I am 20 years old，born in Guangdong province, south of China, and I am a senior student at Guangdong ××University. My major is English. And I will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in June.

Sichuan is located in the Upper Yangtze Valley in the southwestern part of the country. 只见成绩单就像一头沉睡的凶兽一样贴在墙上，而我站在离墙五米远的地方，心里有些犹豫不决，好奇和害怕的情绪交错翻涌的充斥在我的脑中。不久后，我勇敢的迈出了第一步，走向成绩单，目光在成绩单上四处搜寻着，终于我在“第16名”的位置找到了自己的名字，要知道一共只有18个人参加这次测试。这头狰狞的“凶兽”醒了过来，扑向了我，我感到难以置信，连退了好几步。

我失落的坐在椅子上，躲在了角落，美术室的老师好像发现了我的不对劲，便坐在我的身边安慰我。我心里的压抑和不满再也困不住了，我觉得有些事情是该说出来了：“老师我不想学素描了。”听了这话，老师脸上并没有我想象中的惊讶，仿佛早已猜到我会这么说。老师也不说话，而是起身去拿了两幅画过来。仔细一看，原来这两幅画都是我的作品，一幅是我第一次画素描时的拙作，另一幅是我这次测试的作品，两者放在一起对比高低立现。

老师说：“你看，你这幅画比起以前的是不是有了质的飞跃呢?虽然你这次发挥不好，只排16名，那是因为你只学了几个月，和那些学了好几年的人是无法比的。但比起过去的自己，不也是进步了许多，这也代表着你未来拥有无限的潜力，每天坚持做最好的自己，就够了!”

老师的一席话点醒了我，原来在不知不觉中我已经爱上了素描，爱上了这个使我进步的东西。我已经习惯了素描在我生活中的存在，而不是厌弃它，这些进步都是自己用一滴滴的汗水和泪水换来的，不能放弃素描。
