李阳老师拿着喇叭带领一群人在长城上喊英语的故事，我也带领学生在早上喊读英语，经过几次练习，也颇有成效。

同时我在课堂上也要求学生大声说英语。一个有趣的活动是让教室里相隔甚远的两个同学随意问答，这也可以改变学生因害羞，害怕而不大声说英语的状况。

还有就是避免学文盲英语，有的小孩子读书，嘴里喊得响亮，眼睛没看到书上，即使知道怎么说，却写不出来，或者写别字，这种学法是必须要纠正的。

五、学会做笔记，好记性不如烂笔头

小学老师总告诉孩子们，把这记在这里，把那记在那里。中学老师不会这样告诉学生，这就要学生知道怎样做笔记。而且英语知识点相对零散，课堂上很容易理解和记住，却由于不是系统的，所以极容易遗忘，学生必须时时记笔记，经常复习。有些学生开始没养成记笔记的习惯，后来明明知道那是该写的东西，却懒得动手。考试时到处找别人的笔记来背，其效果当然不理想。

所以学英语之初，就要学生准备笔记本，要求他们作笔记，老师还可以不定期检查，以督促学生记笔记。

在初学英语时，老师应指导学生怎么做笔记并形成习惯，比如：课文里的短语，重要句子，就直接在短语，句子下划线。一些词，句的转换，就直接把替代的词句写在该词句旁边，这样可以在课堂上节约时间。而一些词语辨析，重点句型及例句，大块的语法，比如时态等就得写在笔记本上，省得在书上见缝插针，复习时不好找。另外，学生应在笔记本上写明单元，课题等，以方便查找。

学生要有一套自己的做笔记的符号，老师也可以介绍一些。比如：短语就划直横线，重点句型划波浪线，重点介词，连词等就把该词划圈。这样学生在读课文时就可以重点注意这些有符号的词句，在读书的同时，也可以把这些知识点顺便过一遍，比单独复习省时省力多了。

我有一个学生，她的笔记本上每页都在右边留三分之一或四分之一的空白，每次大考小考复习相关单元时，老师补充的东西就记在这些空白处，真是聪明之至!

六、注重听说读写四项基本技能，培养英语思维习惯英语作文怎样学好汉语

英语不仅是一个学科，更重要的是它是一门语言，是人们借以交流的工具，会听，会说，会读，会写才算掌握了英语。因此老师首先要培养学生听说读写的意识和技能，让学生意识到光靠做题是学不好英语的。通过做题可以得高分，但最终将影响英语能力的提高。

课堂上，老师首先教会学生基本的课堂用语，问候语。课后老师可以主动用简单的英语和学生打招呼。老师把目标语言呈现后要少讲解，多操练。操练的方式也是多种多样的，可以两人对话，可以小组对话，还可以实行男女生之间的对话。老师可以自己编一些简单有趣的句子写在黑板上，让学生读。也可以设置情景，让学生编对话。这些活动不仅可以提高学生听说读写的能力，也能提高学生学习兴趣。

老师一开始教新生时就要避免学生“心译”。初一课本上的单词多半是实物和表示实际动作行为的词，老师教单词时最好出示实物或用简笔画，不用或少用汉字，并且应要求学生学记单词时头脑中出现实物本身的形状，而不是汉字。这样才有利于培养学生的英语思维。

对于学生来说，知识的缺漏容易补救，科学方法和习惯的养成比较难。老师光介绍方法是不行的，还要给予学生必要的，经常的，一定时间的训练，才能取得好的效果。

十、学会使用词典，培养自学能力

大科学家达尔文说：关于方法的知识是最有用的知识。当今的学生在学校不仅要学习文化知识，更重要的是掌握获得知识的方法，以便可以及时更新自己的知识，保证终身的学习和提高。所以老师要在教学的过程中培养学生的自学能力。

在教了字母，音标之后，应该鼓励学生自己拼读，预习单词和课文，不知道意思的单词自己去查词典。初中阶段建议学生使用双语词典，要让学生有意识地去看英文注解。

培养学生自己总结知识的能力，自己总结已经学过的句型，短语。鼓励学生造出自己的句子，用英语表达自己的思想。

现在学英语的渠道很多，学生可以自己选择简单有趣的读物，磁带，光碟，或在网上下载简单的听力，还可以通过网络结交到笔友，在英语网站上学英语。只要正确选择使用这些东西，都可以提高英语，并且会让学英语变得越来越轻松。

I have a great time during the winter holiday, because I enjoy myself as well as focus on my study. As its known to all, the Spring Festival is the most important in winter holiday that would occupy much time to celebrate it. Therefore, I finished my homework first, so that it won’t bother my enjoyment during the festival. I finished my home work in one week. And I went shopping with my parents. We bought a lot of things, especially snacks and fruits. Then, it was the Spring Festival. We had a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. My parents prepared the big dinner and I could only act as assistant. The dinner was so delicious that I ate so full. In the next several days, my parents and I visited our relatives and friends or they visited us. Sometimes, we went out for fun together. We children were always the most excited. Now, holiday is coming to the end and I will go to school soon. I am so happy that I have a wonderful winter holiday.

Im now living in a small house with my parents. Life for us is hard but

happy. I must study hard so that I can buy a big new house some day. I call it a

dream house.

It has three floors with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two big dining

rooms and two living rooms. When my friends come to visit me, I will have enough

bedrooms for them. Well have a good time. Besides that, we will have a swimming

pool behind the house and a garden in front of the house. In the morning, my

parents can do some exercise in the garden. The air must be very fresh. When we

feel tired, we can have a swim in the swimming pool. Life will be easy for

us.

Ill study harder than before so that the dream can come true.

She is very busy today, just like a busy bee. In the morning, I had two seccsions and after that I had a lesson for my IELTS. I dont even have my lunch. There lots of people in my IELTS class and most of them came from India. The reason why they want to attent this course is similar to me. Right now, I feel exhausted and dont want to work, but I still have lots homework to do.

I also have some other problem. Last term, I decided to start my new term in Newcastle, and asked Jhon to give my money back. And now, I have changed my mind, so told Jhon I did not want my fees back, but she told me the check had been sent out for almost two weeks. I havent received my check until now, and I told her the truth. Finally, she said she would help me to ask finaNcial officer to give me another letter, and then after I sign that form everything will be all right. What a absurd world it is. If I had not asked Jhon to give my fees back, it would have become much easier.

If my boy sleep quietly, he will see the busy bee, when it has made its honey fine, dancing in the bright sunshine. If my boy will slumber, angles without number will draw near, so fair and bright, for they only come at night.

I think smiling is as important as sunshine. Smiling is like sunshine because it can make people happy and have a good day. If you aren’t happy, you can smile, and then you will feel happy. Someone may say, “But I don’t feel happy.” Then I would say, “Please smile as you do when you are happy or play with your friends happily. You will really be happy again.”

You don’t like crying, right? So you must prefer smiling, because you know smiling will let people forget everything unhappy. Every day, we see teachers or students and say, “Hi/Hello! How are you?” At the same time, you are smiling, right?

Smiling can let you have more friends. With a smile, people will know you’re a kind person. They will talk with you, so you will have more and more friends.

So I say, smiling is like a flower, the sunshine, warmth. It will give you happiness.

忘了怎么是怎么接触你的，只记得漫天灯月花火之间，声声诗词慢敲心房。

是“残烛凝辉冷画屏”般消瘦的怅感，落梅横笛，冷冷清清，君何所忆，君何所思，无法明了的愁绪，点点星星，你定是望着桌上那摊开的卷轴，泼墨山水，“灯前佯忍泪”，提笔始终画不出那个谁。

“若人生只如初见，何事西风悲画扇。”，多少人望穿秋水，却始终望不穿那缘分的薄雾，袅袅烟云笼罩着命运戏谑的笑脸，若当日与她一见便是永别，无法明确与追溯，萍水相逢，轻描淡写，你是不是就不用像这般沉沦地悲那画扇，日复一日，珊枕泪痕红泫。

都说少年不识愁滋味，为赋新词强说愁，那么，容若呢，仅三十一年的光阴，算不算识得愁绪，世界之小，人间悲苦何其相似，你望断这红尘无奈，世人如荷，可远观却不可近然。

认识了么，看穿了吧，你明了这世间的喑哑，抬眼闭目之间，离别已是一种疾病，无法医治，即便是过客也留于一霎的记忆，几年更或，人之将走，茶之刚凉，再谈初见已晚，徒留记忆如伤疤般烙印在心里，铭记一时一世。

“被酒莫惊春睡重，赌书消得泼茶香，当时只道是寻常。”其实，只在那一瞬，便注定一切都不是寻常，可终究被你道为寻常，不为其他，只为那一厢情愿，变为一声喟叹。想已不能。

“一生一代一双人”也许。超脱于凡世之外的伤心之人，如你，离去恰似归去;流连纠缠红尘之间的怅惘之人，如我，看你远去，本不该这般惋惜。

山高水长，生死契阔。如何与君相逢，执卷共赏明月。只叹“君生我未生，我生君已去。”罢。
