踢毽子不仅使我能锻炼身体，还给我带来了快乐，我喜欢踢毽子!

Most kids like animals. Girls like cats, and boys like dogs. However, my favorite animal is the horse.

The horses are strong, not like the tame cats or puppy dogs. They look wild and hard to get close. Yet, they will be very timid and friendly after they get to know you. Horses remember the way home. They are also faithful to their masters. They even understand what you are trying to tell them. Ive heard many stories about how a horse saved his masters life. Thats also the reason why I love horses. They never betray you.

大多数孩子喜欢动物。女孩喜欢猫,和男孩喜欢狗。然而,我最喜欢的动物是马。

马是强大的,不像猫或狗温顺的小狗。他们看起来野生和难以接近。然而,他们会很胆小,友好在他们了解你。马记得回家的路。他们也对他们的主人忠心耿耿。他们甚至理解您想要告诉他们。我听说过很多故事一匹马救了他的主人的生活。这也是为什么我爱马。他们从不背叛你。

下午放学之后背着书包来到了操场，在上学期就养成了操场，每日打卡的习惯。

现在台子上坐了一会儿，看着身份证的操场，到处都有学生的身影，两个月来没有跑过200米以上的路程，看着不少学生在跑步，心里也很痒，之后便拉着五班跑步第一去跑步，刚开始速度不算慢，也不算是冲刺，感觉十分舒畅轻松，有一种在体育课上跑步不同的感觉，体育课上跑步大多是进行比赛的，自己为了得第一，大多都是在巨大的压力下跑步的，很少享受跑步的快乐，两个月没剧烈活动过，今日再次跑步，感觉身轻如燕，每一步都像踩在云朵上一般。

但这舒适感很短暂，跑了200米之后，自己出现了胸闷，呼吸急促等现象。跑了600米后，自己撑不住了，嗓子因脱水而感觉有火车经过，腿脚也像灌了铅一样，这也说明了我现在的身体素质同上学期差了很多。同五班的朋友跑了3圈，在这之前我还跑了一圈，四圈1600米，活活把自己跑虚了，有种强烈的反胃感觉，脸上也全是汗水，全身四肢都柔软乏力，好久没有过这样的感觉了，突然间还感觉挺好。

今日跑了四圈，自己的身体素质也提高了一些，明日继续打卡，一天一天的增强，提前为体育考试做准备。

My name is Han Dong. I am from a small village. My favourite season is summer. In summer, I can do lots of things. I often go swimming in the in the river with my friends. We are all good at swimming. The water in the river is cool. There are lots of fish in the river, too. We often catch fish and cook them. Sometimes we climb up trees to watch the babies of the birds. And sometimes we make hats with grass and flowers. Summer is really interesting, isn’t it?

上一年级时，我在爸爸的影响下开始喜欢打篮球，到了夏天，每天下午爸爸就和大哥哥们打篮球，我看得津津有味。所以，一直到现在，我都十分喜欢这项运动。

通过查资料，我了解到篮球是詹姆斯。奈史密斯所创。他是一个学校的体育训练师，在他们那个地方，冬天十一月就开始下雪。所以就停止了室外运动，学员们无精打采，校长让詹姆斯。奈史密斯像一个可以让学生们有精神的体育运动，该校所在地是一个生产桃子的地方，工人们运输桃子用了投掷这样的方法，詹姆斯。奈史密斯看了以后，有所启发，他以装水密桃的篮子钉在室内运动场两端，二楼凸出悬空的走廊外缘，由于悬廊有十尺高，因此决定梨桶就订在十尺高的地方。再以美式足球、欧式足球与冰上曲棍球的规则，拟定了游戏规则共十三条。此时就在圣诞节假期前夕，也就是篮球运动是在一八九一年圣诞节假期前夕发明的。

这就是篮球的起源，打篮球也有很多好处，可以健身，可以增强体质，如果感冒了，打一会篮球一出汗，病就好了，还可以增强团队团结的精神。

我喜欢打篮球，有一次，我心情不好，就到篮球场打了一会儿篮球，把火气释放出来，我就把篮球看做我的敌人，使劲地拍球，使劲地投球，打了一会儿，我的心情好多了，火气没了，还更加开心了。所以，我爱打篮球，因为它能给我带来快乐!
