一年来，我小学教育稳步发展，教学质量稳步攀升，取得了令人瞩目的好成绩。省级图书馆的落成和年底管理质量年的验收顺利通过，再次使我们赵庄小学教育的名声大振，有力地为我校教育的可持续发展打下了良好的基础。

二、狠抓教师队伍建设，把教学质量的增长点放在提高教师的自身素质上。

要想打造“教育强校”品牌，学校的教育质量是关键，而提高教育质量，取决于教师队伍的素质和教师队伍的稳定。因此，我们十分注重加强教师队伍建设，不断提高中小学教师的政治思想素质和文化业务素质。每学期初，我们都要组织全镇教师学习《教师法》、《教育法》、《中小学教师职业道德规范》联系实际开展讨论，提高思想认识，明确教育目标，端正教育思想，转变教育观念，改进教育方法。各班主任教师利用电话或校讯通，也有走出课堂，深入到学生家中家访，广泛征求学生家长的意见，改进工作作风，端正了态度，转变了思想，也树立了教育形象。

三、加大投资力度，改善办学条件

一年以来，随着我镇教育的飞速发展，我校对教育的投入也不断加大，使办学条件得到了进一步改善。我校多方争取资金，打紧开支，特事特办，共投入投资6万多元对幼儿园改建，投资2万元购置幼儿睡床，1、5万元购置幼儿玩教具。

在尊师重教方面，涌现了不少先进单位和先进个人，其中赵庄村委去年累计投资2万多元修补楼顶和表彰先进教师。个人捐资助教也有不少典型，如村民郭宝堂资助学校5000元、村长韩书贵资助学校2000元、村民郭彦杰资助学校500元等等。

所有这些都极大地解决了学校的实际困难，鼓舞了广大教师的工作干劲，使学校的校容校貌得到了很大改观，为我镇教育的不断发展作出了不可磨灭的贡献。这对于我们这个贫困的“家”来说真可谓是雪中送炭，我真切的感受到了社会对我们学校的关爱，他们并没有忘

记我们，就在我们最需要的时候，最空难的时候，送给了我们温暖，沁人心脾的温暖。因此，这种爱心捐赠对孩子们来说十分重要。书籍能给他们带来知识，义举会成为他们努力向上的动力。

I like dogs， because they are mans good friends. They can do many helpful

prepare a lot of food, she even cooks the new food, which I never taste before.
