著名的汽车大王福特自幼帮父亲在农场干活，当他12岁时，就在头脑中构想出一种能够在路上行走的机器，这种机器可以代替牲口和人力。可是，当时他的父亲要求他必须在农场当助手。福特坚信自己可以成为一名出色的机械师。于是，他用一年的时间完成了别人要三年才能完成的机械训练，随后又花两年时间研究蒸气原理，试图实现他的目标，然而却没成功。随后他又投入到汽油机的研究上来，每天都梦想着制造出一部汽车。其创意被大发明家爱迪生所赏识，邀请他到底特律担任工程师。经过十年的辛苦努力，福特成功地制造出第一部汽车引擎。今日的美国，平均每个家庭都有一部以上的汽车；今日的底特律，已成为美国最大的工业城市之一；福特也实现了自己成功的梦想。

As the saying goes” Your attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude.” I think what the most important to your personal success is the positive attitude, instead of the raw talent.

Edison, who is the king of invention, once said”Genius is one per cent inspiration and ninety-nine per cent perspiration.”  Though the aptitude is vital to some extent, there are still numerous examples which can show the magic power of the positive attitude. Confucius, the great Chinese ideologues, was no smarter than his brother when young. But Confucius has the firm faith and he worked very hard, which leading to his later success. Even if Hocking has a disabled body, but his thoughts are free and he is optimistic to this world. It’ was the optimism bring him to the peak of physics where no people can get to.

From my point of view, no matter what great talent you have had or even if you have to face the problem beyond you, the positive attitude is always a key to open the window and let the sunshine in. Write down your personal plan, don’t be afraid of the challenge ahead, and make the most of the every chance. Also, find out the precious experience from the failure and strengthen the advantage you have. More smile, more efforts, more sweat, and more optimism to your life, then, the wonderful way to success will appear ahead.

信心是成功的第一秘诀，只要有信心去做一件事，就一定能成功做好。

我看过一篇故事《就差一块砖》这个主要讲了：一个同学个子很矮，教官叫他翻越障碍墙，他因为没有信心，不敢去做，教官就鼓励他，他终于跳过去了，教官之后对他说：“只要有信心就一定能成功。” 我从这个故事想起了一首诗《别以为……》：以为是悬崖，当我们凭着信心勇敢地走上去的时候，踏空的脚踩上的是坚实的地。以为是绝境，黑暗里面触及的，是神递来的可靠的绳索。要凭着信心和神的带领，向前走。

想起一首歌，高高兴兴地唱：“追求，我怕你了吗?……再一步也不过是悬崖。” 我以前在学校里上课的时候根本不敢举手，害怕说错了之后被老师骂，所有我就不敢举手发言，我自己的知识也变得很少了，写作文写的句子一点儿都不优美，有时我还不会写，那时我的脑子里面一片空白。

自从我学了这一首诗之后，我上课变得积极了，也敢举手起来发言了，我自己的我自己的知识也扩大了，如同是一个小河里的水越来越多，变成了一片大海洋。我在课上也专心地听。老师所说的每一句话，我都记在了脑子里，在写《补充习题》的时候，我把我学到的东西，仔细的思考了一遍，再整理一遍，在对号入座，写在了本子上，结果老师一批对了。

小鸟唧唧喳喳地叫声仿佛在说：“你真棒。”大树爷爷看见了也开心地笑了，发出“咯、咯、咯”的笑声，听着，我也跟着笑了起来…… 信心是成功的第一秘诀，我要常用。

自信，是一把锁，是一种习惯。习惯不是束缚自己的枷锁，而是帮助自己的良药。成功的秘诀就是自信。相信，只要我自信，就会成功。

许多成功人士，大部分是十分自信的，喔，不对。是比十分还多一分，十一分自信。成功往往就在那比普通人多一分的自信。不要总把机会送给别人，有时候，为什么不想想，自己也许是最好的呢？很多人都遗忘了自己，丢失了心中的童话。古希腊大哲学家的得力助手就一个。他曾经对自己的助手说过，我的蜡烛已经快燃尽了，蜡油也快干了，该换了。你明白吗？助手说：明白，我会找一个人来做您的关门弟子，传承您的光辉。苏格拉底遗憾啊，这么浅显的暗示，他都不肯相信自己。他会做得很好，只是不自信断送了他的未来。

我为苏格拉底遗憾。他虽遗憾是因为助手的不自信，而更多的人是自信的。爱因斯坦出书时，有人问：如果实验证明，并不是您所写的那样呢？爱因斯坦回答：我相信自己的论证。多么肯定，干脆的回答。这就是自信的体现。马克思写书时，也表明了：对于正确的批评我会接受。如果是无理的偏见那我会无视。那分自信使他成功

名人的自信是干干净净，勇敢和直率的。多半名人的情商是非常发达的。自信是属于情商的。情商越高，待人处世之道也就越好。学习名人的成功，学习身边同学的成功。让自卑，自负走一边去，迎来自信。

成功的第一秘诀，无可否认，自信。
