经过近半个学期的训练，我兴致勃勃地参加了学校运动会的六年级男子400米项目。“各就各位，预备，砰！”随着比赛的枪响声，我抱着不要命的决心往前冲。“哈，哈，哈”我的呼吸声越来越急促，剧烈，速度也越来越慢。不想拿第一的选手不是好选手，于是我把吃奶的力气全给使了出来，跑完的时候感觉双腿严重发软，差点没站起来。最后，我取得了六年级男子400米第四名的成绩，同在抓人小组里的袁鼎皓同学也取得了第七名的成绩。

其实，在平常的抓人游戏中，我跑得算快了。有一次，陈梓轩和其他小伙伴一起来抓我，战果：“三擒三丢”。我凭着速度和机敏逃出了陈梓轩的“魔爪”。

哈哈，你看我的拿手好戏，是不是很厉害呢？

我很不爱运动，每一次比赛跑都是最后一名，还总是喘不上气，我听说上初中后有体育考试，考不过的就不能升级，想到这儿，我就更郁闷了。我以为会一直这样下去，没想到，在游戏中，我发现了跑快的方法。

暑假时，我和朋友们去了游乐场玩，那是一个球池，我们在玩抓人游戏。在跑的过程中，因为在球池中，跑步不方便，眼看后面的人就要追上我了，我就跨大步使劲跑，也不怕跌倒了，最后，我胜利了。接下来，我又玩了一个游戏。以前，有个小女孩跟我玩一个游戏，叫做跨大步，比谁先跨到指定的地方，原来我老输，那个女孩教会了我跨大步的方法后，我们总是不相上下。于是，我快要到地点的时候，就跨大步，数一下需要几步。

开学了，第一节体育课开始上了，刚开始，老师让我们齐跑，我们跑不齐，于是，老师让我们赛跑，大家都很不情愿。开始跑了，我豁出去了，使劲地跨大步，刚开始，我以为还是最后一名，于是悠着跑，没想到我超过了一个人，我立刻有了信心，就加快速度，还真巧，就到最后快到的时候，我一个一个超过，后面有五个人呢！虽然对跑快的人来讲，这不算什么，但对我来讲，这是至高无上的荣誉，是让我喜欢上跑步的关键！这一次小小的成就，让我对跑步产生热爱，产生了信心。在接下来的每一次跑步中，我得到了不错的成就，直到有一次……

刚开始跑时，我还想用老办法，但一看，大家全超过我了，于是我急了，先开始快跑了，结果到最后，只有两个人在我后面。
