At dusk，the weather became colder while the sky was gray，and the cold wind was blowing strongly.It seemed that it was going to snow soon. 现在想想，我已经工作了将近十年，而这十年中，因为专业不精，所以我进步不大，但是我似乎总想呈现给别人“我在努力”的样子，但是最后没有一件事情坚持下来，因为我总喜欢找别人给我指导，可是不同的人有不同的想法。

我是笨鸟型，喜欢从最简单的事情由浅入深，比如我的专业，师傅说“每个人心里都应该有一台发动机”，这样，以后再碰到任何别的型号，都可以用对比的方法做到了然于胸，我就想着从画发动机模型开始，这时候有人又说了，不用这么麻烦，多去工厂看拆装就可以了，所以我放弃了当初的想法，去工厂看了一次次的拆装，可是看的过程用虽然很认真，并且有记录、有拍照、有注解，但是回来以后没有总结和复习，照片也丢了，这件事就这么搁浅了，我还会暗示自己，“瞧，我努力了，只是老天爷都不帮我”，然后，就木有然后了…

在接触时间管理理论后，我就觉得应该把每件事都尽力做到最好，虽然我几乎没有做到过，比如，每次出差回来的工作报告，最终都流于表面;比如每次开完会的会议记录，一共也没写几篇;比如每年要写一篇论文都没有实现…其实说白了，还是我的态度不够坚决，执行力不够，就像笑来老师说的：如果你在原则上不够执拗，不够决绝，你的大脑就会走捷径，因为走捷径是大脑会的、擅长的唯一的东西，你争不过它。这么多年你就是因为不够执拗、不够决绝而被它一路牵着走到这里的。是啊如果当初我坚持了自己的想法，我的模型应该都画好几个型号了，每个之间的差异肯定也了解的很清楚了，可惜，我啥也没做。

看完这本书，我就在想，别人为了梦想，可以付出到这种地步，为什么我不行呢?说一千道一万，我是因为不喜欢现在从事的这个专业，可是又有几个人是真心喜欢自己的工作呢?我又知道自己的梦想是什么吗?难道真的只是吃喝玩乐?说出来连自己都没底气吧!再过去的几年，我也出去玩了好多次，我总是享受旅行前的乐趣，享受一切尽在掌握的踏实，可在玩的过程用，我似乎也没有真正的放松，就像放假了还带一堆书回来想读，不能浪费时间云云，可到假期结束还是一本都没有看…

所以我想，在我心里，也许早就把这份工作当成了我的梦想，我梦想着有一天像师傅那样运筹帷幄，梦想着像大师兄一样有自己的见解，梦想着像二师兄一样进步成长的那么快…虽然我现在没有喜欢上我的工作，但我可以把她变成我的爱好，至于吃喝玩乐，这并不妨碍我把工作做好啊!我可以在向师傅学习的路上，将旅行当奖励，可以在每一次有进步时，奖励自己一顿大餐，我要充分享受以后的工作和生活!

看到这篇文章一堆的感叹号，说名当时鸡血被打的挺足的，还好现在走的方向与当初依然一致，只是“吃喝玩乐”已经不是我的追求了，我现在只盼着能多些时间、快些成长。

对于今天的课堂，我进行了一定的自我反思。首先是课堂有时显得过于拘谨，以致于我出现了频繁的小动作。

其次，板书设计不够科学合理，重难点体现得不够分明、有层次。

再者，课堂用语不够简洁明了。没能针对四年级小学生们现有的英语水平进行相应的交流。

最后，就是发音问题，由于紧张出现了一定的发音问题，这也是基本功不够扎实的体现。

这些问题，只是一些小细节的问题。至于更为深刻一点的问题，比如：课堂设计、师生沟通等等这些理论化的问题，我也没能思考出什么学术性结果，便不想赘述了。这些问题的解决，还需要我更多实践性的结果。

总之，先由浅入深，今后要先对这些细节性小问题多加注意并改善才是。

头痛的一天

跟这么一个好老师其实压力真的好大，不过呢，天将降大任于斯人也，难得有这样的机会。别的同学还在埋怨没课上，锻炼少呢。按道理，我现在天时，地利，人和都有了，应该珍惜。

The August Moon Festival orMid-Autumn Festival (Chinese characters above) is one of the traditional Chinese holidays. It is held on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month. While Westerners worship the sun (yang or male) for its power, people in the Far East admire the moon. The moon is the yin or female principle and it is a trusted friend. Chinese parents often name their daughters after the moon, in hope that they will be as lovely as the moon.

今天，我要与爸爸、妈妈去汉中游玩了，我非常地高兴与兴奋。吃完早饭后就踏上了去汉中的旅途。经过4个半小时的车程，终于到达了目的地：汉中。爸爸带我们到他已经订好的酒店入住，我们把东西一放，简单的吃了个午饭，又上路了。我们这次的目的地是——石门栈道。

到了“石门栈道”走进大门后，我们来到“石门文化广场”，那里有很多关于三国时期人物的雕塑与三国故事的绘画，妈妈还给我读了一篇故事呢！我看到的人物有：刘备、诸葛亮等等。我们继续前行来到石门水库大坝脚下，看到了古代“石门栈道”的遗迹。那条路修在山崖边，路途出山崖，下面就是江水，我真怕它垮下来。我想：古人修这条栈道应该很辛苦吧！

我们开始向山上爬，准备到水库上去看看。途中我看到了一个活动项目，这个项目是通过滑锁，可以让人从峡谷的一边飞到另一边。我觉得这个项目很刺激，就想去尝试一下好不好玩，于是就与爸爸、妈妈一起去玩。爸爸先过去，我在中间，妈妈在最后，一个一个的飞过去。一滑出山边的平台，就看到了深深的峡谷，我想如果人掉下去肯定没有命了，我害怕我会掉下去，我就使劲的尖叫个不停，滑过去后我觉得这个项目真的很刺激，我以后有机会还会再来玩。

石门栈道那有一座石门水库，我们顺着山边爬到大坝上，感觉到了微微的凉风，突然一片湖面出现在我的眼前，爸爸说：“真是高峡出平湖。”我问道：“什么是高峡出平湖？” 爸爸就一点一点地给我解释。玩完了以后，我们就回家了。今天，我感到很高兴，因为我学到了很多的知识。
