Second, female students must be confident. Lots of big companies like to hold a group discussion to select people, those who are silent and find it difficult to get involved in the discussion will not be considered. The employers think such people are not confident and won’t do well in the work.

Im *******,26 years old , born in ***** city ,HeNan Province.In year 1996,I entered ********University, majoring in Machincal Designing and Producing. During those 4 yearsstudy,I worked hard and I was always active in various activities . I gained the first scholarship for four times and I joined the Communist Party at the college.After my graduation in June 2000,I worked in --------company.I got a position in the Technology Department the first year and I was involved in several internet projects, such as the one for College student Recruitment in Henan Province and the one for Computer Center in Mathmatics Department in Zhengzhou University. Owning to my hard work ,I was rewarded the Best Newcomer Prize in the year 2000. The reason of this is that near the horizon we look through a very great thickness of the lower atmosphere，which is full of the larger dust particles reflecting white light，and this diluter the pure blue of the higher atmosphere seen beyond，and in the vicinity of the sun a good deal of the blue light is reflected back into space by the finer dust，thus giving a yellowish tinge to that which reaches us reflected chiefly from the coarse dust of the lower atmosphere。
