One who does not have the desire to learn will never reach their goals. They are always shortsighted and are easily be satisfied with the very little thing they have known. In fact， knowledge， just like the ocean， never has a rim. Whenever and wherever you are， you should remember： what you are learning is only the surface.

每个人心目中定位的“成功”都是不同的，但是追求与崇尚成功的心却都是一致的——白手起家，创造财富便是其中的一种。成功者神秘的创业之路、个人的经营之道都在被世人所尊崇着，于是，就广泛的流传出了这样的一个短语：成功的秘诀。

这不由使我联想到了前段时间书市里热销的一本书叫《成功是逼出来的》，作者甘霖用一种极为被动的心态去解读了那些被定位为“成功”的人士。开始，我只是视其为一种娱乐，看过则罢，甚至觉得此书作者涉嫌部分的炒作心态，所以不予以评价。直至今日，看到了松下辛之助如此“别出心裁”的秘诀，不禁又使我想起了那本书——成功是逼出来的。

结合着看，这才发现书中字字在理，句句经典，而松下辛之助的三条秘诀更是妙不可言，让人回味无穷。

今日源源不断的财富完全是为昔日贫寒的出生所迫——所谓先苦后甜，吃得苦中苦，才能方为人上人。白手起家的人，才能在获得财富后保持一种珍惜爱护的心态，不舍得恣意挥霍自己的付出与汗水。贫寒的生活造就、“逼迫”出了无数位成功人士。古今中外，范仲淹家境贫寒，划粥充饥，最终成为了一代巨匠；文中的松下幸之助自小困窘，最终成为了让人敬仰的“经营之神”……这些例子无疑告诉了我们——成功是逼出来的！

学历低下，不是成不了大器、做不了大事的借口，反之，它是成功的充分条件。当然，也仅仅只是充分，并不是所有的成功者都成绩低下，这也并不意味着所有成绩低下的人不加努力就能敲开成功的大门。基础学历的低下是一种无形的促进，使你在走入社会的同时，无时不提醒着自己：我学历低，应当用比别人更认真地态度来面对一切！因此，这低下的学历就成了一面明镜，时刻鞭策着不足的人们不断的进取、学习，从而达到成功。这又印证了那句话——成功是逼出来的！

体弱多病的人注定无法成为事业的操纵者，上天剥夺了他们健康的同时，也赐予了他们冷静的思考与沉着的智慧。体弱多病，逼着他们不能亲临现场、不能劳累，只能在有效的时间与空间内运用他们的智慧，完成他们想做的事。这是一种限制，同时更是一种厚爱，因为这样的“逼迫”成就了一位受世人尊敬的伟人——霍金；一位意志力为亿人榜样的海伦·凯勒；一位坐在轮椅上，身残志不残的张海迪……无数的体弱多病，成就了一代人的成功命运！

大自然让我们在磨难中奋斗，在奋斗中不断成长、壮大与进步。这一过程是痛苦的体验，但是，人未经磨难是不可能成功的。人一生下来，就要大声啼哭，逼迫肺泡接受新鲜的空气。接着，世上的一切都逼着你去适应，去争取。出身贫寒、学历低下、体弱多病……它们不是阻碍成功的借口——逼迫，可以激发你的潜能；环境与绝境的逼迫可以赋予你无限的创造力；生活所逼、亲情所逼、社会所逼、自己所逼、时间所逼、空间所逼……种种无奈、层层施压、一步步地要求使你不得不努力拼搏，勇往直前。

不要抱怨逼迫，不要无奈，因为被逼是福！

被逼的一生，这就是奋斗的一生，这就是幸福的一生。

As a saying goes, success is equal to %99 sweat plus 1% inspiration. Its true that if you want to succeed , you have to work hard.

As all of us know, a strong will, perseverance , confidence and diligence. .. Are the essentials factors of success. Firstly I think man of strong will and perseverance always has an aggressive spirit. He can stick to his cause no matter how tough it might be. Secondly he should be full of confidence . He shows no frustration and powerlessness in the face of difficulty, but with confidence and strength soar he is ready to meet the next difficulty. So, believe yourself and trust yourself is the most important thing. Find something you really interest and trying to do it until then you will find everything is so easy. Because you begin to take your first step, dont worry and keep learning also dont give it up. Thirdly diligence plays an important role on the way to our success. As the saying goes: "Diligence is the means by which one makes up for ones dullness". And life is short and we have too much to do . Without diligence, no one can achieve anything. Whats more, modesty is also one of the factors to ones success. There is an old saying: "Modesty helps one to progress and

pride makes one leg behind. " Everyone has his own strong points of which he may have too high an opinion. The important thing is to be modest and learn from othersstrong points. A modest person never hesitates to consult those who are inferior to him. For he understands that the range of knowledge is larger .

前段时间记者采访了德国诺贝尔奖获得者奥多尔·亨施，当问及他成功的秘诀时，他说秘诀有三，一是努力，二是机遇，三是团队合作。我觉得每个人成功各有各的秘诀，总的说来是大同小异的。

一个人要在事业上获得成功，付出艰辛的努力是必不可少的。也许你会说，我奋斗过，努力过，怎么会不成功呢？虽然没有获得成功，但是跟自己的过去比，毕竟是进步了，前进了。努力不一定成功，但放弃肯定失败！

一个人的成功，机遇是必不可少的。千里马常有，而伯乐不常有，这就是机遇问题。机遇偏爱有准备的头脑，如果我们不为成功做准备，机遇也会与我们失之交臂擦肩而过，我们对此也会视而不见。机遇可遇而不可求，只有付出艰苦的努力，我们才有可能达到理想的彼岸。

社会的发展使分工越来越细，但彼此的依赖也更紧密了。不管是普通的工作，还是科研活动，更需要团队合作精神，单打独斗是终难成局面的。

因此，我觉得奥多尔·亨施总结的成功秘诀是很有现实意义的。

There is no doubt that we all want to be successful. But what’s the main

concern of the way to success? From Abraham Lincoln’s famous remark, “Give me

six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the

axe”, I learn that if we want to achieve success, we must make full preparation

for it.

Only if we are well prepared, can we catch the opportunity which occurs

once in a while. In our daily life, we have to expand our horizon and lay a

solid foundation for success. It will be a long way to be successful thus we

have to accumulate our knowledge day by day. And we can’t achieve success in one

or two days. It will help us solve problems more efficiently if we have a broad

horizon. What’s more, opportunities always occur out of our expectation so we

have to make ourselves well prepared. If we prepared, we will catch up with it

whenever it comes up.

Opportunities give priorities to the people who make preparation for them.

What’s more, success goes along with opportunities. We should develop the

ability to solve problems in different and efficient ways therefore we can make
