今年寒假有一件让我既开心又难忘的事，就是在老家放炮过年。

当天吃过晚饭我和爷爷、两个弟弟一起去超市买炮。超市里有许多各种各样的炮，红的、黄的、蓝的、橙的，看得我们眼花缭乱。最后我们不管大的、小的、玩过的、没玩过的炮通通都扔进了购物车里。

到家后，我们集中在庭院外大门口空地处放炮。我先放了一个“魔术弹”，这个“魔术弹”像一个枪似的，东打一枪，西打一枪，不仅喷出了五颜六色的炮，同时也喷出了节日的气氛。

接着，我又放了一个“小喷泉”，只听到“哧”的一声，迸出了一个个白色的火星，这个火星越窜越高，不一会就窜到了天上，仿佛是一颗颗星星欢快地眨着眼睛。我们兄弟三个大声地喊：“过大年，发红包，过大年，发红包。”那个高兴劲儿，让我们大伙儿都乐开了花。

每到过年的时候，我们都要吃饺子，可饺子怎么包的，我一点都不知道。

今年过年，妈妈定了一条规矩，包了饺子的人才有饺子吃。这样一来我不得不跟妈妈学着包饺子。

我学着妈妈的样子，把饺子皮拿过来，再放进一些拌好的饺子馅，由于第一次包，我那用手捏饺子的架势就像老鹰捉小鸡似的。我包的饺子也“规格”不一，有些圆的向日本的相扑队员，瘪的像瘦老头儿。包好以后我看自己的“战舰”破烂不堪，恐怕连一只吗也打不过；而妈妈的“战舰“气势雄伟，一看就知道是”专家“造的。

双方马上就要开赴前线了，这可是一场重要的”战斗“它关系着”我军“的声誉，所以最好旗开得胜。“战斗”就要打响了，双方都在锅里摆开了“战场”最后由于我的“造船”技术不佳，“我军”全军覆没，妈妈获得全胜。我不甘心自己的失败，用筷子夹起妈妈的几艘“战舰”吃进了自己的肚子里，也算为“我军”报仇了。

我想，以后我一定学好“造船”技术，超过妈妈，我的战舰也一定会打胜仗的。

去年寒假，我报名参加了“野外生存大挑战”的活动。

这一天早上，我兴奋地来到集合点，迫不及待地想活动早点开始。

活动终于开始了，波波老师带我们坐车去菜园。一路上，我和朋友们望着窗外的风景，瞧，远处一丛丛菜园像一片片绿色的海洋扑入眼帘；听，那潺潺的小溪声像一首首悦耳动听的音乐，令我们深深地陶醉在这美丽的田园风光中。

不一会儿，就到了目的地——周家村庄，这时，波波老师拿出一张周家地图，我们边看地图边寻找菜园，因为我们要认识各种各样的蔬菜，拔蔬菜活动。老师提醒我们，要注意脚下的石头和水坑。于是，我们小心翼翼地踩过每一块石头，并紧张地跨过每一个水坑，生怕陷进去。走了很久，终于来到菜园。

这时，月月老师指着一丛绿色的蔬菜问：“你们有谁知道这是什么菜吗？”许多同学都猜测着，有的说是白菜，有的说是萝卜菜，还有的说是胡萝卜……我的耳朵里出现了各种各样的答案，这时，老师摇摇头说：“这是油菜，油菜可以炸成菜籽油。”我们观察完这株菜又去观察其他的菜，并拔了许多菜。

中午，我们满载而归地来到一个小屋。在小屋子旁边，我们捡了许多细树枝，每个人都搬了一块砖头准备搭灶，搭好灶台后，把细树枝放进灶里，再拿出打火机打火点着树枝，扔进灶里，火越来越大，最后把锅放上去，倒进一些水，再把锅盖盖上就开始烧水煮面了。我们分工合作，有人洗白菜和葱，有人洗萝卜削皮，还有人切菜，水烧开了，把切好的萝卜白菜放进锅里煮，再放一些面条，煮了一会儿，香喷喷的面条就煮好了。我们端着碗边吃边说：“萝卜、白菜煮的面条真香，好美味，我都吃了三大碗呢！”

这一天，我才真正感受到寒假生活的趣味！

寒假有35天的寒假的每一天都有不同的味道，但唯独这一天令我记忆犹新。

在“3月3日”的下午，天空中下的点点滴滴的小雨，我在家里闷得很，于是奶奶便要带我去挖野菜，我一听，高兴的蹦了起来，找了一个袋子，准备放菜边拉着奶奶，急忙跑去，奶奶说到那里要经过学校，很便宜，你可别嫌累啊。我拍拍胸脯，一副顶天立地的样子，对奶奶说：“这点小事可难不倒我。”奶奶说我口说无凭。要用实际行动给他证明，不能光靠口头工夫……一路上我蹦蹦跳跳的往前走，左瞧瞧右望望，可是好景不长，刚到学校旁边可能就要打道回府了，说是因为雨要下大了，这真的是往我头上浇了一盆凉水，我好不容易走到这，可不能前功尽弃呀，我努力让奶奶回心转意，经过我软磨硬泡一番后，奶奶才同意，走了一段路后终于到了，奶奶说的地方，明明是个小树林，树上的枝正在努力的发芽，地上的小草早已探出头来，只是被风压住了，走进树林，我深深的吸了口气，啊，泥土的清香随着空气扑面而来，让我感到无比清爽，天空中的小雨渐渐停了，我在再没听见雨滴的声音，树木挡住了风，在这林子里好舒服呀。

我和奶奶开始了挖菜，可是我们怎么也找不到那种菜，我暗暗叹了口气，白忙活了。忽然奶奶叫了一声，这有我所有的坏情绪都消失了，真是山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村啊，我努力帮奶奶拔菜，我想有了第一次就会有第二次第三次，我和奶奶睁大了眼睛，仔细的找啊找，终于装了一袋子。然后我们便心满意足的回了家，加菜洗了几遍，煮了汤，我小心翼翼的吃着自己用劳动换来的食物，想想我为了找到它，真是经过九九八十一难，来之不易呀。

在寒假中，我去了摘野菜，我真的很不容易，但在这中间我体会到了那种惊喜与快乐，并从中明白了：想要成功，最必不可少的就是坚持！
