人们应该知道自己的实际能力与水平，脚踏实地地走自己的路，而不应该投机取巧、心存侥幸。自古以来都是三种人的身边常有祸事：包藏祸心，损害别人利益者，会反受其害；过分嫉妒，容不得他人的人，不被他人所容；喜爱虚名，并且不择手段去窃取他人成就的人，早晚会被别人识破揭穿。

第二次世界大战时期，著名的美国将领——巴顿的成功秘诀就是：着眼于目标，矢志不渝。

1908年6月，巴顿实现了童年时期就梦寐以求的愿望，成为著名的西点军校学员。

学员时期的巴顿，的确非常引人注目，在他所学习的每个课题中，他都要力争第一；他极其注意军容风纪、外表仪态，他的军服上装有垫肩，不仅完全合体，而且每天洗烫，从不间断；他走起路来，昂首阔步，有军人气概；所有的体育项目以及他下功夫的其他各项活动，他都是输不起的，丝毫不能忍受被击败；在军事技术方面，则更是追求完全成功。

第一学年时，他全力以赴于列队操练，苦练基本功，并做到所有动作完美无缺。当时队列操练在毕业成绩中只记十五分，而数学却占二百分，但在巴顿看来，努力争取队列训练的优秀成绩，是成为军人的第一步，所以他把全部时间都花在了队列操练上。到学年结束时，他的队列考试成绩虽名列第二，但数学成绩却位居榜尾，这使他留了级。做一名优秀军人是他儿时的梦，不能顺利通过考试，令他十分伤心。考试失败没有使他退缩，更激起了他强烈的追求。在重修一年级时，他没有再将其全部时间用在队列操练上，除了猛攻数学外，还悉心阅读了大量军事史、战略、战术等方面的书籍。他从初期受挫中深知，一个人除品格外，知识尤为重要。信心和果断建立在知识之上，只有对军事专业的博学，才能成为优秀将领，否则只能是有勇无谋的“一介武夫”。

这一年，巴顿通过不懈努力，终于如愿以偿：他的课程全部合格，队列操练仍是他在班上赖以出人头地的科目，他成为学员中公认的佼佼者。

巴顿曾对密友谈起过他想在军校达到的三个目标：在军列训练中夺冠；到第四年级时升为学员副官；在田径运动项目上打破学院纪录而达到A级运动员标准。他说到做到：二年级时，他升为上士学员，第三学年升为军士(此二者都是二、三年级学员中最高的军阶)，第四学年真的升为学员副官。毕业时，他的队列训练第一，刷新了几项学校田径赛纪录。

拿破仑在学校读书时，简直笨得出奇。不论是法语还是其他外语，他都不能正确地书写，成绩一塌糊涂。而且，少年的拿破仑还十分任性、野蛮。不仅如此，拿破仑还袭击比他大的孩子，脸色苍白、体态瘦弱的拿破仑却常让他的对手不寒而栗。他家里的人都骂他是蠢才，人们都称他“小恶棍”。在他的自传中，曾这样写道：“我是一个固执、鲁莽、不认输、谁也管不了的孩子。我使家里所有的人都感到恐惧。受害最大的是我的哥哥，我打他、骂他，在他未清醒过来时，我又像狼一样疯狂地向他扑去。”

可是，在这个遭人白眼的孩子的心中，信念的力量悄然地滋长着。他朦胧地意识到自己的与众不同，然而他还未真正地认识自己。而且，他心中有一种狂妄而任性的想法：凡是自己想要的东西，都要归自己所有。一天天长大的拿破仑开始更理智更成熟地关注自己。他常沉溺于同龄人所无法想像的冥思苦想之中，他又疯狂地迷恋着各种复杂的计算，他已学会了用冷静而彻底计算过的理智很好地控制自己的行动。他惊奇地看到自己表现出来的出色的思考力，第一次真正地认识了自己。他的行动变得果敢而敏捷，富于抗争精神。一种崭新的渴望点燃了他生命的热情，终有一天，他明确无误地告诉自己：“是的，我具有最出色的军事家的素质，权力就是我要得到的东西!”清醒的自我意识一旦形成，便发挥出巨大的推动作用。拿破仑在成功之路上连战连捷，势如破竹。35岁时便登上了法国皇帝的宝座。

爱默生说过：“偏见常常扼杀很有希望的幼苗。”为了避免自己被“扼杀”，只要看准了，就要充满自信，敢于坚持走自己的路。坚守心中的那一份执着与信念，在不违背道义的前提下，走自己的路。梦想需要坚持信念，坚持扎实的深耕，才会源源不断地获得幸福......

北方的11月份，已近冬季，街路上落满了厚厚的落叶，昔日茂盛的树木，只剩下了光秃秃的树干，尤如一幅没有色彩的素描画，太阳似乎也在怕冷，躲猫猫似地藏了起来，多日不曾露面，吝啬的不肯把她的热度，分享给万物。风儿也没有了往日的柔情，变得陌生冰冷。走在路上尽是满目的枯黄，毫无生机。

夜幕会很早的光顾喧嚣的都市，黄昏后倚窗而望，小区内已没有了孩童的嘻闹，老人悠闲踱步的景致。路上的行人，大都是厚厚的行装，多半是脚步匆匆。

这样的季节，难免心中陡升出几分惆怅，每天下班时间城市就已经是华灯初上了，回到家吃过晚饭，望着窗外漆黑寒冷的夜空，已经没有了出门散步的雅兴，也难怪老公说我做事没恒心，没毅力。还是在温暖的房间，上网听听音乐轻松惬意。

人的心境真的受环境的影响好大，不是吗?清空万里，艳阳高照的天气，总会令我们心情愉悦，而秋风萧萧。暮雨凄凄，瑟瑟寒意的气候，竟会带走我们内心的火热，令我们惆怅失落。

有时竟然自己都不知道自己需求什么，当冬季的寒冷与荒凉来临的时候，春的鸟语花香，草的长莺飞就又会变成我的愿望，当春季的芳菲散尽的时候，夏的绿树成荫又会成为我的企盼，人真的没有满足的时候，欲望无止境，无论物质生活如何的丰富，都不会满足，都会有抱怨，生在福中不知福。

在五光十色的世界中，我们都在忙碌而忙碌，在乐此不疲之际，往往忽略了自己内心真实所求。

尤如处在冬季时仰慕春天一样，我们不必羡慕他人优越的物质生活，无须刻意的追求，应给自己繁忙的生命留下一点快乐的空间，这个空间或许就是“花开花落两由之”的淡泊心境，

对金钱与物质的追求，只要你满足就是幸福，这是我的一位好友不经意间说的一句话，人应当有所追求，追求物质的极致无可非议，但不要让自己的生命弓满弦圆。

生活平平淡淡才是真，无需好高骛远，无休止的给心灵加压，怀揣从容的心境，给心灵以蛰居。告别永无止境的物质追求。便是我一生的追求。我愿做自己生命的主人。

Spring Festival is the most important and popular festival in China.Before Spring Festival ,the people usually clean and decorate their houses.And they go to the Flower Fairs to buy some flowers.During Spring Festival ,the adults usually give lucky money to children.People often get together and have a big meal.Some people eat dumpling for dinner.

I love Spring Festival.
