我觉得作者很善于反思，每次遇到挫折都会去分析背后的原因、自己的心态。我同意她说的“不要让恐惧来为你做决定”。有时候一件事还没开始我们就放弃了，可能就是因为害怕失败的恐惧在作祟。还有她说要像傻子一样去坚持，不要计较是不是能很快看到成效。她也说不要和别人比，因为人外有人，要和昨天的自己比，看今天的自己是不是有进步。这些信念支撑着她一步一步走向了成功。

4 在一个人还没形成良好的学习习惯时，有一个比学赶帮的伙伴，学习效果会更好。

我想我该去反思一下自己面对的问题具体是什么，“英文不够好”究竟是哪里不够好，哪里需要提高?我是不是也有恐惧心态，所以迟迟没有开始行动?接下来制定一个计划，就要坚持做下去。当然计划开始不要太难坚持，不然很快就放弃了。加油，在学英语的道路上继续前进!

This morning i went to the english corner which is in the park near my home. it is three years since it was founded.

Many middle school students as well as college students and foreigners take part in the activity. people there practice speaking english by talking about something interesting. people also exchange the experience in english learning. i think it is a good chance for me to use what i have learnt in my english class. i felt very cool after i got back home.

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. I want to kill my bother named kewang because every time and every day he makes me very tried. If yesterday he hut you, tomorrow he will heart you. 我个人认为，因为现在学校抓升学率对老师的考核很严格，所以你的指导老师很难放开，让实习生大施手脚。这个时候我们不能抱怨，毕竟国家的教育弊端并非一朝一夕就能改变的。我们应该自己主动一些，为自己定一个小目标，自己想一些办法去适应，以达到自己的实习目的。 你不能因为指导老师的冷淡就放弃，不能因为指导老师的保守就不认真了，更不能因因为学生的冷淡或是调皮就马虎。现在是你要学知识，是你去求他们，不是他们要巴结你，你就得拿出厚脸皮的精神。我想提醒大家：无论是考研还是找工作，实践证明实习非常非常重要。反正也要花那么多时间，何不好好珍惜一下呢。如果说我们湖大毕业的师范生还找不到工作，比不上一些诸如黄冈师范等之类的二类三类学校，不知大家有何感想。一句话：心高人又懒，眼高手低！

我认为，实习生实习关键在于与学生打交道，与他们打交道是一门深奥的艺术！语文老师是所有老师中最累的。（要批改的作业最多）不仅仅教知识，还教大家如何做人。最令人遗憾的是，现在的教育对语文也不似其他课重视。大家都觉得语文最简单，语文的研究生最好考，真的吗？在这里我不想同大家讨论这个问题。

听语文课，对于指导老师深厚的学术功底，很是佩服，越听越没底气，越听越觉得自己大学四年白混了。后来想想，其实要弥补这个缺陷并不难。第一，指导老师们教了十几年，翻来覆去就这么几篇课文，想不深厚也难啊。
