2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

As soon as we walked into the ice sculpture museum, we felt the chill of the inside, and I knew it was only minus six degrees Celsius. Were just like going into a big fridge. Ice sculptures in the ice sculpture hall are lifelike. It stood the ancient "Four Beauties": Sha Shi, Mochizuki Pipa Wang Zhaojun, Diao Chan, Yang dancing, all lovingly pathetic. The side see also the twists and turns of the bridge deck and handrails, sparkling, shining. There are all kinds of ice sculptures at the side of the bridge. It was found that the eaves of a unique Pavilion were flying, the pillars were beautiful, and the chairs were exquisite, so that people could not help sitting down and resting for a while. Cool air around the body around, make people feel comfortable.

今天是个高兴的日子，因为“六一”儿童节到了，学校将举办丰富多彩的庆祝活动，作为爱运动的小学生都和我一样高兴！

同学们在这样的欢乐气氛中，真是兴奋极了！过了一会儿，王老师来了，我们不约而同地欢呼起来，王老师宣布“六一”活动正式开始，各种有奖游戏陆续进行，有50米、100米跑赛、钓鱼、友谊跑……我们个个踊跃参与，场面很热烈。我暂时按兵不动，想：既然我是来参加活动，就一定要获得奖！但前几个游戏活动不擅长，暂时放弃。到了接力的游戏：就是每组派几个人参加，拿着红领巾，从起点跑到另一侧，再回来，看哪一组又快又好就获胜。我想这是我的强项，我便报了名参加。我是第一个出场的，我把红领巾放在左手，集中精神，把平时在家练习的基本功使出来，保持平稳地快步向前，很顺利，我最先回到了起点，把接力工具交给了下一位同学。有我初战的优势，我们组把其他组抛在了后面。但到了最后一个出场的刘松，在返回起点时，可能由于紧张，不小心把红领巾弄掉，我们不禁捏了一把冷汗！完了！眼看到手的胜利就要丢了，但我们还是大声地喊“加油”。好在，他还表现冷静，迅速地拾起红领巾，疾步冲过起点线，最终我们组取得了胜利，我们激动地欢呼起来，拥抱在一起……欢呼过后，我们继续兴高彩烈地进行其他游戏活动。这个“六一”的活动真是丰富多彩！太刺激！太有趣了！

这个星期的星期五是儿童节，学校安排了游园活动，有很多有趣的游戏，比如百发百中、夹弹珠、吹鸡毛、保龄球、呼啦圈等。玩的就是百发百中和夹弹珠了。百发百中的规则很简单，就是将十根筷子从高处瞄准，然后松开手，让筷子自己从高处落到一个“尖叫”的瓶子里，这个游戏非常难，别的同学在玩的时候最多也只能扔进三根。轮到我了，扔第一根时，我由于太紧张，没扔中，第二根、第三根都是一样。可我却一点也不灰心，反而还为自己加油：我这次一定要把筷子扔进去！果然，我扔中了，第五根、第六根没扔中，我有点泄气，当第七根扔中时，我开始有点经验了，之后几根全扔中了。虽然只得了五分，但也算好了。夹弹珠的规则我不说大家也知道了吧，这个游戏虽然幼儿时就玩过了，但仍然较难。在溜来溜去的一些弹珠中夹来夹去，好不容易夹到了一颗，它却溜走了。没办法，只好又耐心的重新来过，功夫不负有心人，终于把弹珠全夹到了另一只碗里。我真希望这个儿童节永远不要过去。

晚饭后，我们去了人工湖那里去坐船了，到了那里，我爸爸就去买了可以做4个人的小船的票，上了小船，爸爸和妈妈滑船，我和表姐坐在旁边看风景，到了湖中央，我们看到了一位叔叔拉了一小船气球，正在湖上面撒气球。大家看到了气球，都去抢了起来，我们也把船开了过去，跟大家一起抢了起来，到最后，我们抢了很多很多的气球，抢完气球，我们就回去还船了。

然后，爸爸又带我们去了游乐场，到了游乐场，看到了很多的小朋友都在拍着队玩自己喜欢的游戏，我们就找我们喜欢的游戏，找呀找，终于找到了我最喜欢的迪斯科转盘，还好，那里的人不是很多，排了一会儿就轮到我们了，我坐在转盘上，转盘摇来摇去的，真爽呀！不知不觉的这一盘就结束了，玩过以后，也到了游乐园闭馆的时间了，爸爸就带着我们高高兴兴的回家了。
