春姑娘踏着轻快的脚步向大自然走来，她就像一位魔法师，手上拿着一根魔法棒，到处挥舞。她对小草一挥，小草从泥土里钻出来;她对迎春花一挥，迎春花树上就开满了花;她对野花一挥，五颜六色的野花从草丛中露出了笑脸。春姑娘又像一位绘画师，给花草树木都增添上了五彩缤纷的颜色，她给挑花、杜鹃花绘上了红色，让他们变得好看极了;她给小草、柳树绘上了绿色，让他们变得更加生机勃勃。一阵微风吹来，花草树木都随风飘荡，他们都乐呵呵地笑了。大地充满了一片生机。

春姑娘踏着轻快的脚步来到了小河边，唤醒了冻结的小河，潜游在水底 的鱼儿露出了水面，呼吸着新鲜的空气;冬眠的青蛙也苏醒了，唱着欢快的曲子;燕子从南方飞回来了，欣赏着这里的美景。

春姑娘踏着欢快的脚步来到了我们的身边，她帮我们脱去了厚厚的毛衣，穿上了轻装。人们都走出了家门，有的在公园里玩耍，有的在郊外踏青，还有的在草地上放风筝。人们都咧着嘴笑了。

“一年之计在于春”春天是一个美好的时光，我们一定不要错过了她哦。我喜欢春天。

我最喜欢的体育运动是踢毽子儿.我喜欢踢毽子,是在半年前我和我表姐的一次踢毽子比赛.

那天,表姐到我家玩.我们一起写完作业以后,觉得有点儿累,于是表姐提议说：“我们来玩踢毽子吧.”“可是,我不会踢怎么办?”表姐说：“我先来做示范,然后你再踢.”说着,她踢了起来.1、2、3……她踢得可真多呀,一下子踢了10多个,该我踢了,我觉得腿有点儿不听使唤,胳膊也跟着较劲儿,只踢了2个,毽子就被我踢飞了.接下来我们又踢了半天,可我还是没有抓到要领,踢得还是很少.到了5点多钟,表姐被她爸爸接走了.我暗暗下定决心：瑕疵比赛的时候一定要超过她.于是我每天一有时间,就开始练习踢毽儿.

真是功夫不负有心人.这天,表姐又来我家了.我们同样先写作业,写完作业后,我主动说：“我们一起踢毽子吧.”我没和表姐说我在家每天坚持练习踢毽子,这次还是表姐先踢,她踢了18个.哈哈,我悄悄地笑了起来.该我了,我的心“砰砰”直跳,我真怕自己踢不好,21比18,我赢了.表姐看后很吃惊,问我怎么能踢这么多了?我告诉她我每天晚上坚持练习地结果.

现在时间长了,我的进步更左右脚交替地踢法.

踢毽子不仅使我能锻炼身体,还给我带来了快乐,我喜欢踢毽子!

Every year, my school holds sports meeting in about October, I am very

exciting about it, I can watch the wonderful game and don’t have class. My

school’s sports meeting lasts three days, the class is suspended, all the

students go to the play ground to watch the game. As an audience, I am so

nervous and yell out “come on” to my classmate, watching they get to the final

line, I am so proud of them. The part I like most is relay race, that is so

exciting, all the students yell loudly, the athletes chase one by one, nobody

can be sure who is the champion until the last minute. Sports meeting bring me

so many beautiful memories.

大家都有自己的爱好，我也不例外，我就喜欢打乒乓球。 我是这样爱上打乒乓球的。爸爸给我买来了一副拍子，让我学打乒乓球，当我看见白色的小球在桌上灵活的运动，忽高忽低，忽左忽右，忽长忽短，一会儿正旋，一会儿反旋，我一下子就喜欢上这项体育运动了，刚开使我什么都不会，爸爸教我正确的姿势和打乒乓球的一些技巧，打乒乓球更要眼明、手快、反应快。在爸爸的耐心教导和我的努力下，我的技术得到了很大的提高，可以和爸爸对打了。 有一个星期天，我和爸爸去打乒乓球。我们把网架好,就开始切磋。爸爸先发了一个攻球，我也用攻球打了回去，爸爸突然打了一个削球，我没接到。爸爸接着发了一个反手球，我也不甘示弱，连连打爸爸的反手，白色的小球一会儿偏左，一会儿偏右，我打了一个侧上旋球，球跑到爸爸的面前，跳到桌上，立刻就往左边飞去，专心致志的爸爸早就看准球的方向，挥拍一打，只因用力过猛，球飞出界了。“打的真漂亮”，爸爸对我说。爸爸也不弱。打了一个长长的拉球，我用力扣杀，球出界了，就这样打了两个小时，才收工回家。

打乒乓球不仅让我的身体得到锻炼，还使我的视力得到了有效的保护，它是我和爸爸最喜爱的体育运动。
