低碳”这个词已经成为21世纪的代名词，低碳也是因为现在的人们终于认识到保护环境的重要性，才创造出的这个词。所以我决定，在以后的生活中，我也要处处“低碳”，保护我们生存的家园。

一切从出行开始，我出门尽量少坐出租车，距离短的就步行，距离长的就坐公交车。我发现，一段时间后，我既节省了路费，又锻炼了身体，真可谓两全其美。

接着，就要从节水做起了。我尽量用洗衣水来清洁马桶、拖地……每次喝水，我会记着要喝多少就接多少水，绝不多接，节约饮用水资源。慢慢的，我发现，地拖得越来越干净，连我都能照的出来了。

最后，就是节电了。一到晚上，我们家就灯火通明，每个房间的灯都开着，有时，电视机前没有人，电视依旧开着，浪费了不少电。我告诉爸爸妈妈，离开房间后要随手关灯。不看电视时，记得将电视关闭，并且少用电脑。在白天，能不开灯，就不要开灯。我们一家人都那么做，我相信，我们家的电费一定会少不少的。两个月后，妈妈再去交电费时，发现少了好几度电呢!

我从网上了解到：在北京，人们为了让汽车少排出尾气，有了单双号汽车在不同日期行驶。制订了无车日，也是希望大家可以低碳生活，保护我们赖以生存的家园!

I caught a cold today

In this morning，I felt very uncomfortable when i wake up,after i got up，i

sneezed continuously,so i realized that i had caught a cold.Then i went to the

clinic nearby my home to see the doctor, the doctor prescribed some cold

medicine for me and told me to drink lots of hot water. After taking the pills i

had a good sleep,now i feel better,I hope i will be better soon.

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth. After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mother’s car. It takes us more than half an hour to get there.

We have four hour classes in the morning. I have luch at my grandparents’, because their home is nearer to my school.

After two classes in the afternoon, school is over. Then we clean our classroom.
