随着伦敦奥运会的即将到来，反兴奋剂再次被激烈讨论。据说，伦敦奥运会的兴奋剂检查是有史以来最严格的一次。有些运动员通过服用兴奋剂来提高他们的比赛结果，因为一个好的比赛结果对运动员来说意味着很多，比如荣誉，名声和金钱。但是，几乎所有人都认为任何比赛都应该禁用兴奋剂。我强烈赞同此观点。

First of all, using the stimulants will destroy the athlete both in physical and in mental. Taking stimulants can release the energy within a short period of time, using up athletes energy and making them totally excited, even crazy. After the games, they have to rest for several days to recover. Furthermore, the athletes may become addicted to the stimulants. Its kind of drugs that hardly to get rid of.

首先，服用兴奋剂损害运动员的身体和精神。服用兴奋剂能够在短时间内释放能量，耗尽运动员的能量，使他们完全兴奋，甚至疯狂。比赛过后，他们必须休息几天才能够恢复过来。而且，运动员可能会对兴奋剂上瘾。这是一种很难戒掉的药。

Secondly, taking stimulants violates the spirit of the Olympic Games. If every athletes take stimulants to get better competition results, theres no point in holding any kind of sports games, because it would be the competition of stimulants rather than the competitive level of athletes.

其次，服用兴奋剂违背了奥运精神。如果每个运动员都服用兴奋剂以获得更好的比赛结果，举行什么样的运动会都没有意义可言，因为它将是兴奋剂的竞争而不是运动员水平的竞争。

In short, the athletes should stay away from stimulants and rely on their hardwork to win the gold medalin the sports games.

总之，运动员应该远离兴奋剂，靠他们的努力在比赛中赢得金牌。

Good morning! I am Oscar, the spokesman of the Students’ Union. On behalf

of the Students’ Union, the main organizer of today’s sports meeting, I welcome

you all to the beautiful stadium. After two months’ preparation, our annual

sports meeting is held on schedule.

Thanks to the support and help from our school leaders and teachers. Though

they have many school responsibilities, they have taken time off to take part in

our sports activities. Let’s give them a big hand. Through sports, we can not

only develop our physical prowess, but also promote social and emotional skills,

and even intellectual skills, which will matter in our future lives

substantially. So hope everybody here cherish this opportunity and enjoy it.

My Favourite Fruit Of all the fruits, I like apples best. First it is very beautiful. It is red and round. You can’t help eating it when you see it. Second, it is very sweet. It is really a kind of enjoyment when you taste it. Third, it is said that apples are very good for our health. There is a saying: “One apple a day, keeps a doctor away.” It means that if you have one apple every day, you won’t get any disease. The apple is not only an ordinary kind of fruit, it can also keep you away from disease, so there is no reason to refuse it. Try it and enjoy it!

I love small animals very much, but my favorite is the puppy.

我的兴趣爱好有好多，如打羽毛球、打乒乓球、骑自行车、滑活力板……其中，我最喜欢的就是骑自行车了, 因为，我童年时代的很多欢乐时光都是在自行车上度过的，骑自行车时，也发生了很多我至今非常难忘的事。

记得那是在上学之前，我和爸爸进城，到了一个自行车商城，里面的各式各样的自行车一排排、一列列排满了整个商城。挑来挑去，我的目光停在了一辆蓝色的折叠自行车上，她有车把和中轴两个地方可以方便的折叠起来，蓝色的喷漆亮亮的可以照见人，每个地方都叫人由衷的喜欢……这就是我得第一辆自行车。

我学车是在楼前的水泥板路上学的。一开始，爸爸一个手帮我扶着把，我顾前顾不了后，骑得东倒西歪，爸爸手一松立刻车就会拐向一边，好在有爸爸控制着，我就这么艰难的向前骑……不知过了多少天，骑了多少次，有一天，爸爸在扶了一段时间之后，就松开了手，我竟然继续往前骑了一段距离，我觉得自己已经找到了一点骑车的感觉，心里非常兴奋，我趁热打铁，继续学，爸爸松手后我可以拐弯了，围着楼转了一圈又骑回来——我终于学会了骑车。有一次，我骑车时发生了一件令我难忘的惊险事件。那是在一个傍晚，路上已经看不清了，我在校门口北面的砖路上骑车，由于速度太快了，没看见已经堵死的门的旁边的台阶，结果狠狠的撞了上去，我从车上飞了下来，落到了砖路上，我好害怕，我爸爸赶紧过来把握扶了起来，问我磕到哪儿了。我说：“磕到腿上了，磕得很疼。我忘了这里有个台阶”。回到家后，我发现我的车前胎已经被撞爆了，车把心也给撞松了。后来，我骑车就小心多了，看不清不急着走，看清了再走。慢慢的，我又学会了蹬着脚蹬上下车，出去骑车再也不需要爸爸看着了。

直到现在，只要我一骑上自行车，就会感慨万千，回忆着从前发生的事情，回忆着以前的酸甜苦辣。我懂得了一个道理：“人要经过磨炼，才能有好的成功。在一些伟人的成就里也有了这样的经历。

现在，骑自行车依然是我最喜欢的一项运动。

如果你想知道我们班的跑步能手是谁，我肯定会不假思索地说：“当然是祝俊溢了！”

祝俊溢有着不高的个子，有力的大腿。从他那充满活力的大眼睛中就能看出，他是个喜欢运动的男孩子。

一次，我们小队和其它三个小队比赛跑步。到他了，我们的目光都集中在他的身上。发枪令一响，他就像离弦的箭一样，飞奔而去，冲出终点。YEAH!我们赢了！

还有一次，老师举行了一场接力赛。比赛正如火如荼地举行着，很巧，祝俊溢分在了我们这一组。小组里，有几人跑得慢极了。特别是周振业，等他将棒传给祝俊溢的时候，我们已经落后很多了，大家都十分着急，拼命地喊着：“加油！加油！”祝俊溢一点不慌，一拿到棒就飞快地跑了起来，像一匹千里马，超过一个人、二个人、三个人------

他紧咬着牙，甩掉了所有紧追不舍的人。“还有五十米、四十米、三十米、二十米、十米------”最终，他第一个冲出了终点，我们全场沸腾了，胜利真是来之不易啊！

跑步能手，非我的朋友——祝俊溢莫属！

在上上个星期里，我们全校只有五年级八个班在学校，你知道这是为什么吗？对啦，是因为这个星期，三、四、六年级都要举行实践周活动，三年级要去博物馆，四年级要去学军，六年级要去学工，他们都不能参加下午的跑步。我心想：这下完蛋了，整个操场全都给五年级，那样在同样的时间里即跑得多，又会很累，会不会跑死啊？

终于到跑步的时候了，我抱着忐忑不安的心，走进了操场。啊！操场中间的标志桶都没有了，不会要跑大圈吧，哎，真是怕什么来什么，就要这样跑！开始了，第一圈很轻松，第二圈也不累，第三圈开始喘气了，第四圈、第五圈勉强过关，到了第六圈，脚步不自觉得慢了下来，第七圈，我快不行了，可老师却还让我们加速，加速，再加速！我的手麻了，脚也跑酸了，只好忍忍了，可我越忍腿越沉，实在不行了，我只好用“心里法”，我让自己想：坚持，就会胜利！坚持，就会胜利！

终于跑完了，周老师让我们原地踏步走，我一抬腿，哇，腿上是不是挂了铅球啊！

这件事让我明白了一个道理：坚持就会胜利的！
