这本书写的是海伦自己一生经历的事。海伦在小的时候生了一场大病，那是她人生中最大的灾难。这场灾难使她成为了一个盲聋哑人。当时的她完完全全是处在一个封闭的环境里，不能和人正常交谈，看不到生活着的美丽世界，听不到窗外那愉悦的鸟叫声。她的内心世界是多么的痛苦！她挣扎过，可是，在心底回应她的却是无边无际的黑暗和死一般的寂静、最后，海伦用坚持弥补精神上的欠缺，她改变了，那是缘于她的老师沙利文耐心的教导和她自己不懈的努力！她的努力，让人敬佩，让人心疼，她像一块海绵，尽情吮吸着知识的甘霖，那是她成功的秘诀。

三天，那只是三天，对于我们来说，是微不足道的。只有三天，这个三天对于海伦来说是多么珍贵呀！那是海伦从小到大梦寐以求的，她是多么渴望能拥有一双明亮的眼睛看看外面精彩的世界啊！回头想想我们生命中有多少个三天呢？也许谁也不曾数过，也觉得没必要数。跟海伦比起来，或许我们太幸运了，那我们是不是要把握生命中的每一天呢？因为人生难以预测，不知道什么时候我们会失去现在拥有的一切，所以我们要珍惜生命中的每一天，每一时，每一秒！不要等到失去了才后悔！

我非常喜欢《假如给我三天光明》这本书，现在我把这本书推荐给大家，让它受到更多人的喜爱，它真的是一本很好的书，会给你带来许多有益的人生思索。

要想取得成功，必须靠人们的信心和毅力，没有一个人的成功不用付出去换取，只有付出，才有成功。

我曾看过语文周报的一篇文章，写的是关于成功的。“往往许多人只看到名人们的成功，看到他们的利益。往往没人看到他们的付出，他们只有付出，才有今天这个局面。”就像爱迪生一样，小时侯酷爱科学，喜欢做实验，为了实验而不小心把一直耳朵弄得听力下降。为了做电灯而试了几千中灯芯，跑了多少个地方去找材料……这些都是付出，没有付出就没有收获，这是千古年来不变的道理。

有一些人的成功不是靠自己，靠的是亲人或金钱。而靠的不是自己的努力所取得的成功没有意义。成功最主要的是靠自己的付出，努力换的成功，这种成功才有意义，不是一种虚伪的成功。

成功，每个人都想得到。但是有些人在通向成功的道路上，却被困难打败了，俗话说得好“失败乃成功之母”有经历过失败才会从失败中获得经验，从而走向成功。世界上没有不用经历失败就会获取的成功，如果有，那也只是虚伪的成功，只是个空壳，完全没有人生的意义。

First of all, no matter who want to success, they must have confidence, as confidence is the basic need for success. The last but not least is that no one can do anything well by themselves, so they need help. At that time, sociable is helpful. It is well-known that success is hard to reach. Therefore, people need others to help them. A sociable person can get help easily, as he has so many friends. On the other side, a person is not good at communication, when he gets in trouble, maybe no one helps him. So we can see the importance of sociability to success.
