运动对身体很好，而我最喜欢的运动项目就是游泳，为什么喜欢游泳呢?那是因为一想到夏天可以泡在冰凉的游泳池里，一边嬉戏一边运动，就足够让我欣喜若狂。游泳也能训练出良好的体力，真是一举两得。

其实一开始我不会游泳，甚至觉得这是一件丢脸的事，但我错了，因为在这个升上五年级的夏天，我上了游泳训练班，意外的认识一位阿姨，她也是来学游泳的;有 一天，我告诉那位阿姨，我要升五年级了，却还不会游泳，真是感到十分丢脸，但那位阿姨说道：“阿姨都已经四十几岁了，现在才在学游泳，所以你一点都不丢 脸。”这时，我才明白不会游泳并不是一件可耻的事。就是因为这样，我应该更努力的学游泳，虽然游得没很标准，但基本上我已经学会自由式了。

游泳真的是一项好运动，不仅可以让人长高，也可以让人变瘦，而且失足落水后，也有办法游到岸边，虽然我不常跌进水里，但是还是要小心为妙，真是“不怕一万，只怕万一”。

游泳不仅是好游戏，也是一项好运动，但是还是有注意的事项。第一，不可以在游泳池里大小便，如果在游泳池里大小便，不仅会污染水源，假如呛到了喝到那种 水，不是很恶心吗?第二，禁止跳水，跳水除了参加比赛外，可不能随便乱跳，不小心撞到头怎么办呢?所以这点也很重要。第三，请穿泳衣，戴上蛙镜，游泳时如 果穿正常的衣服，它不但会膨胀，还会增加重量，这点要切记。

运动是人生活中不可缺少的，如果不运动的话，可能会变成大胖子，而且一动起来就会满头大汗。不仅运动要规律，饮食也要均衡，这样子就可以保持好身材了!

每个人都有自己喜欢的体育运动，我喜欢踢足球、打篮球、打羽毛球……但是，我最喜欢的体育运动却是跑步。

跑步是体育运动中最简单而最有成效的一项运动。我爱慢跑，因为我不想让美丽的风景与我擦肩而过。我爱慢跑，因为我能一边感受大自然的恩赐，一边享受运动的无限快乐。我爱慢跑，因为我能一边看着太阳公公留下那橘红的孤线，一边望着那远处碧绿的田园风光。在体育课上，我爱慢跑。因为我想跑在后头，看着同学们的背影。我想把他们留在我的眼睛里，留在我的心里，留在我的回忆里。我爱慢跑。我爱体育运动，因为他是我健康的象征。生命在于运动，运动能给人带来乐趣。所以我热爱体育运动!

记得小时候的我，跑步非常的慢，连比我小一岁的弟弟都比我跑得快。于是，不服输的我就开始练习跑步。早上天还未亮，我就起床到小区里晨跑，晚上吃完饭，就拉着弟弟去比赛，无论我怎样跑，总要是比弟弟慢那么几步。但是，我并没有泄气，因为我坚信那句话“失败是成功之母”。我开始更加刻苦练习，经过我长时间的练习，我终于超过了弟弟，心里有一种说不出来的高兴。

我，在其他运动项目中，可能不是你的对手，但在这项运动中我决不会输给你，这就是我爱跑步，爱这项运动的真正原因，将来有可能的话我还想成为一名出色的马拉松运动员呢!

我爱跑步，因为我喜欢独占鳌头、一骑轻尘的感觉。我站在候赛场地，望着准备比赛的同学们，她们个个无不精神抖擞，想必心中也压抑着许久的小鹿吧!一声枪响，便相继冲出起跑线......

站在起跑线上，我突然就有了一种莫名的荣誉感，我好像是将要冲锋陷阵与敌厮杀的勇士，突然，“预备”一声吓了我一跳，身体开始发抖，胸腹式呼吸联合进行。“砰!”枪声十分震耳，每个人没有丝毫懈怠，撒腿就跑，可我仍然控制不住心中紧张的心情，还是砰砰直跳，慢慢地，我的世界里仿佛只剩下那条触手可及的红绫，此刻，我的动作越发协调，那只“小鹿”有规律的跳动着，为我打着节拍。我的体力已达到极限，大口大口的喘着粗气，我瞄到站在一旁老师和同学们期待的目光，硬着头皮跑下去，跑着跑着，便喊出声来，用尽全身最后的力气，“啊——”突然，那条红绫子挂在我的胸前，还没反应过来，同学们便跑过来，把我围成一圈，我捧起胸前的红绫子，高兴的只是笑，竟然说不出一句话来......

这便是我第一次正式比赛的经历，现在想想，依然很开心。奔跑，永无止境。我爱跑步，爱它带给我那独占鳌头、一骑轻尘的感觉。
