到了小学，我转学来到了深圳，因为性格的关系，没有什么朋友。下课时只能坐在自己的座位上，可能也是新生，没有人和我说话。不过我喜欢上体育课，因为这样我才能和同学们玩在一起，足球变成了我交朋友的方式。当我们一起在球场上一起踢球，不断的传递着对方的友情，渐渐的我和班上的许多同学已经因为足球而成为了好朋友。

到了初中，我代表学校参加了比赛，最后还得到了冠军，这是我们意想不到的。当我踢进最后的一球，听到比赛结束的哨声，大家心情都激动不已，全部涌上球场，抱在一起。那种心情，是足球带给我的，让我永远都忘不了。

How is everything? I’m glad to tell you something about my favourite season——spring.

Spring comes to Canada in March. The weather is warm and sunny. People feel comfortable. But sometimes the temperature can be as low as -15℃ and it even snows. We won’t see flowers until May or June! 每天，我早早地起了床，洗完脸，就沿着小区的大路跑两圈。这天，我从家里出来，太阳公公刚露出小脸。“早上好，太阳公公，又是新的一天了。”说完，就伸伸脖子，弯弯腰，甩甩脚，做起准备活动来了。

“三、二、一，起跑！”我在心里默默念道。“艘”地一声，我像一阵风一样跑了出去，一口气跑出了一百多米。开始，我跑得很轻松，一点也不觉得累。过了一会儿，我的能量好像要用完了，气喘吁吁，大颗大颗的汗珠从我脸上滚落下来，腿上像绑了两块大石头，迈不开脚了。呼吸也变得非常急促，心跳得也非常厉害，我真想坐下来休息一会儿。一阵微风吹过，身边的小树、小草随风飘舞，好像都在为我“加油”似的。我鼓足劲，放慢脚步，任凭豌豆般的汗珠从后背落下。坚持就是胜利！

早上晨跑的时间结束了，回到家，吃着妈妈做的香喷喷的早餐，心里可高兴了。

我最喜欢的一名运动员是许海峰，是他取得了我们中国金牌“零的突破”!就在美国洛杉矶举行的第23届奥运会时，年仅27岁的许海峰参加了男子自选手枪慢射，许海峰手握紧手枪，全部的注意力都集中在标靶上。裁判一吹哨子，许海峰就握紧手枪，认真的打出每一发子弹。 许海峰打出的每一发子弹都很好，好到只剩最后一发子弹。这时，他的对手只比他差1环，这次，许海峰的对手又打了一子弹，对手的这一发子弹打的也很好，一下子就打到了10环，许海峰紧张极了，他拿起手枪，命运就注定在这一弹上，如果他打到了10环，他就能超过对手了，如果他打到9环，就只能跟对手打平，如果他打到8环，那就会输给对手了。

许海峰很紧张，他拿着手枪，一直不敢打出最后一弹，他一共四起四落，看得观众心都提到嗓子眼了，就在他第五次举起手枪时，终于打出了最后一弹。裁判大喊一声：“10环!”观众都在为他欢呼，中国的国旗高高升起，许海峰站在高高的领奖台上，挂上了金牌，露出了满意的笑容。 在这个故事中，要是他输了，我会一头趴在桌子上，感觉到好后悔。可是他赢了，我实在是太兴奋了，我的心在为他欢呼!
