A lizard can be a very good animal; it can camouflage, and not to be seen,

some like in Africa can even switch color; some are even in China. Besides

camouflaging and color changing, some even have super strength, some stories in

the future, have many stories; like this one:

A boy once found an egg, and didn’t know what was in it, and so left it in

his room to keep it safe. For a short time he thought that it was a chicken, at

another hand it was a duck… Just as he was about to speak up, he found out that

he was wrong, for the egg hatched, and out came a little green guy; and that was

the first lizard in the world.

The boy found out about this of course, and was not pleased at all. He

thought that it was just what was on the TV show, a toy egg, except it can move.

When he was just about to send him away to sell and earn money, he found only

his regular toys on the ground, but not the lizard; that was when the lizard

And so you see, a lizard: Like the one in the story, can use its camouflage

about that lizard. But he found his feet stuck under a big shelf. Suddenly he

The boy thought that this lizard was amazing, he tickled him, and then he

lay down and squealed. The boy knew at once that this was no ordinary toy, this

was a real life animal. He was more than astonished, for he didn’t actually know

that this was an amazing animal. When he finished school the next day, he went

home. He found a coloring pencil and to color a picture for fun; but he didn’t

realize that this was a lizard, the lizard switched back immediately to save his

own life.

Early in senior high school, we longed to be enrolled in a university. Now

the dream has come true. But how do we college students like our campus

life?

Certainly, some relish it, finding it colorful and rewarding. Besides

study, they spend considerable amount of time improving themselves in various

aspect. Yet others do not think much of their college life, thus do not benefit

as much. In their eyes, the university is just a bigger high school. The only

为进一步加强中小学管理，规范办学行为，切实做好2021年中小学放寒假前后的各项工作，确保全市中小学生度过一个安全、愉快、充实的寒假，现就有关事项通知如下：

一、放假及开学时间根据国家课程计划安排，我市义务教育阶段学校、中等职业学校定于2021年1月23日放寒假，2月28日报到，3月1日正式上课；普通高中学校定于2021年1月30日放寒假，2月21日报到，2月22日正式上课。如遇冰冻等极端天气或根据当地疫情防控要求，区县(市)教育局可随机调整放假和开学时间。特殊教育学校、幼儿园参照执行。

二、统筹安排好放假前的各项工作

1、做好本学期结束工作。各校要严格按照课程计划完成教育教学工作任务，认真组织好期末复习、考试、学生综合素质评价、教育教学工作总结等工作。有序开展评议考核、校产管理、文件资料整理归档等学期结束阶段各项工作，维护良好的教育教学秩序。

2、加强学生离校前的安全教育和学校安全管理。各校要在学生集中离校前，通过安全教育课、发放安全知识手册、消防安全演练、家长会、致学生家长的一封信等方式，普遍开展防火、防盗、防意外伤害、防欺凌、防交通事故、禁止燃放烟花爆竹等方面的安全知识教育，强化师生安全防范意识，增强自救能力。要加强校园安全巡查，消除各种安全隐患。严格落实假期内24小时值班和领导带班制度，遇有重大突发情况要及时妥善处置并立即向上级主管部门报告。

2、科学指导学生假期生活。各地各校要以践行社会主义核心价值观和培养学生核心素养为目标，引导学生在假期积极开展社会实践、社会调查、社区志愿服务等活动，积极倡导绿色健康文明的社会新风尚，自觉抵制铺张浪费、封建迷信等陋习。引导家长树立正确的教育理念，关注孩子情绪，多陪伴多沟通，鼓励孩子多看书、看好书，把握和控制好孩子使用电子产品的时间，坚持让孩子每天做一些力所能及的家务劳动，不盲目让孩子参加各类培训、补习，培养孩子良好的学习和生活习惯。

3、严禁违规办班补课和培训。各地各校要严格遵守规范办学行为、深入实施素质教育的各项规定，不得在假期以任何形式、在任何地点违规组织学生上课、补课，不得组织、要求或暗示学生到校外机构进行补课、培训等。广大在职教师要严格遵守师德规范，自觉抵制有偿补课活动。寒假期间，各地要畅通投诉举报渠道，加强明察暗访，坚决制止并严肃处理学校违规组织补课、教师从事有偿补课的行为。

4、关注特殊群体的假期活动。各地各校要关注随迁子女、留守儿童等特殊群体，在生活和学习上予以指导和帮助。已建成的乡村学校少年宫要做好假期活动规划，有条件的城镇学校要定期开放学校图书室和体育活动场所，为学生特别是留守儿童创造条件，开展形式多样、有益身心健康的文体娱乐活动，让学生享受一个健康、充实的假期。

四、认真做好新学期准备工作

1、组织学习培训。各校要充分利用开学前的时间，组织全体教职员工开展形式多样、内容丰富的政治学习和业务培训，时间不少于两天。要认真学习党中央、国务院和各级教育行政部门关于教育事业发展的相关文件，积极探索新时代教育评价改革，激发学校办学活力，端正办学思想，规范办学行为，结合当前教育发展新形势，精心谋划好新学期各项工作。

2、做好隐患排查。开学前，各校要对学校校舍、在建工程等进行一次全面检查，消除安全隐患;对校舍、功能室仪器设备、课桌椅、电线、水管等进行全面的维修，确保新学期教育教学工作的正常进行。

3、做好环境物资等准备。开学前一周，各校要开展校园环境清洁整治行动，彻底消除卫生死角，保持干净、整洁的校园环境。重点加强教室、宿舍、食堂、厕所、功能用房等重点区域和场所的保洁和消毒，对讲台、课桌椅、门窗把手、水龙头、开关等高频接触的物体表面进行预防性消毒处理。保持教室、宿舍开窗通风。要根据教育教学需要，及时与当地新华书店联系，将师生所需要的教材、教辅等学习资料发放到位，确保课前到书。要及时与供货商的沟通协调，保障师生生活物资供应有序、价格稳定。

4、做好控辍保学。各地各校要认真做好残疾儿童和困难学生的家访劝学工作，高度重视残疾儿童的入学问题，加强适龄残疾学生随班就读、送教上门工作的指导，持续开展“三帮一”劝返复学行动，切实做好控辍保学工作，确保义务教育全覆盖，确保学生不因贫辍学。

5、做好开学工作检查。各校要严格教育收费管理，规范教科书、教辅材料征订，对照省市规范性文件进行自查，严格自律。

各区县(市)教育局要按照开学工作常规管理要求，组织好新学期开学工作检查，2021年3月20日前将开学工作总结报市教育局基教科。

三、假期安全注意事项

为切实做好学生人身安全的各项工作，保证学校、社会、家长齐抓共管。针对寒假的特点，为彻底杜绝寒假期间学生一切非正常事故的发生。学校特制订寒假安全公约如下，希望您督促自己的孩子做到：

1、认真学习安全常识，遵守安全公约，防止一切意外事故发生。

2、自觉遵守交通规则，注意交通安全。不闯红灯，过马路时要走人行横道线，过人行横道时要按交通信号灯指示，不要跨越、倚坐道路隔离设施，不要进行扒车、强行拦车等危险活动。

3、掌握安全用电常识，不随便触摸电器设备。正确的使用电褥子取暖，以免引起火灾。

4、注意消防安全，不玩火、不玩电，远离火源，掌握正确使用液化气常识，预防煤气中毒。 5、不在危险的地方玩耍，不做任何带有危险性的游戏，及时远离危险因素。

6、提倡勤俭节约，不乱花钱，学习计划每天的生活，教育学生储蓄压岁钱等。 7、不打架斗殴，不搞恶作剧，不做有损自己和他人的事。

8、不听、不信、不传、不参与封建迷信活动，坚决抵制一切危害社会邪教活动，树立正确的人生观。 9、学生外出必须征得家长同意，方可外出。

10、做到不进入网吧;不私自到水库和池塘等有水的地方去游戏、滑冰、滑雪等以防溺水事件的发生。 11、不放烟花、鞭炮或者必须在家长的监护下燃放烟花爆竹。

12、学生要熟悉报警电话(火警119，盗警110，急救120，交通事故122)。 13、寒假期间注意个人饮食卫生、不吸烟、不喝酒等并注意合理的作息时间。

14、注意冬季防冻、防烫伤、防止炉火取暖的一氧化碳中毒等意外事故发生。 15、注意用眼卫生，保护视力，不长时间看电视或书。

16、教育孩子不与不良人员来往，增强孩子的法制意识和防盗、防骗意识，提高自我保护能力。

一、 关注孩子的心理健康。调查表明，中学生中存在心理异常的约占30%，患有心理疾病的约占15%。中学生心理健康问题主要表现为：学习与考试焦虑、心理承受力脆弱、人际交往障碍、 性格孤僻抑郁、自卑心理严重、对新环境不适应等等。中学生的心理与家庭教育有着密切关系。家庭对子女的期望要恰如其分，千万不能"恨铁不成钢"，要根据孩子的年龄特点，根据孩子的个体差异进行教育，帮助孩子树立符合实际的奋斗目标，做到有张有弛，有紧有松。在对孩子施教过程中，还要讲究恰当的教育方式。平日要多关注孩子生活中的每个细节，发现不良的苗头，及时纠正。呵斥、打骂、讽刺挖苦都 不利于孩子的成长，相反，同孩子一起坐下来，摆事实、讲道理，会收到良好的效果。只有这样才能为孩子健康成长创造一个良好的软环境。

二、 配合学校加强对学生的管理。假期中，学生自由活动时间较多，希望家长同志采取相应方法，掌握孩子的行踪，了解他们的活动情况，共同做好假期中学生的管理工作。在假期中，您迫切需要做的工作是：让学生远离网吧和游戏厅。网吧、游戏厅对部分意志力薄弱的学生诱惑力很强，网上游离着大量色情、暴力、赌博、迷信等不健康的信息，如果孩子沉溺其中，如同吸毒上瘾，将无法自拔。对初中生来说进入网 吧和游戏厅，有百害而无一益.希望您在假期中，能够控制学生的外出时间和零花钱,做好这方面的工作。

三、 加强学生的安全教育工作。在任何一种危险面前，孩子的生命都是娇嫩而脆弱的。为了保证您的孩子顺利地度过假期，希望您做好如下几方面的工作：1、不许孩子开拖拉机、骑摩托车，外出时要遵守交通规则;2、禁止到水库、平塘和海边玩耍;家中的药品、有毒物品要妥善保管;3、家里的电器等不能让孩子轻易摆弄;4、不玩火，不放鞭炮，教育孩子遵守村规民约，不搞封建迷信活动;不参与赌博、不参与邪教活动等。另外，要注意孩子节假日及离校期间安全。家长应密切关注子女的行踪，教育子女不到危险场所等游玩，防止被歹徒袭击，防止被绑架等，家长对子女要做到知去向，知活动内容，知同伴，知归时，如发现子女有异常行为，应立即询问、调查、制止我们觉得，如果您能及时教育，及早防范，一定会给孩子一个安全的生活空 间。
