站在起跑线上，我突然就有了一种莫名的荣誉感，我好像是将要冲锋陷阵与敌厮杀的勇士，突然，“预备”一声吓了我一跳，身体开始发抖，胸腹式呼吸联合进行。“砰!”枪声十分震耳，每个人没有丝毫懈怠，撒腿就跑，可我仍然控制不住心中紧张的心情，还是砰砰直跳，慢慢地，我的世界里仿佛只剩下那条触手可及的红绫，此刻，我的动作越发协调，那只“小鹿”有规律的跳动着，为我打着节拍。我的体力已达到极限，大口大口的喘着粗气，我瞄到站在一旁老师和同学们期待的目光，硬着头皮跑下去，跑着跑着，便喊出声来，用尽全身最后的力气，“啊——”突然，那条红绫子挂在我的胸前，还没反应过来，同学们便跑过来，把我围成一圈，我捧起胸前的红绫子，高兴的只是笑，竟然说不出一句话来......

这便是我第一次正式比赛的经历，现在想想，依然很开心。奔跑，永无止境。我爱跑步，爱它带给我那独占鳌头、一骑轻尘的感觉。

一天，蜗牛聪聪来到小河边散步。它看见河对岸有一片青菜地，就想：“这河水太急了，我怎么能过河呢？”这时突然吹来一阵，把大树上的梧桐叶吹了几片下来。聪聪马上想出了一个好办法，它把梧桐叶放到了水中就坐着梧桐叶过河了。

来到菜园，它不知道这片菜园的主人就是鸭子。蜗牛聪聪就跑进菜园里大口大口的吃起来，蜗牛聪聪吃得正高兴时，鸭子发现了聪聪，说：“你竟敢偷吃我的青菜，我要吃你。”鸭子刚要吃它的时候，蜗牛聪聪大声的喊了一声：“停”，鸭子问：“你要干什么？”蜗牛聪聪说：“我们来比跑步，如果我跑输了你就吃我，如果我跑赢了就让我吃青菜。”鸭子说：“比就比！”蜗牛聪聪说：“明天早上在那边的大树旁见。”

到了第二天早上，聪聪叫它的弟弟到菜园那儿等着。自己就在大树旁等鸭子来跑步。鸭子来了它说：“我们开始吧，一二三开始。”但蜗牛跑都没跑。鸭子跑到了菜园它看见蜗牛已经在那里了。蜗牛弟弟说：“我赢了！我赢了！”

从此蜗牛聪聪就可以无忧无虑的吃东西了。

My favourate animal is panda.i think panda is the cutist animal in the world.It has black and white fur and especially it have black fur around eyes which looks like wear a pair of sunglasses.Panda likes banboo shoots and leaves a lot.I saw panda ate apply and cakes in Zoo before,but I know in nature world they would not eat these things.Now almost everyone in the world love panda,but only China has panda.So as a Chinese I feel proud to be born in a country has panda.

曾经有位名人说：“生命在于运动。”体育运动也有很多，比如跳绳、踢足球、打乒乓球，有女生们爱玩的跳皮筋，也有男生爱玩的打篮球。在这么多的体育项目中，我最喜欢的体育运动就是打乒乓球。

乒乓球弹在桌子上的声音很清脆，你听，那“乒乒乓乓”的声音多么像清晨在枝头欢唱的小鸟呀！打乒乓球的桌子就像一个迷你的小型排球场，不过它只有两个人就可以“开战”了。打乒乓球时，球桌的两边各站一个人，其中一人拿球。发球的姿势有很多种，是按照“新手”、“熟练”和“老手”三个级别来划分的，而我吗，就只能算来回穿梭于“新手”和“熟练”这两个级别之，因为我的打球技术总是“忽上忽下”、“忽强忽弱”。唉……

打乒乓球时，必须要“眼疾手快”，有时还要用“凌波微步”，才不会接不到球。记得有次，我去练习乒乓球，老师突然心血来潮“指名道姓”地说要和我打，这可把我吓得一身冷汗、心惊胆战，我立刻想到了我被打败时狼狈的样子。开打了，首先是老师发球。老师可是老手级别的，看来我只有死路一条了。但是，我运气一向都很好的，要是我碰巧打赢了老师呢……我正想着，突然，一个“风一般”的球从我身边飞过……唉，第一球就这样输了。到后来，我是在打不过老师了，但我又在想：要是我侥幸能赢呢？于是，我便在坚持、坚持、再坚持……但最后，由于我和老师实力的悬殊，我还是以11-0的的得分“壮烈的牺牲了”……

我喜欢打乒乓球，它让我的体质变的更强了，它让我更热爱运动了，它让我明白了体育运动的真谛！
