一个人没有理想就像船没有罗盘一样。理想是成功的基石，明确自己行要什么才能真正致力于追求。越王勾践卧薪尝胆，以一句“何当凌绝顶，飞举跨苍龙”的豪言壮语，展示了理想和抱负，激发了他救过图像的信心，终于战胜了吴国。再远的路，慢慢的走下去，也能达到目的。千里之行源于不断的“开始”，一心跟着理想前进的人，世界会给他让步。

从足下开始，养成积累的习惯是通向成功的阶梯。

习惯并不是与生俱来的，它是在人们成长过程中逐渐养成的，好的习惯对一个人的一生，有极其重要的作用，可以说成功的人都善于一点一点的积累，我国古代著名医药学家李时珍为了写《本草纲目》手抄笔记有1000万字以上，英国著名物理谢家法拉第，当初在印刷厂当工人时，把废纸订成本子，把各种书籍里关于电学的论述抄下来整理成系统的材料加以研究。后来终于踏进了科学的大门，是电力时代降临人间。“千里之行”的成功源于坚持。

“千里”途中，百折不挠是战胜困难的法宝。

Disposition Decides to Man’s Success

As we all known, the man who wants to be success should have a good disposition. As the saying goes, “disposition decide to everything.” I remember a famous motto: there are no two identical people in the world, but the success people are similar in many ways. Exactly, good disposition is the foundation of success. From my point of view, I deemed it success should also rely on these factors: diligent, confident, humor. It can help us to open the door of success.

There is no denying that diligent is the first step to the success. As the proverb says, no pains, no gains. Absolutely, guess that a person without diligent, how can he get achievements. Many successful people have become famous in the world by their diligent. Therefore we should take diligence as a good habit rather than lazy at every time.

Edison said “confident is the mother of the success. There is no doubt that confidence is important to our daily life .If someone without confident, he will never succeed in the end of his life. If someone trusted himself, he would gained more chance to succeed. How could you get other’s trust if you didnt trust yourself?

In addition, humor plays an important role in our life. It’s obvious that a sense of humor can bring happiness to others and get involved to a group easily. Just like my friend who is an energetic and lovely boy. The boss and staff like him very much. Boss thinks highly of him in the

某天，兔子无聊，约好了乌龟在公路上跑步，兔子跑到路中间就睡着了，乌龟赢了。

第二次，兔子不服，他们在操场上跑，可是这一次兔子跑反了方向，乌龟又赢了。

——要想成功就必须明确自己的方向，也就是目标，明确目标是成功的第二步。

第三次，兔子约好了乌龟在草地上比赛，可是比赛刚开始兔子就掉进了泥坑中，乌龟赢了。

——要有一双发现陷阱的眼睛，天上不会常常掉馅饼，但地上可能常常有陷阱，善于发现陷阱是成功的第三步。

第四次，兔子与乌龟在山坡上比赛，兔子飞速跑下去，可乌龟却是滚下去的，乌龟赢了。

——要善于利用自己的优点，弥补自己的缺点，这是成功的第四步。

第五次，兔子乌龟比赛，这次他们在高速公路上比赛，兔子用尽全力跑，发现乌龟早就在终点了，乌龟是坐出租车过来的。

第六次，又在操场上比赛，兔子奋发向上将乌龟甩到了后面，而他看见终点上有一条横幅，上面写着“谁第一谁龟儿子”，他堵气不跑了。

在数十年前，福建某贫穷的乡村里，住了兄弟两人。他们抵受不了穷困的环境，便决定离开家乡，到海外去谋发展。大哥好像幸运些，被奴隶主卖到了富庶的旧金山，弟弟被卖到比中国更穷困的菲律宾。

数十年后，兄弟俩又幸运地聚在一起。今日的他们，已今非昔比了。做哥哥的，当了旧金山的侨领，拥有两间餐馆，两间洗衣店与一间杂货铺，而且子孙满堂，有些承继衣钵，又有些成为杰出的工程师等科技专业人才。弟弟呢？居然成了一位享誉世界的银行家，拥有东南亚相当份量的山林、橡胶园与银行。经过数十年的努力，他们都成功了。但为什么兄弟两人在事业上的成就，却有如此的差别呢？哥哥说，我们中国人到白人的社会，既然没有什么特别的才干，唯有用一双手煮饭给白人吃，为他们洗衣服。总之，白人不肯做的工作，我们华人统统顶上了，生活是没有问题，但事业却不敢奢望了。例如我的子孙，书虽然读得不少，也不敢妄想，唯有安安分分地去担当一些中层的技术性工作来谋生。

看见弟弟这般成功，做哥哥的，不免羡慕弟弟的幸运。弟弟却说，幸运是没有的。初来菲律宾的时候，担任些低微的工作，但发现当地的人有些是比较愚蠢与懒惰的，于是便顶下他们放弃的事业，慢慢地不断收购与扩张，生意便逐渐做大了。

这便是海外华人的真实奋斗历史。它告诉我们：影响我们人生的绝不仅仅是环境，心态控制了个人的行动与思想。同时，心态也决定了自己的视野、事业与成就。

一个人能否成功，就看他的态度了！成功人士与失败者之间的差别就是：成功人士始终用最积极的思考、最乐观的精神与最辉煌的经验支配与控制自己的人生。失败者则刚好相反，他们的人生是受过去的种种失败与疑虑所引导支配的。

Firstly, perseverance let people step closely towards success. Most people want to make a big difference to prove their value. 体育课上，我跳绳成绩总是名列前茅。许多同学都问我：“你成功的秘诀到底是什么呀？”

一年级上体育课的时候，老师叫我们练跳绳。尽管老师给我们演示了方法，但我的脚还是不听使唤，一节课下来，我断断续续跳了不到20个。

我沮丧的回到家，把课上发生的事一五一十的告诉了爸爸。我一做完作业，爸爸就带我去楼下练跳绳。我一边跳，爸爸一边耐心地给我讲解要领。

从那以后，我每天都抽出十分钟练跳绳。过了几个月，我掌握了跳绳的技巧，跳得比以前更快更好了。绳子似乎也听我话了，手和脚也成了好朋友，完美地配合。绳子在我的脚下上下翻飞，我就像一只轻盈的燕子在疾飞。

现在，我终于取得了跳绳全班第一的好成绩，赢得了老师的肯定和同学们的青睐。爱迪生说：“天才就是百分之一的灵感加上百分之九十九的汗水。”我终于懂得了这个道理。

believe yourself and trust yourself is the most important thing. Find something
