那天下午，我照常到孟芬老师办公室进练习。正当我读到《想爸妈》的台词的时，孟老师一脸不悦地说：“你读得一点感情也没有，应该…”。于是我又读了一遍，还是受到了老师的批评。这时，我的泪水开始在眼眶里打转转，心里想打“退堂鼓”。老师似乎看出了我的心思，便和颜悦色地对我说：“老师不是骂你，只是希望你能做得更好。就像毛泽东说的；‘要想不经过艰难险阻，不付出极大的努力，总是一帆风顺，容易得到成功，这种想法只是幻想’。如果你不努力，在你身后努力的人就会超过你，而你却还在原地踏步。”听了老师的话，我收回了自己那‘不争气’的泪水。打那以后，我再也没有萌生出“放弃”这样的想法。

“六一”文艺汇演那天，我成功完成了自己的使命，心里别提有多高兴了，心里比吃了蜜还甜。

通过这次主持节目，我明白了：“如果在通往成功的路上必须要经过一条河，那么坚持和努力必定是那条河上的桥梁！”

信心是成功的第一秘诀，只要有信心去做一件事，就一定能成功做好。

我看过一篇故事《就差一块砖》这个主要讲了：一个同学个子很矮，教官叫他翻越障碍墙，他因为没有信心，不敢去做，教官就鼓励他，他终于跳过去了，教官之后对他说：“只要有信心就一定能成功。” 我从这个故事想起了一首诗《别以为……》：以为是悬崖，当我们凭着信心勇敢地走上去的时候，踏空的脚踩上的是坚实的地。以为是绝境，黑暗里面触及的，是神递来的可靠的绳索。要凭着信心和神的带领，向前走。

想起一首歌，高高兴兴地唱：“追求，我怕你了吗?……再一步也不过是悬崖。” 我以前在学校里上课的时候根本不敢举手，害怕说错了之后被老师骂，所有我就不敢举手发言，我自己的知识也变得很少了，写作文写的句子一点儿都不优美，有时我还不会写，那时我的脑子里面一片空白。

自从我学了这一首诗之后，我上课变得积极了，也敢举手起来发言了，我自己的我自己的知识也扩大了，如同是一个小河里的水越来越多，变成了一片大海洋。我在课上也专心地听。老师所说的每一句话，我都记在了脑子里，在写《补充习题》的时候，我把我学到的东西，仔细的思考了一遍，再整理一遍，在对号入座，写在了本子上，结果老师一批对了。

小鸟唧唧喳喳地叫声仿佛在说：“你真棒。”大树爷爷看见了也开心地笑了，发出“咯、咯、咯”的笑声，听着，我也跟着笑了起来…… 信心是成功的第一秘诀，我要常用。

意志坚强的人能把世界放在手中像是泥块一样任意揉捏。

我们会常常在想，在这浩荡的宇宙之中，我们算什么？我们又能算什么？古往今来，不少人一生都在寻找成功的诀窍所在，到头来还是一无所获，抱憾而归。而我，则从名人事例中悟到了自己独到见解。

“人的一生应该就是这样度过的；当他回首往事的时候，他不会因为虚度年华而悔恨，也不会因为碌碌无为而羞耻；这样，在临死的时候，他就能够说：“我的整个生命与全部精力，都已经献给世界上最壮丽的事业——为人类的解放而斗争。”奥斯特洛夫斯基如是说，为人类的解放而斗争这是他的毕生追求。他战胜病痛与折磨，尽管疲惫不堪，无可奈何，但仍誓死抗争到底，无人能体会到那时他内心的痛苦与挣扎。我想，成功的秘诀正在于那颗永不放弃的执着之心吧。

其实，我们还很年少，可以趁着大好年华去争夺一份属于自己的新天地。不必因为一次失败就将自己判了“死刑”。世界在你手中，命运也在你自己手中，成功与否全在于你的抉择。

人生路漫漫，学会释然也是成功的秘诀之一。没有人会一直身处逆境，也没有人会一直站在塔尖供人仰视。你永远不知道下一刻会发生什么，是惊喜还是横祸，无论何时都不要放弃对未来的展望。你相信它会来它就会来，只需要的是你不停的奔跑，把每一天都当作最后一天来活，你会发现你很幸福。

走在夜晚的路上看着天空，用心去感受它。刹那间，人世间的烦恼都宛如流星一划而过。想到那时的快乐就不要因一时烦恼而放弃希望。未来很好，你会成功的，你会幸福的。

着名科学家爱迪生说：“自信是成功的第一秘诀。”是的，拥有自信，不断努力，才能取得成就。

我先给大家讲个故事：小泽征尔是世界上着名的交响乐指挥家。在一次世界优秀指挥家大赛的决赛中，他按照评委会给的乐谱只会演奏，敏锐的发现了不和谐的声音。他觉得是乐谱有问题，而在场的权威人士坚持说乐谱绝对没问题，是他错了。面对有一大批音乐大师和权威人士，他思考再三，最后斩钉截铁地说：“不!一定是乐谱错了!”话音刚落，评委们立即报以热烈的掌声，祝贺他大赛夺魁。

这一则故事是我多年看的，一直没有忘记。我喜欢他，因为他身上散发着自信的魅力。很多时候，当我遇到困难时，失去信心的时候，一想到他，我总能轻松地笑起来，重新振作起来，继续坚持下去。

是啊，人一旦有了坚定的自信心，也许会爆发出巨大的力量。如果周公瑾没有自信，怎么会有赤壁大捷?如果罗斯福没有自信，怎能连任4届总统?如果保罗。盖茨没有自信，怎能达到世界的高峰?

当生命的轨迹固执的向前延伸之时，请在你人生的道路上挖掘自信，它将成为你永远无法摧毁的信念，成为你茁壮成长的土壤，成为你生命中一股永恒的活水，不停地寻找前进之路。

科比是NBA著名的篮球明星，他曾经四次率领洛杉矶湖人队登上NBA年度总冠军的宝座。有一次，一位记者在采访中曾经这样问科比：“你为什么如此成功呢?”

对于记者的提问，科比并没有直接回答，而是反问记者道：“你知道洛杉矶凌晨四点的样子吗?”

这个问题搞得记者一头雾水，他疑惑地摇了摇头。

科比见状言道：“我知道每天凌晨四点洛杉矶的样子。”

记者听完，不由得对科比格外尊崇。

一个人的成功绝非偶然，它是有多种因素构成的，但有一个条件是必须的，那就是勤奋努力，任何一个没有付出的人，断然是不会成功的。就像科比，每天不到凌晨四点就起床训练，洒下了那么多的汗水，才造就出了一位篮球天才。

我们常常都欣羡成功人士的光环，常常找寻他们成功的秘诀，可以用一句话概括“千里之行始于足下。”

“千里之行始于足下”，源于理想。

一个人没有理想就像船没有罗盘一样。理想是成功的基石，明确自己行要什么才能真正致力于追求。越王勾践卧薪尝胆，以一句“何当凌绝顶，飞举跨苍龙”的豪言壮语，展示了理想和抱负，激发了他救过图像的信心，终于战胜了吴国。再远的路，慢慢的走下去，也能达到目的。千里之行源于不断的“开始”，一心跟着理想前进的人，世界会给他让步。

从足下开始，养成积累的习惯是通向成功的阶梯。

习惯并不是与生俱来的，它是在人们成长过程中逐渐养成的，好的习惯对一个人的一生，有极其重要的作用，可以说成功的人都善于一点一点的积累，我国古代著名医药学家李时珍为了写《本草纲目》手抄笔记有1000万字以上，英国著名物理谢家法拉第，当初在印刷厂当工人时，把废纸订成本子，把各种书籍里关于电学的论述抄下来整理成系统的材料加以研究。后来终于踏进了科学的大门，是电力时代降临人间。“千里之行”的成功源于坚持。

“千里”途中，百折不挠是战胜困难的法宝。

人不能躺在梦幻式的理想中生活，我们要拼搏。否则，纵有“揽天月”之志，也不过是“水中望月，镜里观花”，成为没有任何意义的幻想。电灯是爱迪生经过无数次艰苦的实验制造出来的，他实验曾换过一千多种灯丝，如果没有他的拼搏，还能有现在的电灯吗？成果是辛勤劳动的报酬，有一份耕耘才有一份收获。勤能补拙是良训，一分辛苦一分才。

让我们从现在开始，树立远大的理想。从“足下”开始，养成积累的习惯，坚持不懈的拼搏，终点站就是成功。
