My name is Lauren, I am eighteen years old and from Australia. I have two brothers, 13 and 6, and a sister, 16, and we live with my Mum. I am currently in year 12 and planning on having a break from study next year and would love to travel overseas in that time. I wish to see more cultures and different places and ways of life.

I care for my younger siblings and have for six years now; at that point my youngest brother was just a baby. I have also cared for and babysat my cousins and family friends whose children range from infants to teenagers. Previously I have had experience caring for my sick grandmother and the elderly. I am able to change nappies, wash, cloth, play with and feed children.

I expect that I will be part of a family where I am happy to cook, clean, help with English lessons, and just generally care for the family members. From being overseas Id love to learn a different language and be immersed in another culture. I do not smoke and drink very rarely and am happy to not do so at all.
