I was having a word with one of my friend today and during whole conversation, I felt that he lacked on one point and that was self confidence. 在自然界有风霜雨雪，而在人生的道路上有酸甜苦辣，在每个人的人生中总会有挫折和失败，而面对这样挫折时，不要停下你的脚步，只有坚持，才能把人生的道路走完，相信每一步都将是你通向成功的台阶。

在美国的历史上，有一位伟大的总统，他使美国的经济从低谷走向繁荣，富兰克林罗斯福，他在年轻的时候，因为一些事而患上了残疾，但这并没有打垮这个年轻人，而是靠日夜的坚持来回复自己站立的能力。终于，他拄着拐杖返回政坛，还当上了总统，当时由于上一任总统胡佛坚持实施自由放任政策，从而使美国走向了经济危机，全国大面积的劳动者失业，生产力大幅下降，但是罗斯福以上台，果断放弃自由主义政策，坚持国家大规模干预经济政策。并且用“炉边谈话”的方式向人民解释所实施的新政。经过长时间的坚持与努力，美国的经济逐步从低谷走向繁荣，实现了资本主义国家的自救，他的新政遏制了法西斯主义的产生，并且他为法西斯战争做出了巨大的贡献，成为美国历史上唯一一个连任4届总统的人。

坚持而做到有毅力，坚持不懈。美国科学家，爱迪生，他发明了电灯。在他小时候，因为家人生病需要做急性手术，但因为他家中的光线没有达到做手术的要求，所以医生也没有一定的把握将手术做好，然而他的举动使在场的人惊叹，他把家里所有的蜡烛都点燃放在一面大镜子前面，顿时光线增强了多少倍，从而使这场手术成功完成，而他也从中得到了启发，开始了他的科学之旅，发明电灯的时候，他想找一个能做灯丝的材料，为了找到这种材料，他做了近千次的实验，而每次的实验结果都以失败告终，但他还是没有放弃，终于他找到了“钨”这种材料，才使得他成功发明了电灯，推动了第二次科技革命，被人们誉为“发明大王”

这些人都有自己所谓的坚持，他们在历史上留下了辉煌的成就，他们的这种精神令人叹服。

在生活中，我们也会遇到很多困难，失败和挫折，但这些对我们来说，未必都是坏事，我们可以从失败中得到教训和经验，在困难和挫折中得到前进的动力，只有这样，才会赢得属于自己的一片蓝天。

每个人心目中定位的“成功”都是不同的，但是追求与崇尚成功的心却都是一致的——白手起家，创造财富便是其中的一种。成功者神秘的创业之路、个人的经营之道都在被世人所尊崇着，于是，就广泛的流传出了这样的一个短语：成功的秘诀。

这不由使我联想到了前段时间书市里热销的一本书叫《成功是逼出来的》，作者甘霖用一种极为被动的心态去解读了那些被定位为“成功”的人士。开始，我只是视其为一种娱乐，看过则罢，甚至觉得此书作者涉嫌部分的炒作心态，所以不予以评价。直至今日，看到了松下辛之助如此“别出心裁”的秘诀，不禁又使我想起了那本书——成功是逼出来的。

结合着看，这才发现书中字字在理，句句经典，而松下辛之助的三条秘诀更是妙不可言，让人回味无穷。

今日源源不断的财富完全是为昔日贫寒的出生所迫——所谓先苦后甜，吃得苦中苦，才能方为人上人。白手起家的人，才能在获得财富后保持一种珍惜爱护的心态，不舍得恣意挥霍自己的付出与汗水。贫寒的生活造就、“逼迫”出了无数位成功人士。古今中外，范仲淹家境贫寒，划粥充饥，最终成为了一代巨匠；文中的松下幸之助自小困窘，最终成为了让人敬仰的“经营之神”……这些例子无疑告诉了我们——成功是逼出来的！

学历低下，不是成不了大器、做不了大事的借口，反之，它是成功的充分条件。当然，也仅仅只是充分，并不是所有的成功者都成绩低下，这也并不意味着所有成绩低下的人不加努力就能敲开成功的大门。基础学历的低下是一种无形的促进，使你在走入社会的同时，无时不提醒着自己：我学历低，应当用比别人更认真地态度来面对一切！因此，这低下的学历就成了一面明镜，时刻鞭策着不足的人们不断的进取、学习，从而达到成功。这又印证了那句话——成功是逼出来的！

体弱多病的人注定无法成为事业的操纵者，上天剥夺了他们健康的同时，也赐予了他们冷静的思考与沉着的智慧。体弱多病，逼着他们不能亲临现场、不能劳累，只能在有效的时间与空间内运用他们的智慧，完成他们想做的事。这是一种限制，同时更是一种厚爱，因为这样的“逼迫”成就了一位受世人尊敬的伟人——霍金；一位意志力为亿人榜样的海伦·凯勒；一位坐在轮椅上，身残志不残的张海迪……无数的体弱多病，成就了一代人的成功命运！

大自然让我们在磨难中奋斗，在奋斗中不断成长、壮大与进步。这一过程是痛苦的体验，但是，人未经磨难是不可能成功的。人一生下来，就要大声啼哭，逼迫肺泡接受新鲜的空气。接着，世上的一切都逼着你去适应，去争取。出身贫寒、学历低下、体弱多病……它们不是阻碍成功的借口——逼迫，可以激发你的潜能；环境与绝境的逼迫可以赋予你无限的创造力；生活所逼、亲情所逼、社会所逼、自己所逼、时间所逼、空间所逼……种种无奈、层层施压、一步步地要求使你不得不努力拼搏，勇往直前。

不要抱怨逼迫，不要无奈，因为被逼是福！

被逼的一生，这就是奋斗的一生，这就是幸福的一生。

成功——是逼出来的！

这周老师让写一篇读后感，一想起读后感我就发愁了。因为我写的读后感很不好，真么办呢。在这时，我忽然发现了我的图书角里有一本非常耀眼的书——《点亮智慧的明灯》。这本书了就是我印象最深的就就是第一章——名人成功必备的八大素质。

这一章主要写了成功的人有哪些素质。第一个就是兴趣，第二个就是要有个奋斗的目标，第三就是面对困难要有坚韧不拔的信念，第四就是做任何事都必须专心致志，第五就是勤奋努力，就一定会比别人收获的更多，第六就是保持一颗自信乐观的心，第七就是要思维创新，第八就是每天都要和时间赛跑。

又会想起这些事，我又有了和以前不一样的感受：

每当看见第一项的时候我都会想起如果没有兴趣，还会成功吗。可后来我都会得到的信息就是没有兴趣就没有成功……

再次看到第二项的时候，我会想很多天真的想象，比如：想不努力就成功；想让别人给自己定个目标，并帮我完成……但就是这都就是不可能的有了兴趣还不够，还要有个目标，而且还要努力实现这个目标。

然后看到第三项的时候不就是的想起了在危险中的一些人，他们有的不放弃希望，把一丝希望都好好用上，最后成功了；可没有信念的人最后不幸去世了。让我明白了，面对困难要有坚韧不拔的信念。

看到第四项我就想起了一个故事：居里夫人小时后学习非常专心，不管周围多么吵闹，都不会分心。就就是他的这种专心，才让他成功。

接着看到了第五项，只有勤奋努力才会成功。林肯小时候家里非常的贫困，于就是就他放牛，砍柴……为了换一本书来学习，最后他就成为了美国总统。

……

最后我又重新翻了一下，我感受到：一个成功的人士，不仅要有兴趣，一个目标，乐观，创新。还要有坚韧不拔的信念，努力。不要忘了，还要每天和时间赛跑。

TO Success: Opportunity or hard-working

Every body wants to succeed. But when it comes to the question that which factor leads to success, opportunity or hard-work, different people will offer different answers.

Some people think that opportunity is the first factor leading to success. They hold the idea, as a proverb saying, “Man proposes, god disposes”. Because almost all successful people have good luck and have caught their valuable opportunities, they believe that opportunity is a leading condition of the success. If seizes and makes the best use of opportunity available, one can succeed surely. In summary, to them, chances and lucks play the most important role on the road to success.

However, others maintain that “no pains, no gains” .Without exerting oneself, one could never expect to achieve success in no matter what one is doing. As is known to all, there is no royal road to the summit of success. One is likely to succeed only when one has worked with whole-hearted devotion and perseverance. Those who are lazy, sloppy and indifferent to their work, those who never concentrate on work will definitely end in failure. On the whole, as far as they are concerned, hard-working is the decisive factor to success.

In my view, both hard work and opportunity eventually matters. They are inseparable from each other, and put together, they make a great success. Hard work is to luck what fish is to water, and can be seen as an interior precondition of success. It lays the corner-stone for building a house while luck serves to cement it, to make the building bricks adherent to one another. They are the twins that contribute to success together. They are the factors from within and without respectively. We must work hard, make efforts and get prepared. When opportunities come, meet and make full use of them. Only in this way can we succeed one day.

俗话说：“失败乃成功之母。”如果没有失败，哪来成功之说，爱迪生发明电灯失败了无数次，但最后一次他成功了，这其中成功的秘诀就在于他的坚持不懈和努力，这就像我朋友自创的名言——努力不一定成功，但成功必须努力。

有这样一则故事：香港海洋公园有一条大鲸鱼，虽然重达8600公斤，但却能够跃出水面6。6米，还能向游客表演各种杂技，面对这条创造奇迹的鲸鱼，人们便感到好奇，向训练师请教训练这条鲸鱼的秘诀。训练师回答说，刚开始时，他们会先把绳子放在水面之下，使鲸鱼不得不从绳子上方通过，每通过一次，鲸鱼就会得到奖励，后来，他们每次都会把绳子提高，但是每次提高的幅度都很小，这样鲸鱼不需要花费多大的力量就能跃过去，还会得到奖励。随着时间的推移，鲸鱼跃过的高度逐渐上升，最后达到了6。6米。训练师告诉我们，他们训练鲸鱼成功的秘诀就是每次让它进步一点点。

这则故事告诉我们，成功其实很简单，看上去的一点点的事，随着时间的推移，日积月累便取得了惊人的进步。如果您还有疑问那就请看看我的经历。

我是一位高中生，在高一时，语文和理综性题目总是做不好，成绩也是很差。在高二时，我改变了自己的学习方法及态度，当然面临的第一问题便是语文，我想了想，对自己说了一句话：我是中国人，连自己的母语都说不好还能干什么呢？自那以后，我对语文便有着高度的热情，只因我时刻提醒自己，我是个中国，所以我要学好语文。每一次的考试，每一次的卡测，我都认真地对待，分析自己的不足，然后改正，经过高二一个学期的学习，我不仅语文成绩进步了很多，也让我对理综有了强烈的兴趣。其实，我语文成绩进步的秘诀就在于一天天地积累。

成功，其实很简单，真的很简单，我们挑战的不是明天而是今天，如果今天没有遗憾的过去，那么你就是成功的。让今天的我们开始播种，让明天的我们开始收获。
