Winter holiday is coming. I am so excited.

每到过年的时候，我们都要吃饺子，可饺子怎么包的，我一点都不知道。

今年过年，妈妈定了一条规矩，包了饺子的人才有饺子吃。这样一来我不得不跟妈妈学着包饺子。

我学着妈妈的样子，把饺子皮拿过来，再放进一些拌好的饺子馅，由于第一次包，我那用手捏饺子的架势就像老鹰捉小鸡似的。我包的饺子也“规格”不一，有些圆的向日本的相扑队员，瘪的像瘦老头儿。包好以后我看自己的“战舰”破烂不堪，恐怕连一只吗也打不过；而妈妈的“战舰“气势雄伟，一看就知道是”专家“造的。

双方马上就要开赴前线了，这可是一场重要的”战斗“它关系着”我军“的声誉，所以最好旗开得胜。“战斗”就要打响了，双方都在锅里摆开了“战场”最后由于我的“造船”技术不佳，“我军”全军覆没，妈妈获得全胜。我不甘心自己的失败，用筷子夹起妈妈的几艘“战舰”吃进了自己的肚子里，也算为“我军”报仇了。

一进门，我被眼前的各种各样巧克力做的模型所吸引了。我看到了巧克力是怎样做成的，从磨可可豆开始，做成巧克力粘浆，加上喜爱的香料或牛奶，接着倒入各种各样的模具中，最后冷冻，成为我们所看到的可以食用的巧克力。

每年寒假，我都会回到久违的乡下家里过年。大年三十那天，我和爸爸妈妈一起在家门口的菜园子里挑荠菜。我拿着小锄头，爸爸拿着小铲子，妈妈拿着小菜刀，我们一家三口开始比赛挑荠菜，看看谁挑得又快又多！

今天，我的运气实在太好了！我在菜园子里一下子发现了一个小角落，里面长满了荠菜。没一会儿功夫，我的小篮子里就装了好多棵荠菜了！爸爸妈妈们的篮子里才孤零零地躺着三四棵荠菜。我得意得边唱歌边挑荠菜。只听爸爸妈妈说：“去去去，到另一边去挑！”然后他们就来霸占我的领地！弱小的我只能另寻其他地方。正当我气愤无比时，只听“啊”一声，回头一看，原来爸妈为了争夺领地，在打闹中双双摔倒在了菜园子里。我忍不住哈哈大笑起来！

记得在大年初二的时候，我们全家去吃饭聚会。早上8点起来，天才刚亮没多久，我和妈妈就在姥姥家等着大家到齐去吃饭。我们等了1个多小时三姨才来，可是人还没有来齐，所以我们只好继续等。又等了30分钟，小舅来了，可是大姨还没有来，所以我们还要继续等。大概又等了1个小时，大姨总算来了，现在人来齐了，我们要去吃饭了。

11点半，我们开始去吃饭了，到了12点，我们到了饭店，就这样，我们开始吃饭了。

在桌上，我们大家有说有笑，大家也吃的很开心。

下午1点半，我们在有说有笑的桌上吃完了饭。

吃完饭，我们在姥姥家坐了一会，到了3点半，大家相互告别，我们也会了家。

现在回想起来，已经成为了历史，新学期已经开是，短暂的假期已经过完了，我要把所以注意力都放在学习中去！
