一天，老师跟我们说：“学校要举行跑步运动会，今年我们要参加50米跑和100米跑。”老师还说：“每个班级至少要有两个人参加，有没有同学想要参加的？”有很多同学都垂头丧气，没什么信心，但还是有同学勇敢地举了手。老师看了看班上大半低着头沉默不语的同学，又看了看信心十足的那几位同学，最后从两部分人中各选了一男一女去参加比赛。

两个人参加50米跑，另外两个人参加100米跑。比赛开始前，老师对他们说：“你们要加油呀！争取为我们四年级二班争光！”那四名同学点点头，很紧张的样子。

先进行的是50米跑比赛，裁判一声哨响，跑道上的选手们就冲了出去。结果我们班的李磊摔了一跤，落到了最后一名，但他快速地站了起来又往前冲。他跑得特别快，眨眼间就超过了好几名选手，到了第二名。我们不停地给他加油，只见他咬紧牙关，奋力前冲，冲到了第一名，赢了比赛！

我们都为李磊欢呼，老师说：“李磊给我们班争光了，是我们的榜样！”

李磊给我们开了个好头，振奋了我们班同学的士气，在接下来的比赛中，另外三名同学也都取得了不错的成绩。

一天，天气晴朗，万里无云，阳光明媚。

狮子王在这个好日子里，对着动物们说："今天，我们要来举行一场跑步比赛，可以吗？"不用说，兔子和驼鸟一定会非常高兴。以为兔子和鸵鸟每次"动物赛跑"它们俩个都能进入决赛，并且，其中一人能获的奖杯。

不过，其实。鸵鸟比兔子跑的快大家都知道，所以，都会去祝贺鸵鸟，兔子呢？就一个人孤零零地站在一边，好像非常非常的失望，鸵鸟就会去安慰它，鼓励它。

动物们的跑步比赛开始了，场地上一片加油声。有些还扮了一个有趣的拉拉队。

果然，兔子和鸵鸟又进入了决赛，在这个紧急关头，兔子不小心摔了一跤，鸵鸟马上不跑了，回头去把它扶了起来。可是，在俩个人快要跑到终点的时候，兔子又跌了一跤，所以把红丝线拉走了。那这奖杯就是兔子的了。

可是，兔子并没收下奖杯，而是说："是鸵鸟帮助了我，如果没有它的帮助，我就不会得到这个金灿灿的奖杯了！"
