爱拉靠着坚定的信念破解了咒语，而我们生活中缺的往往是坚持。比如：一样东西不见了，刚开始，怎么都找不到，你放弃了，那么这件东西就永远的没了。又比如：去登山，爬到半山腰，你觉得太累了，就不往上爬了，那么这一般的路不就白费了吗?只相差这么一段时间，可你却放弃了，只要再坚持一会儿，再爬一段路，就可以成功，何乐而不为呢?

有一次体育课上，我们班测800米。这个项目是我们女生最害怕的体育项目，只要听到这个名字，我们就脚软。800米又要开始了，随着一声哨响，我们大家都用尽全身的力气跑完一圈又一圈，我早已累的气喘吁吁。最后一圈了，我拖着疲倦的身体向前跑，还又五十米。四十米，三十米，近了，更近了。可是我的双腿早已不听使唤，再也卖不动步伐了。每跑一步都要稍微停一下，像定格的图画。我有时几乎就要放弃了，反正我不会跑进四分钟的，但是如果没跑进四分钟，那么就要重跑。我使出了最后的力量，大步迈向终点。但是，成功仿佛与我无缘，我没能跑进4分钟。哎，成功就与我相差那么一眨眼的时间，只要我不犹豫，直接用尽力量向终点跑，那么我就不用重跑了。但是，一切都无法改变了。

还有一次，我和爸妈去爬山。我们大家好不容易爬上了半山腰，爸爸坚决提议:”别上去了，我们下山去吧!”我有了上回的教训，对爸爸说：“爸爸，我们再上去看看吧!上面有许多好看的风景，是这里看不到的，既然来了，就上去看看吧!“爸爸终于被我打动了，我们决定上山顶去欣赏美丽的风景。

2008年，罗永浩离开新东方开始自己创业。然而，他拿着创业计划书去见了一大批风险投资商，没有一个人愿意投资。朋友们跟着罗永浩去见了一次投资商后才明白，罗永浩跟对方谈判时，一开口就定下了3条“军规”：不能抱着牟利的心态办教育;不能保证一定赚大钱;更不能听从投资商的建议来办学校。

朋友们好心劝他：“像你这样说实话，哪个投资商敢给你投钱啊?”

就在大家对罗永浩失去信心时，一个久未联系的发小听说了这件事。发小早些年去了非洲做生意，如今已是尼日利亚一家大型面包连锁店的老板。他问罗永浩需要多少启动资金，罗永浩说“最少也得300万”。发小想都没想就说，把你银行账户发给我吧。

第二天，罗永浩的账户中果然多出了300万。那一刻，罗永浩感觉自己像在做梦。他给发小打电话，疑惑地问道：“咱们虽说是朋友，但毕竟有十几年没见面了，你怎么就如此信任我呢?”

发小讲了一个故事：在罗永浩小时候的老家，年轻人的业余生活非常贫乏，大家都喜欢翻录录像带，互相交换着看。有些人故意把一部故事片分录成5盘碟，去骗别人5盘录了5部故事的录像带。渐渐地，大家都这么干了。但罗永浩却从不这么做。

发小感慨道：“从一件小事上，就能看见一个人的品性。我当时就觉得，你是一个特别厚道的人，值得一辈子深交。”

罗永浩的“老罗英语培训学校”很快就开办起来了。当时，社会上的英语培训学校遍地开花，竞争的激烈程度可想而知。很多学校为了吸引生源，不惜大肆造假宣传，什么“40秒提高托福阅读”、“3天搞定雅思写作”等等。

罗永浩却反其道而行之。他打出了自己的办学宣传：“我们是中国唯一一家没有秘籍没有魔法，7天内不能帮你搞定英语，需要你很痛苦地背单词的英语培训学校。”学校负责招生的市场总监怀疑罗永浩是不是疯了，甚至萌生了退意。

事实证明，罗永浩这招看似“荒诞愚昧”的险棋走对了。学校第一期招生工作结束后，每个班竟平均招收到了70多名学员。除了“龙头老大”新东方以外，还没有哪个学校一个班能超过50人。

获得了生源，紧接着就是如何提高学校的核心竞争力—教学质量了。为此，他采取了严“进”宽“出”的发展策略。

严“进”是指罗永浩对每个老师的招聘都严格把关。他不仅要求老师要有较高的教学素质，对师德人品也要求极高。比如，禁止老师在课堂上讲荤段子，不允许老师欺骗学生。曾有位老师，为了让学生给自己打高分，故意编了一个发生在自己身上的悲惨爱情故事，以博取学生的同情。罗永浩得知后，立即将此人开除。

与严“进”相对应的，是罗永浩对老师们在待遇方面的“宽”出：一节课近两千元的授课费，在行业内也是名列前茅的。此外，加班费、五险一金、带薪年假、年终双薪等样样都落实到位。甚至在学校发展最为困难的时刻，罗永浩也说道：“我宁可缩减招生规模，也绝不降低教师待遇。”因此，虽然罗永浩的脾气非常暴躁，但是开学至今却没有一个老师主动离开。

此外，罗永浩的“宽”还体现在他对待竞争对手的态度上。他会主动向学生说：“如果你们不愿意在我们学校学习，我希望你们能去XX学校，最起码他们不是骗人的。”他经常教导市场开发人员说：“不要去说竞争对手的坏话，贬低对手并不能让自己强大。”

如今的罗永浩，办学校，出书籍，做网站，开讲座，在多个领域都风生水起。一个相貌平平、白手起家的人，只用了短短三四年时间，便把自己的事业做得这么成功，他成功的秘诀是什么?

我怀着好奇的心情读完了《爱迪生》这本书。原来爱迪生从小热爱科学，勤奋自学，立志把自己的一上生献给科学，刻苦专研，顽强攻关。最让我感动的是，他在造福于人类的强烈愿望鼓舞下，以坚忍不拔的毅力，在千万次失败面前不灰心，不后退，克服重重困难，终于完成了电灯、电影、留声机和蓄电池等两千多中发明，成为人尊敬和爱戴的发明家。

以前，我的梦想是当一名医生，为受伤的病人治病。 读了《爱迪生》以后我希望自己是科学家。我想，如果真的成了科学家，我能不能成为一个中国的爱迪生呢?能不能发明很多的东西?一个又一个问号，在我脑海了盘旋。

光想不做，先试试，我把床边的闹钟拆了，从装闹钟开始。从早上装到中午，从中午装到下午。整整一天，不是多一、二个零件，就是少了个零件，这里装好，那边的零件又掉下。我给自己打气，我要做科学家，我一定要装好。吃饭一完，又躲进房间，忙起来。

爸爸对我一天关在自己的房间里，很好奇，问我出了什么事。我就老老实实把我的想法告诉他了。爸爸听完，哈哈大笑：“傻瓜，你想做科学家就能变成科学家。要做科学家，你必须先把文化知识学好。”我摸摸自己脑袋，不好意思了。

1451年，他出生于意大利热那亚的一个工人家庭。虽然父亲是一个著名的纺织匠，但是他从没有对纺织产生过任何兴趣。每天，他都站在海边望着远方，他想知道，如果自己从这边游过去，对面会不会有更繁华的城市。
