我喜欢运动，最喜爱跑步，我就加入了田径班。

其实从一开始我是不太喜欢跑步的，因为我觉得跑步很累，尤其是是在我们学校的时候，我们跑步就是围着操场上跑。后来我们学校改变了策略，让我们围着一条我们学校旁边的路跑。因为我们的学校在一个山坡上，可以看到很远的地方。但是我从来没有去过我们学校脚下的村庄，这次跑步我们就是选择的这样一条路，在路上，我们是完全像是进入了一个新的世界，前方的路对于我们来是陌生的，我们不知道前面有什么风景在等着我们，我们慢慢的跑着，转过一个一个的弯，前面有的是房子，有的是农田，还有几颗橘子树，当我们转过一道弯的时候，我还发现了一条河，河水很清澈，还唱着美妙的音乐。

最后我们回到了学校，我回想一下整个路程，其实可能就比我们在操场上跑圈要远一点点，但是给我们带来的乐趣却不止一点点，从这以后，我每天都盼望着去跑步，感受不同的风景，期盼着下一个转弯处能带给我们惊喜。

运动能让我们放松心情，运动能让我们锻炼身体，运动能帮助我们减肥，运动能……，总之生命在于运动，运动的好处是无穷的。你们喜欢什么运动呢?我喜欢跑步，“飞人”刘翔和“东方神鹿”王军霞都是我的偶像哦!他们为了夺得金牌付出了很多努力。我呢?虽然没有参加过体育比赛，但跑步给我的快乐是无穷的。

生活中处处都有在跑步的身影，打蓝球、踢足球、打排球、玩游戏……都离不开跑步。

记得有一次暑假，我们玩“鱼网”游戏，并抽中我和陆依宁当“鱼网”，还从男生中选了两个同学当另一张“鱼网”，让我们比谁抓的“鱼”多。开始了，我毫不犹豫地扑向一个正在发呆的同学，一下子就把她抓住了，接着我和陆依宁商量好先攻击跑步慢的，再抓跑步快的，果然我们不到一分钟的时间已经抓到两个，过了一会儿，我们的“鱼网”里已经有五、六条“小鱼”了，再看看对方，才三条，我心里暗自高兴。我们继续“捕鱼”，没多久跑步慢的同学已经被抓完了，我们开始向强手进攻，可每次都让他们跑了，再看着“鱼网”里的同学都垂头丧气的，我便说“没关系，失败乃成功之母嘛!”听了我这话，同学个个又来劲了，又开始抓鱼了，终于功夫不负有心人，我们队赢了!
