我的家乡在玉门，那里的风景虽然比不上武夷山的风景美，但是在我心里，我的家乡是最美的。就在这七天长假里，爸爸带我去了自已日夜想念的家乡--玉门。到了那里，你首先看到的是那绿油油的树上结的苹果，好像一个个红红的灯笼挂在一座座绿色的宝塔上。这些树的旁边还有五颜六色的花朵，如果这时你到我的家乡去，你会陶醉在这个花的海洋里，让你深深的喜欢上她。不过，更让我敬佩的是小溪了。因为它一路上不畏艰难险阻，一直流入波涛汹涌的大海，这就是它最终的目标。我想：我们应该要向小溪学习，遇到困难，不能向它低头，而要克服困难才行。

我的家乡还有一望无际的麦田。到了秋季，风一吹麦田随风飘动，就像到了一片金色的海洋。

到了冬天，那翩翩起舞的雪花从天空中纷纷扬扬的落下来，大地白茫茫的一片，仿佛来到了童话世界一般。远远望去，远处有几座雪山，那就是祁连山。山上有四季不化的终年积雪。山脚下有辽阔的大草原，草原上还有牛羊在吃着草，牛羊的四周有蒙古包，里面还住着热情好客的主人呢!

啊!我的家乡太美了!我爱我的家乡。

豆腐，是一种极为普通的食物，但在客家人的手里却摇身一变，变成了中国著名的美食了。我出生在珠海，却是一个地道的客家人，也因为如此，才让我更好地体会到客家美食的美味。

客家美食中的酿豆腐、梅菜扣肉和盐焗鸡是“统领”客家美食的“三大王者”，只要有客家人的地方就会有这三样菜。对于客家人来说，它们既是小吃又是在宴席上用来招待客人的佳肴。我最喜欢的是酿豆腐。

千年古城梅州，有“客都”之称，中原人“衣冠南迁”到这里，不但带来了读书皆上品的风气，也形成了自己的饮食文化客家菜。火柴盒大小的水豆腐炸成金黄色，把猪肉、鱼肉做成的馅“酿”入其中，放进葱花、香油，盛在鸡汤瓦煲内焖着，直到香气四溢。这是来到了梅州的客家人一时无麦面可包饺子，才创出如此美味。

豆腐必须得内软外脆，在人的味觉上给予人享受；而馅，则必须香甜美味，柔滑不腻才好吃。我认为不仅仅要给予人视觉、味觉上的享受，更要给人一种幸福的感觉，一种只有吃的时候才有的幸福。才能成为一道成功的料理。

酿豆腐所属菜系是粤菜，基本材料有豆腐、瘦肉、鱼肉、虾米、白菜、葱、姜、麻油、胡椒粉等。酿豆腐不仅好吃，而且容易做，只有四个步骤。

先瘦肉、鱼肉分别剁烂，虾米浸软切幼，咸鱼切幼，葱切粒。将各材料放大碗中，加入调味料搅至起胶待用；然后把白菜摘好洗净，放入油、盐、滚水中灼熟盛起；再把豆腐冲洗 滴干，一开四件，用匙羹挖去少量豆腐，洒上少许生粉，酿入鱼肉，放入油镬中煎至微黄色盛起；最后烧热瓦锅，下油爆香姜片，加入上汤煮滚，放入白菜、豆腐滚片刻，下汁炒煮，煮滚了便可原煲上桌。

很简单吧！可正是这简单的菜色，吸引了千千万万的外国友人前来品尝。
