到了十三，就是春节过小年的彩排。天一黑，鞭炮就响了起来。过了二十三，大家则是更忙。家里必须打扫除一次，还要把鸡，鱼，青菜什么的都得准备起了。

除夕真热闹。家家都在做饭菜，哪里都是饭菜的香味。不管的男女老少都穿起了新衣服，门外也贴着红红的对联，除夕家家灯火通宵，永不停止，鞭炮声日夜不停。在外地打工的人除非万不得已，必须赶回家吃团圆饭。这一夜，除了很小的孩子，没有谁还睡觉，都要守岁的。
